I took my car to Tony for a transmission fluid change and to get all my engine mounts replaced as well as my tie rod ends. He had this done very quickly and was super professional. He also advised me that my tie rod ends did not need to be replaced. Honest work like this is hard to find now a days. We had a small problem on our RV engine so we stop by this garage and someone check it as soon as we arrived ! He was really nice he took the time to check our oil, transmission fluid and tighten our drive belt! Thank you very much :)

I'm a Dad who lives in the Midwest. So when my daughter's car broke down near Hendersonville NC, on Christmas Eve, it threw me into a little bit of a panic! She got it towed to Kaizen garage where Tony worked on it. Now, understand that I live in Iowa and I'm texting and calling some guy I have never met. He immediately put me at ease with his courteous and professional demeanor. He gave me an estimate and time that it would be done and he nailed both!Customer service like that is very hard to find in today's world! I sincerely hope the people living in and around Hendersonville NC, know how lucky they are to have such an honest business in their midst! Well done!

I got my radiator and coolant hose replaced. Tony is very professional and responded very quick to me considering it s just him. He kept me updated throughout my service. Will definitely go back to him and refer him to friends and family.

I purchased new taillights for my car and wasn t sure how to switch them out from the factory ones. Tony helped me out and had the brand new ones installed in no time! Super friendly place. I trust their work and will be back again if I ever need any work done on my car.

Y'all! This shop is next level! I switched up what I needed them to do last minute, and they just rolled with it. Not only did they finish with my car early, but when I got back in my car, I realized they had replaced my window cranks and trunk supports which were just parts I had in my car waiting for me to get around to them. I'll be using this shop for everything I need from here on out!

Not only a great mechanic but an honest one too! My Toyota Camry had a major oil leak that I could not figure out; before bringing it to Kaizen I had taken it to different shops around town and they were quick to price me a quote despite not even taking a look at it first.On the contrary, the owner at Kaizen diagnosed the issue first and then quoted. As for the car not only was it ready in the time frame he stated but I ve had no issue with it since!If your looking for a trustworthy mechanic in Hendersonville that ll put your needs and concerns before the money this is the place to go!
