These guys are awesome. They got me in same day to do my brakes and an oil change. When they got in there they saw only the front brake pads needed changing, and cleaned up the back and only charged me for the front. The price was fair and less than expected. Will definitely use them again.

Love this place!!! This is my go to for everything. I have a old jeep, I drop it off with a list of to do's and they do it all!! The best part is they are very reasonable. No over charging!!! No expensive labor cost!! This place is very trustworthy, love these guys and what they do

This place is awesome. Great prices compared to competitors. I got a great deal on tires. My company uses a closer mechanic shop and got quoted a little over a $100 for the same tires. Love it

My husband's boss made arrangements for us to drop off a box truck. It had been previously agreed that this business would able to switch two wheels and replace the studs on one side. When we arrived the man there rolled his eyes at my husband when he saw him and said he couldn't change the wheels out but was "doing him a favor" to change the studs. A favor would be if we asked you to do it for free, which isn't the case! That's the job! It's an automotive business! To fix automotive vehicles! ** In response-if the job was too big, why agree to it? You knew what kind of vehicle it was beforehand! And we would never ask anyone to do a job and not pay what it's worth! We work hard ourselves! Therefore, I summize that maybe it was the color of the man's skin that was not to your liking.

Wouldn't even give one star. Unreasonable. Employee felons and rude people and just plain out ridiculous. Don't waste your money!

I have been going to Tommy for 3 years now, him and his crew always do great work on my "Blue" (my car) I never leave unsatisfied and most importantly it doesn't break my pockets. GREAT work with honest people at an affordable price, you can't beat that! Thanks crew!

My F-150 broke down on I26 at Hendersonville NC. Tow company recommended this auto repair shop. He said they did quality work at a reasonable price. They had me going within 3 hours of getting the parts. My fuel pump was bad and that is not an easy fix.The final bill was much less than the estimate because some parts they initially thought would be needed were Okay. I wish this shop was near my Fl home. If so I would have a new mechanic. I am 67 years old and I know good folks when I deal with them. These folks are the best

Been going here for 15 years. They always are friendly and professional. They have changed ownership but the business is better than ever. 10/10. Main Line replaced the engine in my Jeep Unlimited. They are a top notch company with a great level of care for their customers. There is a lot of pride in their work, their families, their kids and grand kids. I am very impressed and will highly recommend Jenny, Tommy, Josh and crew.

Tommy & the crew at Main Line Auto are great folks! Honest & dependable, they go out of their way to find solutions & keep repair bills economical. When you don't know about cars, it's so easy to get ripped off these days but with Main Line you don't have to worry. If it's broken they fix it; if it isn't, they say so & if it just needs to be "tweaked" there's often no charge! I don't often do reviews on businesses or make recommendations but this business deserves all the praise it can get.

When you find a good mechanic you keep 'em! Main Line Automotive is the gem of mechanics! Honest, dependable, trustworthy, and some of the nicest mechanics I have ever met. Let's not forget Jenny ( Tommy's wife ) who can help you with just about anything and talk parts with you just as good as the rest of them! Thank you...to all of you, for always being so kind and patient and most of all for always being in a good mood towards your customers... no matter how busy your day can get..and you are busy! So happy for all of you...and thanks again! I have found my mechanic family for life!

Exceptional service by front desk staff. I took my F 150 to Main Line Automotive based on google reviews. I was very glad I did. They were swift in getting the job done, very economical. Job done right the 1st time. Thank you all at Mainline.

I was visiting Lake Lure and my alternator went out. Being 2 hours from home, I did a google search to find a mechanic.I m so glad I found Main Line. I had a great experience as they were friendly, professional, quick and fairly priced. Thanks again!

Tommy is a super person. He can fix our vehicle at a reasonable cost . Plus an excellent job to boot! Always friendly and fair. Great place!

Scheduled an appointment for mounting and balancing 4 tires and alignment. We drove from 40 min away and I was alone with 4 young children. Was told there was a waiting room on the phone for me and the kids. Got there at appt time and was rudely told that because it was raining and they had planned to do it outside(?!), I'd have to wait 1.5 hours just to get it in the garage. There was no waiting room if you squished behind the check out counter there was one open chair (the others were covered with car parts and junk). Utterly ridiculous to have made an appt 40 min away first thing in the morning and be told I'd have to wait another 1.5 hours on top of the 2 hour job. And there was nowhere for my kids to even sit for that long. Was trying to find a new mechanic after our other one had to shut his doors a d had heard this was a good small business and wanted to support them. Will not be back.Services: Tires, Wheel alignment

Came in from out of town and ended up needing an alternator replaced late in the day. They were able to get it fixed quickly and for a good price. Highly recommend!

They are polite, honest, fast, knowledgeable and caring. Which is VERY rare these days. Thier prices are the best I have heard of around the area. I have been using them for 2 years now. Everything has been great.

My family and I have been in numerous times with an assortment of vehicles. (I have 5 children who drive!) Tommy and his men have ALWAYS been helpful and worked with us! I HIGHLY recommend this business!!!

Very busy place but very good at working around and fitting you in, reasonable prices I have a Chevy malibu. Honest people and family and friend owned. My whole family takes their cars to him and only place im taking my car.

Took my car here to have water pump replaced. Got it replaced but with isssues!! After taking my car here, it all of a sudden started eating serpentine belts!! Never had the problem before I took the car to them. DON'T TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE AS YOU WILL JUST END UP TAKING IT BACK OVER AND OVER!!! Owners don't want to fix what they break and like to add in and do extra work they weren't asked to do, without authorization from the customer

If you want honest work at reasonable prices this is the place. No up sales just tells what u need then and what can wait. Best mechanic I have ever used. Will be the only one I use from now on.

We needed a patch while driving up a mountain to visit Chimney Rock. These folks saved vacation. Quick service and super friendly! If we lived here, this would be our go to mechanic!!

While i lived in Hendersonville for 5 yrs, I used Mainline Auto several times and EVERY time received excellent service at very fair prices. NEVER had to go back for corrective action after they serviced the vehicle.

Friendly staff, helpful and honest. They do all the work I need from inspection, tires, oil change, and motor work. Wouldn't go to anyone else unless Tommy sends me to them.
