Fantastic service. I ve taken my car here for the last couple of months even though I still have a warranty on my car. Difference is, with a dealership, I m just another job. At C&C, I m an individual and they give me the proper service. No run around, no fine print, and no half done jobs. They don t care about getting the requested job done, they care about getting my vehicle in tip top shape. Terry and Red are as reliable as they come and will break down everything you need to know even if I still had to go back to my dealership for a computer reprogramming that only they could do. Making a long distance move can be difficult at best. Packing, unpacking, finding service companies, stores, etc., can be overwhelming. However, we are blessed to have found a trustworthy person to work on our car, a gentleman who has owned this shop for years and years, and who is so helpful in sharing his knowledge of this area. We will be repeat customers for as long as this area is our home.

Left my car here for over a month, terry lost my keys and left my car sitting on flat tires. I kept calling and he kept reassuring me that he would take care of me and help me out. I told him I needed my car to be able to drive my 2 year old daughter around and he reassured me he would treat it like it was his car. Finally I went to see how much work he d done. Nothing was done he said he can t get parts. Mind you I have a 98 Toyota rav 4. He then proceeded to tell me that I needed to bring my spare key because my original key had broken. When I asked to see the broken key he said his employee stuck it in his pocket and left for the day. I went back multiple times to find the key and each time he got mad at me and said it s my fault that I don t have a spare key. I had to put a new ignition switch in. Terry said he would give me $60 back for the ignition switch. He never did.. now he s called every shop in the area and told them not to deal with me. Im a human just like anyone else here. I know I may not look like you but I'm an honest person and I work just as hard as anyone else. I was not asking for a hand out I was not asking for free work. I just asked him for my broken key which terry couldn t find. If I mess up I apologize and make it right. Terry called the police on me instead. It is my fault for thinking this would be a good honest business. Just another con artist playing off people s emotions for a dollar. Worst experience of my life.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Terry is great. Inspected my car here and I've had brakes done here and so has my daughter. He always does a great job.

Had bolts seize on my exhaust and didn't have my lift ready so trusted this shop with my baby. They did a great job and it felt like I was back at a hometown shop where I could chat, and the owner cared about my business. Will be bringing my 51 Chevy back to him for a resto project in the future.

Terry is the owner and manager, ask for him. They do good work at a reasonable price. If he can't do the work, he will tell you.
