I just purchased a used SUV from Coleman Freeman and had the pleasure of meeting Joshua. He was so friendly and made me feel at ease. He answered all of my questions and worked diligently to provide any history on the vehicle. I live in TN and returned the next day to test drive it again and make the purchase. I rate this dealership and Joshua 5 stars!

As a first time car buyer I was nervous and anxious going into this. Joshua immediately reached out to me after I showed interest in a car I loved through CarFax and was so helpful with providing answers to the questions I had. Because of some financial issues that I needed to sort I wasn t able to follow through further on the car for a few weeks but once I had everything in place I reached out to Joshua and he was immediately there again to help me. Went down to the dealership where he warmly welcomed me and took his time providing me with all the info on the car I had my eye on. It was such a relief to not feel like I was being rushed and he was so understanding and empathetic about how big of a decision this was for me as a first time buyer. Joshua s great personality and honesty really made me feel like I had a friend helping me out with this car rather than a salesman.I am so happy with my car and so thankful for Joshua s help through this first time experience!

Edit: took the business over two weeks to respond to this review and they never reached out to me even though they have my personal number. They did have prior knowledge of issues. The sales rep told me I should have my heater core replaced in the future because it was coming out lukewarm. (which is a very expensive job because of the labor required). The only reason they paid for the repair is because they wouldn t let me talk to their mechanic . At first they were going to charge me 50% cause they gave me a 50/50 warranty for one month after purchase. I did contact Presley Automotive back to let them know that they reinstalled the thermostat back incorrectly, they apologized. They d rather have me trade for another truck although I already fixed it myself and won t ever come to Coleman Freeman and I warn others to stay away as well. The fact that they won t even let you talk to their mechanic is shady enough for me. Sad to see a local business being ran this way and an Army Veteran treated poorly.Traded in my vehicle for an older truck because I was tired of having car payments every month. The truck that I traded for ended up being busted from the very start. I'm not an auto mechanic but I am mechanically inclined so now I am more of an auto mechanic after learning and replacing parts within the truck. After not owning the truck for less than a week, a part in the cooling system blew and dumped coolant everywhere. That's when I found out there was stop leak in the cooling system that was put in there before I got it. I called Austin, sales rep who I got the truck from, and told him what happened. He wanted me to tow the truck to his "mechanic", I was sketched out that this mechanic didn't have an official shop or anything so I asked for the mechanic's phone number which Austin refused to give to me. So I wanted it taken somewhere else for repair, he recommended Presley Automotive. They replaced the part but installed the thermostat back in incorrectly so the engine temp kept fluctuating down and up. I drained the coolant and flushed it and replaced the thermostat by myself and the truck went back to normal. There was barely any heat coming out of the truck when I got it, so I decided to replace the heater core and other parts of the cooling system including the radiator cause it seemed still gunked up with the stop leak. Now the head gasket has finally blown, I knew it was leading up to this point and is probably why the stop leak was originally put in it. I am fortunate to be able to replace the head gasket on my own and machine the head block if it has warped or cracked. Not many others would be able to or have the knowledge on how to do this and paying someone else can be very very costly. The fact that Austin was so eager to get rid of the truck now makes sense to me. I am now down a vehicle until I repair it, which may take some time since I work full-time. This happened to me and can happen to anyone else. Will never come back to Coleman Freeman for any kind of automotive needs.

I looked everywhere to find a Volvo C70 T5. I am from South Carolina and Coleman Freeman Car Dealership is in Hendersonville NC. I was nerves because it was out of state. Joshua facetime with me. I wanted to make sure it didn't have any dents. I was buying unseen. I love my car and it is absolutely gorgeous. I have trust issues even with a car fax and their awesome techs. But, I took it to the Volvo Dealership in Greenville. They were amazed that I got the car at that price in that good of shape. Coleman Freeman is a dealership that can be trusted. I could not believe they brought it to me. I had talked to other company before I bought it and I am so glad that I did. I will never buy another car from anyone else. Joshua is an amazing because most people would never take the time like he did with me. He wasn't a used car salesman. Some Used car salesman tries to sell you what they want just to make to make a sell. He is someone who will listen to you and help you get the the car you want and his customer service skills are unbelievable. They deserve more than 5 stars.

This is a wonderful car dealership, and a great place to buy a used car. Josh was one of the best car salesman that I have had the pleasure of buying a car from in Hendersonville. He made my job easy by helping me find the right car for the right price for my daughter. Josh was honest, trustworthy, and upfront about car buying. I would recommend Coleman Freeman to anyone looking for the best quality car around. I am truly appreciative of Coleman Freeman for hiring a wonderful young man like Josh Moniz.

Bought a beautiful 2006 VW Beetle that is in pristine condition! Worked with Josh and he went above and beyond to make my purchase experience outstanding. I am out of state, so when I called to inquire about the car, Josh had a Face time call with me where he showed me the entire car inside and out and answered all my questions. Josh took care of all the paperwork, assisted with the shipment of the car, and was there for me every step of the way. The best car buying experience I've ever had!

