My experience with Kanuga Tire & Auto was great. From the time I arrived to the time I left, staff were kind and willing and able to answer any and all questions I had. My car is older, so I expected quite a bit of maintenance that would need to be done. I was told which services were important to handle ASAP, and which services would need to be handled within the next 1-2 oil changes. The peace of mind inspection that is complimentary when getting an oil change is awesome! I am very happy to have found a place that I can trust with routine maintenance and any car problems I have in the future.

Great communication and explanation of issues found with my vehicle. I liked seeing the photographs of the parts being checked and being able to electronically approve or decline services. Very thorough and the service provided has been very satisfactory. All of the staff I met were especially nice!

Even though they had to order the tire they still had it replaced in the same day and had it completed in a very fast time frame. The facilities are clean, the staff are all friendly and very helpful, and the pricing is very fair. Will definitely continue to use them for my tire replacement needs!

They re nice little car shop and from what I ve dealt with them so far they seem like they re pretty honest and I appreciate the thoroughness and clearness of their peace of mind check. They did find some issue I wasn t aware of that weren t pressing. I m glad that I m at least aware of the issues and I will most likely be coming back here For more work on my truck

Car rides like a dream after my visit w KA&T. No more squeaky brakes, handles better and much greater peace of mind. As a member of the disabled community - I can not thank them enough for doing so much work on my car at once, in order for me to get it back same day. Super team here. Would recommend to anyone. You will be in kind and obviously more than capable hands.

My wife and I were recently in Hendersonville (from Florida) visiting my mother and noticed she had a low tire pressure indicator on her car. Upon further inspection, I found a roofing nail embedded in her tire. Not knowing anyone in auto repair in town, I searched the web and fortunately found Kanuga Tire & Auto with a 4.9-star rating on Google (an average of 175+ review). I drove her car to Kanuga and received amazing service, exceeding my expectations. The tire was repaired and a full-service inspection of the car was provided. It s rare to find a reputable auto repair shop and after the excellent service I received, I told my mother that she can count on and trust the folks at Kunuga Tire & Auto. Kudos to Ed and Mindy and the Kunuga team for their dedication to excellence!

Eduardo and the crew were professional and personable when it came to figuring out my check engine light. I m new to the area and picked them based on their high ratings, and I am so glad I did! I ll definitely be taking my car back for future service!

Very thorough, communication was excellent.Edit: I've now had a good amount of drive time on the GT Maxtour tires and cannot in good faith recommend them. I still think Kanuga does very good work but those tires such as far as traction is concerned, I do not recommend the GT Maxtour tires

I knew there was something wrong with my car and being an out of tower I was worried about trusting someone. But taking my car to Kanuga Tires was the right thing to do! They were professional and made me feel like I had know them my whole life! They fixed the problem quickly and I loved the diagnostic report on my car! It was very detailed. They don t do that where I live! Thanks again Kanuga Tires, everyone that lives here is lucky you are here!

They are very honest and extremely thorough in evaluating your vehicles issues. They give you a step by step analysis of your cars needed repairs and categorize them by priority along with pricing. I would highly recommend them!

Great experience. They were able to squeeze me in to deal with a brake issue the next day when no one else could. They were very professional, in how they presented the results and were very on top of communication. I couldn t get my car before they closed, so they have a nice system for getting your keys afterwards.

I have always been pleased with the service at Kanuga Tire and Auto. I dropped the car off on this particular day and had new brakes and suspension/shocks. I couldn t get to them before closing but was able to pay electronically and they had my keys in a very secure after hours locker. Stress free for me!Service: BrakesService: Brakes
