I took my car to this location for my annual inspection. They replaced my windshield wiper blades for 55.00 only to have them malfunction less than 2 months later and was told that they didn t warranty those. They were obviously the wrong size because they got stuck on the opposite windshield wiper blade and they were torn off my car. At the same time. Supposedly, they did my safety inspection and let me drive off with a tire that had been damaged so badly from a warped rod it turns out that the tire was so badly damaged. It had a bulge in the tire that was ready to blow.I wound up, taking it up to our local Chevy dealer who discovered the problem and quickly fixed it for me. Then my husband about a month later, took his truck in there and was told at his annual safety inspection that everything was good to go. So we proceeded to take our truck on a trip to Florida. On our way down to Florida our breaks went on our truck that was supposedly in good condition . We proceeded on our trip only to have our brakes fail as soon as we were halfway to Florida. I have been to this location many times in the past, and I always seemed to get good service but after the lack of concern at our safety inspections, and the way I was treated on the phone about my windshield wiper blades I will not be returning to this location.

For whatever reason they felt the need to use an air wrench on my oil change. Completely rounded the plug. It took 2hrs, a welder, a grinder, and 2 trips to advanced auto to fix their mistake. Just change your oil yourself, don't make the mistake of using Jiffy Lube.

I went in for a quick oil change and they gave me a 100% going over everything in my van. I was very surprised because I was used to my car dealership doing all the work and taking 3 hours to do. I was out of there in less than 30 minutes and very well pleased with itA very good experience all around!

Took my car for inspection. Guy told me couldn't pass with broken tail light before I even drove in. He didn't have to do that, he could've done the inspection and charged me the money. These folks did great, honest. I left, got the light fixed, came and back a week later. I usually do my own car maintenance, but had them do it this time, because they were so good in telling me about the inspection.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

Went for an oil change on my Audi s4 and not even 3 weeks later the change oil light came on all they did was add more oil to my car they did not change it and still charged me 90 dollars do not go there!!

My experience at jiffy lube. To start the woman ahead of me had just moved to Hendersonville and was from out of state. Your first year in NC you don t need a state inspection and she had pulled in to get one. To stay I was impressed that they did not just take this woman s money to do a useless inspection is a understatement. I think it really shows these guys are ethical. Now my service was quick and they fully explained what they where going to do for me and how much it would cost. That on top of the great location makes this jiffy lube a step about the rest for me

My father in law was there for an oil change and they tried to tell him that his brakes, which were just performed were dangerous and needed to be changed at the tune of 1273$ even made him so scared to drive his vehicle that we got it towed to a professional brake shop only to be told that the brakes were almost new and that there was only surface rust on the rotors. Very disappointing to have wasted my time and .oney

Please DO NOT support this business or give them your hard earned money. Was charged $96.06 for a standard oil change for a 2015 Nissan Altima SL. (8/21/23). Unheard of....criminal. I got 2 competitive estimates after the fact and they charged me at least $40 more. There is no way they did everything they claimed in under 10 minutes. I have reported them to BBB and disputing charges on my credit card. Also, the staff were rude and dismissive. It was beyond a dreadful experience.

Will never go back. Very rude. Just moved to Hendersonville everyone said go to Jiffy Lube they are great..how very wrong they were. Guess when you move here and have not grown up here they treat you differently. I went to Walmart they did my oil change very professionally and were $30 cheaper. So thank you Jiffy Lube for being so hateful.

Will not be going back. When I walked in, I could see 5 workers standing about 10 feet from the front desk. One appeared to be working but the others, nothing. No one greeted me even though I had been standing there for about 5-10 minutes. Another customer walked in who was apparently already having their car worked on. Instead of acknowledging that I was even standing there, one of the workers walked up and called him over. So, I just moved out of the way. Once they'd taken care of him. The lady rudely asked me what I needed. At that point, I was done with this place. I left and went to another auto shop right down the street. I was treated with the utmost respect as soon as I walked in the door. I don't expect to be treated like royalty, but at the very least, show me some respect...

I don't know what it is about this location - over any other JL I have been to, they get me through faster and with way better customer service. I barely have time to look at my phone in the lobby before they are finished.The lobby... Small, cramped, no coffee, but if you are going to be there for just a few minutes it's no problem.

I must say I was a little leery at first but my car is out of warranty and I took a chance with JL. I was pleasantly surprised with the service and the job they did. Outstanding, and the manager Brad Smith was extremely helpful, they treat Veterans with first class service.

I pulled up at 5:00pm on the dot to see if they had time for a quick oil change. The man said yes and asked what kind of oil I wanted. I told him I normally get regular, but due to my high mileage vehicle I wanted to know what was best for my car. He rolled his eyes and rudely said that they closed at 5:30pm and he didn't have time to wait on my selection. I told him to just give me regular then since he was in such a hurry. I waited in the waiting room and another gentleman came in to tell me of a few issues with my vehicle. He said he could fix them within 20 minutes. I told him I would come back as I knew they closed soon. He said he would be here until my vehicle was finished and not to worry about how long it took. He was so kind and took very good care of my vehicle and myself. In the beginning, I was determined to give them a poor review for the first gentleman's rude attitude, but the second gentleman made my visit wonderful.

I always love jiffy lube. I give you a great service the prices are reasonable they're quick try to get you out alert you if you have a problem with your car ask you would you like to have a air filter or something like that tell you the price so you won't be misled or you don't know when you leave the store everything is up front and I like that honest and fair

Went for vehicle inspection. The place was busy...we all waited til end of month...but staff was efficient, knowledgeable & all polite & friendly; worked hard to get everyone serviced as quickly as possible. Pleased with visit.

I showed up right before closing, they took me anyway, everyone was very friendly and it was less expensive than I thought it would be. Brad recommended I flush my power steering fluid but was not pushy at all. I will be returning here in the future!

Was traveling with my young child and broke down close to the end of the work day. They got me in at the end of the day and got me back on the road, they are the best.

I was sent to the left with the slowest technician. 3 cars to my right left before I even got to the Bay door. I had a great view as I was the next vehicle in. This man walked so slow and cleaned every tool so meticulously. I could have sworn I was being Punked. He then had a second cigarette before pulling the car out to pull my vehicle in. I had already been waiting an hour and 20 minutes.

My family and I are so thankful for the friendly service that was given to us by the staff! Our car had an issue while traveling out of town and so we pulled into this location. They went above and beyond with helping us get back on the road in no time!
