I just purchased my first camper. Was looking for something small that I could tow with my Jeep for me, my husband and our little dog and we looked at the 2023 Bushwacker Plus 15re and fell in love with the floor plan. it is perfect for us. Everyone at Miles was so helpful and answered all of our questions, very friendly. We worked with Richard and he was awesome... the whole experience was great from start to finish.I highly recommend them. We are so excited about all the adventures ahead!

Highly recommend! My husband and I recently bought our first camper from Miles RV and we had the best experience! Richard helped us find the perfect camper and answered all of our many questions. Kyle made the financing process seamless and was so easy to communicate with. Great staff and great experience!

~AH-MAY-ZING~ The people of Miles RV are amazing!! My little family had been considering adding a camper back into our lives for several months. We did our research on floorplans, makes and models and visiting a competitor to 'just look'. We didn't know when we visited Miles RV that we would change our lives forever! Not only did we feel welcome, we weren't pressured, all our questions were answered and we were even given insight on everything updated since our last new camper (2004)! Needless to say we have a new camper and impatiently waiting to go on our first camping trip in 2 weeks. A HUGE THANK YOU to Bobby, Kyle, Victor and Jim. Bobby knew my biggest concern was my son having room to 'fit' in a bed. Being 16 and over 6ft tall I wanted him to have a comfortable place to call his. Bobby himself laid in every bed to ensure comfort. He was friendly and took the time to listen to what I wanted. He showed us a few campers to narrow down our decision and helped us find our perfect home away from home. Thank you for your personal touch! Kyle was very knowledgeable in all things finance. He knew answers to all our questions and made purchasing a breeze. He specifically picked plans for added purchase and for us they are a great match! Thank you for your research and knowledge, when it comes to spending money, we feel confident we were given a great price! Victor was very helpful when deciding on hoses and extra items needed to 'get started'. Prices were comparable and affordable. Thank you for your research in finding good quality items for your store front. Last but not least, Thank you to Jim. We came back a week later to pick up our new camper and do a walk through with Jim. Since we already had a camper previously I think it was easy for all of us however, the 'new' things we had questions on he was very knowledgeable and made sure we understood and felt comfortable with every detail. He was very helpful in 'hooking up' since we hadn't used a 5th wheel hitch before. He made sure my husband felt like the camper was hitched and would be safe before we pulled away. Thank you to everyone at Miles RV for all you did, even behind the scenes, to make sure our visit was AH-MAY-ZING! We will certainly spread the word and send our friends and family your way. Keep up the local feel too! It was a much better experience buying local! We can't thank you enough!

Sandi, Bobby, Kyle, and Jim made our shopping experience a pleasure! Sandi took all steps possible to increase our satisfaction! Bobby took the extra step and personally measured the bunk beds to ensure maximum comfort! Kyle was very knowledgeable about the buissiness side of the purchase! Starting with Bobby the greatest sales person around, our experience stayed great throughout our entire deal. Kyle made paperwork easy, and Brian serviced and taught us all about the camper. We had a trade in and our previous camper was being serviced at another facility. It took longer than expected, and we had a last minute issue. Miles RV team were patient, and helpful as we worked through the issue on the previous camper /trade in that took almost 2 months longer than expected. I can t say enough about this team. Buy your next camper here- stay away from the overly big outfits!

We bought our camper here and thoroughly recommend them. Service is great also. I don't hear anything good about Camping World across the highway, and each time we come to miles, we have a good experience.

This is the second unit we purchased from Miles RV and couldn't be happier. The biggest plus for me was no shock of "surprise fees" at the end and absolutely no pressure.Miles RV will continue to get our business.

My wife and I have purchased multiple different RV's, both new and used over the years. This by far was the best experience we've had.Each and every time we stopped at the dealership to look for and try to to decide on the floor plan we wanted it was pleasant. We could ask questions if needed, browse alone if needed and always felt welcome. We don't like to be corralled into a narrow opening at a dealership and then bothered while trying to simply look.The purchase and PDI delivery was excellent. Our's was shortened due to previous experience but the key functions on the particular coach were pointed out and explained well.Thank you to Bobby (sales) and everyone else at Miles for a great buying experience!

We purchased a Jayco Seismic 405 from Miles RV and we are very satisfied with our choice of camper and the service received from the dealership. Bobby was very responsive throughout the process and offered a wealth of knowledge. The service team was great in providing a thorough walk through, helping with the fifth wheel hitch and answering all of our questions. We highly recommend the team at Miles RV.

No pressure, super friendly, no hidden fees. Easy to work with. They were genuine and allowed us time to explore the lot without acting like sharks, which most RV places do not do. They gave us a detailed tour and answered all of our questions. The whole process was easy, fun, and hassle-free!

Richard at Miles RV was super friendly and helpful. Had been eyeballing a very specific model of camper trailer, and he called as soon as they had available stock. Made a very comfortable, no-pressure environment which was much appreciated. Was my first time towing anything and they made me feel comfortable and confident leaving the lot. Just got back from our first camping trip and have absolutely no regrets.

If I could give 10 stars I would. Bobby, Dennis, and John were a dream to work with and very knowledgeable about their campers. They walked us through everything and showed us newbies how our camper worked. They answered any and all the questions that I had for them with no hesitation. Would definitely recommend to family and friends.

