I can not only say that this particular location of Caliber Collision is good, but that nationally they are good as well. When I lived in Florida, I used them on a couple different occasions for repair work, and when my car got hit last month, I used one of their local shops near me. Every time I ve used them, they have done very good work and kept me informed throughout the process. This most recent experience was no exception. Skyler was my advisor. She was friendly and accommodating, and kept me informed throughout the process. Based on this and previous experiences, I would use Caliber Collision again and would recommend them to others.

I can't recommend Caliber Collision enough to everyone. The work that they do is exact and precise and just plain beautiful. The two times that I've used Caliber Collision, they have finished the job earlier than the expected end work date.In my case someone backed out of their driveway on to the street and into my driver door and front panel. You'd never know it now. Excellent work!

Caliber Collision did a great job repairing my car. Skyler was both personable and professional as she explained process that would be used to repair and return my car to me. Every interaction I had with those in the office was positive.

I'm giving 4 stars because at first I did not have a good experience. BUT, things turned around and my van was repaired appropriately. Caliber Collision of Hendersonville did what Arizona could not do, and repaired the hatch door of my van the correct way. They held true to the warranty of their work.

Excellent experience from start to finish. Everyone was professional, polite and the communication was excellent. The car looks amazing. I won t hesitate to use them again.

The team at Caliber Collision in Hendersonville is fantastic!! I needed work done on my car through an insurance claim (GEICO), and I chose Caliber as my repair shop option. They were so kind and educational about the process and answered all my questions and explained the paperwork etc. to me. I have a tight work schedule and they were so accommodating with my dropoff and pickup. (side note, if you need a rental with an insurance claim I highly recommend Enterprise right down the road from here, both of these shops were fantastic to work with.) They even buffed out my right headlight to try to match the new one they had to put in on the left side. Everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful from the front office staff to the repair people I interacted with. Appreciate y'all - would definitely come here again and recommend to my friends and family.

Repairs took twice as long as originally stated. Informed representative that more parts may be needed to complete repairs than what was on quote. Called on day originally agreed on to be told that the part in question is now being ordered and it would be several more days. Called again on day agreed on and was told another issue would need to be addressed. Picked car up after 20 days and found multiple issues with repairs as well as black finger/hand prints on ceiling and visor. This is the second repair this shop has done for me and had issues with both. Don t recommend if you care what your vehicle looks like after.

Very professional to handle my car. My car looks amazing!The customer service from day one was very good, the lady in front desk even had home made pound cake for the customers that morning with tasty coffe. Igave my phone number and by text messages thet keep me updated about my repair. It took less time than expected, they wash and vacuum my car when i went to pick it up and the prices of repair were reasonable. Thank you!! I recommend this place to anyone.

Incredibly fast service and incredibly friendly staff. They do everything they can in their power to help you get your car fixed as soon as possible, while making you feel like family. First off, the repairs appear to have been satisfactorily done.Now for the rest. The service is terrible. It took two months to schedule an appointment (they are an approved shop by my insurance company). After dropping off the car, it took and additional five weeks to finally have the repairs done. They had told me initially one week.This was not a major repair. It was a scrape on one of the rear doors of the vehicle.They promised good communication, but I had to follow up and request due date information multiple times. Each time they did not meet their commitments and I had to follow up again.I would not recommend taking one's car here. Find another shop.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Caliber Collision in Hendersonville NC is where you will want to take your vehicle if you have fender bender. Great staff and they really do take care to ensure on time delivery and great quality.

Had to have car repaired after backing into mailbox.. Chad Baldwin ( who is the Manager) explained everything to me. From contacting my Ins Co. To how long repairs should take. With his help, I was able to get Rental car the same day.. did not take long at all to have work done. Very professional and was a lot less stress with his help. And with the way things are in todays society like short staffing issues, parts hard to find, I Would highly recommend this company.. 5 stars for sure!!

Unfortunately someone hit our Subaru and we honestly thought the car would be totaled. We chose Caliber because our insurance accepted them and we are so glad we did. Mr David and Mrs Sandra were both so pleasant to work with. We were kept up to date on what was happening along the way and even though the repairs took months due to needing multiple parts shipped here - which was not Calibers Fault - We are satisfied with the repairs, as the car looks and drives as well as it did before the wreck and would recommend this shop.
