Fantastic service! They got me right in to determine what the problem was, went the extra mile in their thoroughness and attention to detail, and gave updates along the way based on what they found. We stopped here while traveling, but if we were local I would definitely come here again. Five stars aren t enough - highly recommend them!

Let's just say I won't be going anywhere else! Their service is top-notch. Their customer support is so friendly. I needed them to order my tires as they didn't have them. They ordered them and held them for me until i could make it! They are busy because they are such an amazing group of people. This means you should get there early or plan on having a wait time. They are closed on Saturdays.Again, I can't reiterate or recommend this place enough.

Great people who really know tires. Th worked with Continental tire people to get me a rebate on worn tires and set me up with new ones. After doing an alignment, my 2012 Audi A6 rides on rails. Thanks guys.

We had a front end noise issue that another shop could not identify. Downtown Tire quickly found the problem with our brakes and they were able to take care of it right away. Besides the great work, their price was excellent. They are always great to work with.

SNAPSHOT = Prompt and excellent service from responsive professionals - details below...I found my new place. Good prices for great and attentive work. Went in to patch a tire. Felt comfortable enough with owner Bobby Roland that I had tires balanced and rotated.I was very pleasantly surprised when Bobby told me they also put air in my spare tire. Nice first impression.Got ideas from Bobby on where and how I could get all-wheel drive issue fixed. He was very generous and spoke highly of a competitor to whom he referred me.Very impressed. I'm a customer and fan.Best wishes to Bobby Roland for continuing success!

Highly recommend! We had a flat tire as we were driving through Hendersonville. After calling a few tire places, we found Downtown Tire Pros had what we needed in stock. They had us back on the road in about an hour and a half. As we were four hours from home with 3 young kids, we could not have been happier with our service!

I can t thank Bobby & Nelson enough for taking care of my daughter (who was 500 miles away) and needed new tires before a drive home. They were professional, helpful and all around nice guys. I made calls to several other shops before deciding to go with Downtown Tire Pros & I m glad I trusted by gut. Thanks for taking care of my girl. Highly recommend!

They were able to work me in this morning when my tire was going flat on the way to work. Super kind and caring people who were ready to help. They got me in and out in a reasonable amount of time even though I didn t have an appointment and they were swamped. Very thankful!!

Just bought 2nd set of tires from these guys! Super nice guys, local (and clean) shop and best of all pricing right at or below other discount shops. Drove 45 min from AVL to buy here. Completely worth it

These guys have been in business for many years. If you want something done right. Stop by and give them a try. These guys are top notch. They know they are doing. I brought my truck in for an alignment there were a couple of problems the truck. Brian was able to walk me through them, and was able to get it fixed. I was impressed with his knowledge and meticulous work. Thanks guys! You have my business.

I got an alignment here recently, which I needed and was happy to get done. More importantly, while I was waiting I watched the interaction between the staff and customers, both in shop as well as on the phone. I owned a small business for 40 years, and I can tell Bobby and his staff treat their customers right. I will definitely be coming back for any tire or suspension needs.

Was having a slow leak on one of my rear tires and 2 coworkers recommended this place. So glad they did! Prompt, professional and overall excellent service from the guys at Downtown Tire Pros. Friendly and knowledgeable staff made for a pleasant experience. Definitely will be back to see the guys whenever we need new tires.

I desperately needed new tires and called Downtown this morning. The call was knowledgeable, friendly, and honest; truly trying to make sure I knew what was needed and even helped offer advice if I was calling other shops for pricing! I was recommended to come here by a local friend and I am forever greatful. They received the tires I needed, same-day, had me drop off the car and had it ready in a few hours! These guys are kind, helpful, upfront, and professional! The tires feel good, the cost was affordable, and everyone was on their A-Game! Thank you Downtown Tire Pros! I will definitely be back!

Being new in Town I did a search on Google to find a place to get my tire slow leak repaired. I was pleased to find such positive reviews for Downtown Tire Pros on Google. So I called to ask some questions, and spoke to Bobby. He was very pleasant on the phone and took the time to explained what the cost would be and timing for the repair. On the phone I understood that Downtown Tire Pros is a busy business, and after my positive experience I understand why. Bobby is very friendly and outgoing, and a man of his word. Bobby is obviously very good manager and knows how to gain continued loyalty from his customers (and create new customers). He and his team did a great job explaining this issue with the tire and my options, and made the repair quickly and in the end, I am a very happy new customer! I felt very comfortable bring my car there and will make this my tire go-to tire business.

On Monday, I had to get some new tires for my brothers car. I went to several different tire places that turned me away before coming to Downtown Tire. This shop has to be one of the best tire shops in Hendersonville and I recommend getting new tires here. The owner was super friendly and gave me a reasonable deal for 3 brand new tires. Even though I had to wait for a while for the car to get serviced, once it got serviced, it went fairly quickly. I was very impressed with the professionalism at this shop and will recommend getting new tires from this shop.

We were on a trip from Florida and picked up a bolt in one of our tires. I called Downtown Tire Pros 15 minutes before closing and they waited till we got there. Thank you for helping us and giving us 5 star customer service.

Honest, knowledgeable, carries Continental tires, and finished my tires in 20 minutes after dropping in right before closing. Won't bother with anywhere else.

Saved a ton of money & took care of us same day with no appointment. We had a serious brake issue that arose suddenly.The owner gave my husband a ride home after dropping car off. Super friendly owner & staff!Outstanding customer service & mechanics were extremely knowledgeable - they explained the issue & how to prevent it in the future.If we had gone to dealership it would have seriously cost us $1,000 more.

For years I have used Downtown tire pros and they always manage to amaze me with their service. I started out going there because it is conveniently located to downtown but now I would drive across the state to see them, I ve had that good of experiences. They always go above and beyond and answer all my questions. I ve seen them for tire patches, replacements and full sets of tires. As a woman i sometimes feel intimidated going in for any kind of auto related service on my own, but these guys always make me feel welcome and help me feel at ease. I highly recommend them.

Bobby helped me with new tires for my vehicle and was so kind, communicative and helpful throughout the process. My visit to downtown tire was a last minute emergency before I headed back to Charlotte the next day and he still found time to squeeze me in. Their service is unmatched. Support this local business!

Great experience - Ordered my tires, when they came in I dropped the truck off and had my tires installed and a front-end alignment. Excellent service from start to finish and a good price as well.

Excellent service, friendly, knowledgeable, went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. I had oversized truck tires put on. Not everyone can handle that task, but they did a great job. Highly recommend!

I have to say that I have never encountered a group of more honest and hard working people, I have previously gotten tires here and it was a wonderful experience. This last time was particularly exceptional because I took my car in to get breaks and they let me know I did not need breaks and did not charge anything even though they took off all four tires to properly check them. I am beyond impressed with this company and any needs I have that can be done by them will be!

I rolled in there today about 45 minutes before they closed with a funny noise from my tire. They quickly checked it out and sent me safely on my way. Comfortable waiting room.Super nice people! Highly recommend!

I arrived riding on a donut with a punctured tire just as the owner was closing up shop. He was exceptionally kind and checked my tire. The donut I was riding on only had 10 pounds of air so he inflated it making it safe for me to drive home. They had my punctured tire repaired first thing the next morning. Great service and great prices!