Put a 5 000$ deposit on a used RV with a credit card. Dealer Owner Kelly refund my deposit, don t want payment balance with the same credit card. Don t know why but already have travel plans to pick the RV up. Need to be more transparent with payment options. Very disappointed

We were so pleased with the service we got with Miles RV. Richard made the deal so easy and uncomplicated and Rex was excellent at showing us everything about the camper. He took his time and made sure we were very familiar with how everything worked. We feel that Miles RV gives the BEST service in RV sales in Hendersonville, NC! There were NO HIDDEN FEES either!! Thanks guys!

Even though they had to refuse the Unit I was delivering because of factory quality issues they stuff was great to me and I would want to deliver RV s to them again in the future.

Wow, what a great experience I had here. I am starting travel nursing and needed a smaller travel trailer. Richard was my sales expert and was so kind. He answered all of my questions and was honest with me. It is such an opposite experience than camping world. Please support local places like this. David was amazing with my walk-through and was very informative. Everyone is just so nice. Sandy was also amazing with my paperwork. Great experience all around. 10/10.

Such excellent service! We will never buy anywhere else. Bobby in sales and everyone in service is exceptional! This is our second RV we have purchased there and the friendly informed staff is the reason why! Do yourself a favor and buy an RV from Miles!!

I m very glad I went to Miles RV for the purchase of my Jayco camper! Anytime visiting a place that sells vehicles (cars, rv s, etc.), one can t help but anticipate being hounded for a sale. Perhaps you ve had that experience where you arrive on the lot and the sharks begin to circle? Well, at Miles RV, they politely asked if I needed help and, when I said I was just looking, left me alone to explore the open rv s and campers. As I pondered my options, Richard Duncan checked in just enough to answer my questions. Other dealerships could take note how much more effective it is just to be there and be helpful rather than being too focused on the sale.Once I decided which camper I wanted, Richard helped make the buying process smooth and enjoyable. Not only did he secure a comfortable price, he made the financing process and other paperwork relatively easy. Going above and beyond my expectations, a technician met with me for an hour to go over all the features of my new camper. As if that wasn t enough, Richard then delivered the camper to my property on his own time. The space for the camper was limited and difficult to access but Richard worked diligently to place it where it needed to be. That would have been very challenging without his help. It was the least I could do to offer him some extra cash for his time and effort but he would not accept.I can t say enough about my positive experience with Richard Duncan and Miles RV! Highly recommended.

My tire shredded coming back from vacation and I pulled into their parking lot to unpack the car to get to the little spare tire. The temps were in the low 30s and there was a 25 mph wind. Two guys came out of their office and took over changing the tire and helping me cram my stuff back into the car. They would not take my money. People like that have to be decent folks to deal with.

Just want to say this was the easiest purchase ever. Was able to make the deal over the phone, did a fair deal on our trade-in. Everyone was so nice and helpful. Dennis explained everything about our new travel trailer, he provided exceptional service. Would recommend this dealership to anyone wanting a Camper.

Mils RV has the friendliest people. We had our eyes on a travel trailer at Camping World but the sales guys there were pretty pushy. So we went to Miles RV and found an even better travel trailer for a better price. We like the Jayco Jay Flight 265rls slx

We drove up from Florida just to buy our Aliner from Miles RV. Their reputation is impeccable & well-deserved! Our 2023 Scout purchase was so easy. Excellent staff. 5-star operation.

We started out at the big camper store down the road. They wouldn't let us look at campers without a salesman breathing down our necks. We went to Miles and had a amazing experience. We found a camper we want and the gentleman that assisted us was fantastic. We can't recommend Miles highly enough. They are wonderful people, fantastic selection without the hassel. Absolutely love this place

Absolutely horrible service. I walked in and asked to look at some RVs. One guy tells me the lot is open. I tell him I am looking for something specific and want to know where those are and not walk around wasting time looking at thingsbu dont need. He got another guy who pointed to some 5th wheels in the lot and told me to walk down and look. Noone came to help. Noone answered if they had the rvs I was looking for. Noone cared to be present with me for my search and purchase whatsoever. I am here ready to purchase and they cannot even help for a few minutes. I got the strong feeling they didn't want to help me due to my short hair and alternative appearance. Not a very friendly place at all. DO NOT GO. Horrible service and poor selection. I will be going somewhere else to make my rv purchase.

From the day we dropped in to look at travel trailers to the day we brought it home, our experience with Miles RV was fantastic. Junior was a no pressure, but very knowledgeable salesman. Victor in parts was also knowledgeable and helped make sure we had what we needed. Rex gave us a very thorough walk through, showing us how to operate everything. We shopped Camping World too, but found their prices to be much higher on a lower quality product. I am very satisfied that we chose to go with Miles. I would highly recommend them if you are in the market for a camper!

Awesome service by everyone. We stopped by to look at an RV and wasn't pressured by anyone. Junior greeted us at the door and Bobby was great to work with. Very honest and straight to point during negotiation. We didn't get an RV from here so I can't comment on the purchasing process. However, I would still recommend them because of their friendly service.

Great folks to work with. We were having some difficulty with our RV while we were traveling and these guys were willing to bend over backward to help us out. They had everything we needed. I would go here first before going to the "other guys" across the street.

Completely worthless my fianc� an I both have 700 plus credit scores an they refuse to approve us. We have everything we need an they can t approve us an won t tell us why . I bet if we drove on the lot with a Mercedes they d approve us no problem but oh well I ll take my money elsewhere.