I am very please with this dealership. Austin made the sales process very easy, quick, and comfortable. They do NOT pressure you whatsoever, and they care about their customers. They treat you as family, and work hard to get happy customers. It s the First dealership I ve been to, that doesn t charge a bunch of nonsense fees, I don t think they even charged a doc fee! They aren t trying to rip anyone off, it s actually the opposite, which is like finding gold in this industry! They helped me get into a safe, reliable, and pretty car I will be going here from now on, and sending everyone I know here. Thanks Austin!

It all started with my 75+ young Mom who bought an absolutely amazing car with her limited budget and was treated like a queen throughout the experience. Thank you Coleman Freeman and especially Joshua.Fast forward approx 2 years and I am going through a divorce and desperately needed a new vehicle. I needed to trade in an older cushy, gas-guzzling, but wonderful and crazy useful, techy minivan that I no longer needed, for something that made more sense. but something I could afford with my small budget and feel safe in. and hopefully also feel good in it and love it!Unlike my Mom, who knew exactly which car she wanted, I was completely flummoxed about what to get. Joshua was incredibly patient while I figured out what best fit my needs, and was unbelievably knowledgeable not only about the cars on their lot but also comparative cars. I immediately knew I was in good hands. He treated me with respect and kindness and I never felt pressured. I was in a vulnerable position and he made me feel comfortable and free to ask questions and negotiate. I was given a very fair trade for my old car, we worked out loan terms, and I drove away with the perfect car for my needs and new situation. Even the Ex is jealous. Ha!To recap: I had visited multiple dealers and used car lots, spent countless hours online, and felt extremely uncomfortable until I (listened to my mom!) went to Coleman Freeman. I could not be more thankful for my experience with them, and again, particularly Joshua. I love knowing that my car has already been inspected, serviced and warrantied. That makes me feel even safer.I mentioned the respect he showed, I also need to mention his amazing sense of humor; I laughed more during the process than I have in the past year. And that alone was worth it's weight in gold. :-)PS: they also give you a voucher to fill up your tank for your new car. An appreciated bonus during $$ gas costs!

Love this place! This is my second time . Buying a car from hear. Never felt any pressure and always plenty of information on the vehicle. Josh is the salesmen i worked with both times. Austin was great. First, he had the car I purchased-- a 2006 KiaSpectra 5 front-wheel drive hatchback, 4-cyl. with only 104,700 miles.Sure, they probably make a decent amount on each vehicle, but Austin works hard for you every time, to make sure all is right.

I usually hate dealerships. But we found my girlfriend s dream car and bit the bullet. Drove 2+ hours to get the car. It was very clean with almost no hidden issues. Austin (pretty sure) was awesome, genuine guy. 10/10 would recommend, easy to deal with, and have great communication.

Joshua is a car angel. I had one mission which was to buy a used Prius and have a positive experience. It was my first time buying a used car, and I needed a bank loan. Joshua was an extraordinary advocate for me during the unusual and arduous process due to my credit history and being self-employed. His father even taxied me to and from my apartment in Asheville as I needed to sleep on my final decision. 11/10 experience. I am recommending everyone to this gem of a dealership. Love my Prius. I'll be seeing Joshua again when I'm ready to upgrade!

We had just come off of a horrible experience with a national car retailer. We had been searching for a new family van and a very specific budget when we reached out to Austin about their listing. Coming from out of town, Austin was extremely helpful and patient with our unique situation. He even stayed after hours to let us test drive and sign our paperwork. In my 45+ years of buying cars, I have NEVER had a more pleasant experience. Coleman Freeman's inventory is high quality, the sales staff is courteous , knowledgeable and professional. Austin addressed all my concerns in a straightforward manner with absolutely no pressure. I got a very fair price for my trade and a reasonable price on my purchase. I can highly recommend this dealership with no reservations.

Great service! From the minute I contacted this dealer I felt very at ease that I wasn t getting taken advantage of. That feeling proved to be true as Joshua helped me explore options on my trade in and went above and beyond to FaceTime me as I inspected the vehicle in and out. Never felt pressured. I purchased a 2006 E350 with 82k miles from Coleman in January 2020. The car seemed too good to be true... One owner, no accident, all the work done at the dealer. The car appeared to be such a rare find that I canceled the prepurchase inspection at the dealership, after reviewing the service history with them.I am thoroughly pleased with my purchase. After driving the car one year and putting almost 15K miles on the clock, I couldn t be happier. As you would expect, I've had to invest a few dollars in the vehicle. This includes $1kfor a manifold intake plus $2.6k for a valve body. This increased my effective purchase price to $11k. Despite this, I highly recommend Coleman Freeman Auto Sales.

Easy and hassle free. I purchased a 2015 Ford Focus hatchback online and had it shipped to the Atlanta area. I needed a daily reliable commuter. The car was delivered as described in the ad with 10k miles. BTW, did I note that I did not see the car at all in person? Great and responsive sales staff. World class customer service. Very easy to deal. Will consider them in the future when shopping for another car.
