I'll admit, I am always hesitant to have my vehicles worked on someone other than myself but when I tell you these guys blew me away, I mean it. I had called a handful of times to get estimates for a few different vehicles before I even came in. The office woman was very helpful, informative and kind. She took her time to listen to me poorly explain what issues my truck was having and she said "We will figure it out for you and here is the estimate total based on what you are describing." NO other company I called was willing to give me at least a ballpark without a diagnostic fee. These guys did a full check over on my truck, valve cover gaskets, an intake manifold gasket and an oil change. Had it done in a day. I took it back today and drove around with a mysterious ticking noise. Took it to a separate shop that was on my way home, he checked it and said "I have no idea but if you leave it here for a week i'll figure it out for $100." Turn around and go back to Full Bore only for them to find the noise and fix an issue that had nothing to do with their repair in about 3 minutes. Thank you Steve! The owner even took his time before I left to show me some of the extra little things he had fixed like some broken vacuum lines and fixing some other minor fluid leaks. Needless to say these guys have my business and they should have yours.

I called in the morning to get the starter replaced on my Kia Sorento. I had it towed and dropped off there. They had told me it might be the next day or two. They called that afternoon and it was ready. When I talked with Jason (mechanic and owner) it was evident that he had checked over the engine for other issues. He was knowledgeable and friendly. I am glad I found them.

They wrecked my truck and gave it back to me with flat tires and the thing wouldn t start. They also stole my new hitch and all parts I gave them to put on my vehicle. Jasen is a terrible mechanic.I would not use these guys unless you want your vehicle destroyed.Service: Auto maintenance

i have used them many times. Jason is a very smart and friendly person. Him and his wife are very honest and truthful. Very affordable with great quality work. Tosha and Jason are outstanding!! They are the perfect mix of affordable quality. I've had quite a few mechanics and have never been better taken care of than my experiences with the Full Bore team.

Great people reasonable prices will not take my cars anywhere else as long as I live in the area even if I do leave will alway take my cars to them always smiling and willing to help you as much as possible!! Thanks Jason and Tasha

The absolute worst customer experience I have ever encountered. I took my car to them when they were still Clear Creek Automotive and they replaced my started on a Saturday so I wouldn't miss any work. So the next time something went wrong, they were the first shop I thought of. However, in that time, they switched names/owners. This time, when I asked for an estimate, they suggested that I take it to the dealership because it's a recall issue. I appreciated this attempt to save me money, however, once the VIN# had been run through the system and it was discovered that the recall had already been fixed properly, they continued to push my car off onto the dealer, insisting that I fight with them to get it fixed.I asked them how much it would be for them to simply fix the problem and they refused to give me an estimate. Instead, Jason set up and appointment date with me saying that he would personally take it to Ford to have that conversation with them and if that didn't work I should call Ford Corporate. The afternoon before said appointment, I called to verify and Jason had just gotten on a plane to Oklahoma. The office lady swears there was no appointment and that I was supposed to call Ford myself and have it dealt with. They refused to tell me the part on my car that needed replaced. Essentially Jason did whatever he could to get out of actually fixing my car.After a 2-week-long game of back-and-forth with no results, I finally said forget it and took it to a different shop. I will never return to Full Bore and I will warn everyone I know against them as well.

I'm so glad I found this mechanic. Jason is a very knowledgeable Ford mechanic that wants things done right. He and Tosha have been wonderful to work with. They have taken great care with my vehicle and given me accurate pricing during the diagnosis and repair. I would highly recommend them.

We found Jason to be honest, reliable and fairly priced.My car broke down and my husband remembered the good experience he had with Clear Creek Auto in the past, so he called him.He told us what was wrong with it and what needed to be done to fix it.I would highly recommend Jason and his crew to anyone who needs car repair!He is an hour from my home, but definitely worth the drive...Thank you very much Jason.... The best shop in Hendersonville. I wish I could give them a 10 star review. They do not over charge and they are honest about what is wrong with your vehicle. If you need work on your car, they are the place to go.

John and his staff are among the most friendly And knowledgeable in the area. They were able to tackle anything from basic maintenance to a aftermarket supercharger install on my Mazda Miata. Extremely pleased with my experience and I would recommend them to anybody for any level of mechanical work.

Absolutely the most trustworthy mechanic shop in the area. Family owned and operated, these guys are extremely knowledgeable and courteous. The work is always top-notch and they are honest with their diagnosis. The prices are fair on maintenance AND tires. I will never let my vehicles (or anyone I care about) get worked on anywhere else.

These guys helped me put when my transmission blew I work all over the country and they were able to work on my truck while I was out running around and when it was done I immediately drove it back home to Oklahoma and it ran like a top.

Was intransit, out-of-town. Jason and his shop came highly recommended! Extremely friendly, personable, and down to earth people. Quoted under what I had expected to pay! If I was local ... this would be where I would bring my automotive business!!!

Had to push my car into their parking lot after it shut off right up the road. Thought it just needed a jump the guys inside dropped what they were doing to come look at my car. Turns out one of my wires got cut by a belt these guys had me back on the road in less than a hour (that's including the diagnostic check) and actually refused a payment for they're help until my girl refused to leave without paying them and they only accepted 50 bucks for at least 150 of work time and inconvenience!! I'd like to give a huge shout to our new mechanic Trevor! Thanks man y'all were life savers today

Amazing place to bring your car. There is no bs with them, tell you straight how it is but also don't try to upsell you on stuff you don't need. Haven't even had my car fixed yet but I know I'll be returning here.

Don't take anything here! You'll not see it for years, they'll lie to you and say they have been working on your vehicle when they haven't done anything. Completely undependable.

A great place to take your auto for service. Reasonable and trust worthy. They have been treating me right for years. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
