This was by far the smoothest vehicle transaction I ve ever made. I traded in my current 4runner on a new 2024 4runner Trd Pro. I had been dealing with Mr Cherry, the salesperson via phone and text for a couple weeks or so.Yesterday I arrived to pick up the new one and everything he had relayed to me was just as Mr Cherry promised it would be.Given I m 58 I ve had my fair share of vehicle purchases and this was by far the best experience hands down!Definitely a laid back and comfortable atmosphere and everyone was incredibly professional. This is the only Toyota dealership I will deal with in the future for sure.

This was mine and my partners first time buying a car and were scared of the process. Jay was an amazing help and went above and beyond to help us get our dream car. I bought a used vehicle that I love . Christian Gallaway. Is the absolute best! He will do whatever he can to get you in your dream vehicle. He was so great to me I took my sister in law to him to get her vehicle. He did not disappoint. They love theirs as well. This was my 3rd Bryan Easler purchase. Highly recommended. Go see Christian!

My experience in the service department was exceptional. I go there each time my need service light comes on! I had an appointment for a service to just check safety and fluids. Knowing that my appointment was scheduled for a short visit. I always ask them to look at the brakes. I live in the mountains so my brakes get used a lot. My service person was not sure they would have enough time. He remembered that I live a distance away. When he came to tell me my Highlander was ready, he informed me that all the brakes were taken care of! He had one mechanic on the front and another on the rear. I m so grateful. I ve always been greater in a friendly way and the service is always exceptional. Your vehicle will be in good hands!

I don't know why this dealership doesn't have five stars. This is my second vehicle I've purchased from them and I could not be happier with the service. They don't use the bullying techniques or try to rush you in any way, shape or form it doesn't matter if you have no credit or great credit. They are willing to work with you . And I just want to note that my first car, I had absolutely zero credit... It's a wonder if they didn't finance me a bicycle however I left the dealership with a vehicle that day and I don't feel like I got a bad deal at all . 5 years later I now have a credit score in the very good range and I was able to trade that car in for a brand new 2024 vehicle. Thank you Frank Jarvis and Thank you Bryan Easler for having good morals and not making me afraid to go to a dealership to purchase a vehicle

I have never purchased a car from this dealership, but I have had my Highlander serviced there for about 30 months now. I have found their service department to be excellent in every way. The advisors are helpful and knowledgeable, the folks on the phone are courteous and professional, and the cashier department is always pleasant. They are efficient and respectful of your time. They do great work, and have really helped me out a couple of times following accidents. Based upon these experiences with the service department, I would absolutely buy my next Toyota from them. These people deserve your business. A+.

This dealership has truly exceeded my expectations in terms of service and value. I had the pleasure of dealing with Peter, who was exceptionally helpful throughout the whole process. From the moment I stepped onto the lot, Peter was attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely interested in helping me find the right vehicle.I was looking to trade in my car and I can confidently say that I got an amazing deal. Synthetic oil change and annual inspection in about 30 minutes. No high pressure to buy my vehicle. No wasted time on video inspections that require acknowledgement before service. Just plain old fashioned good service. Very polite and attentive staff.

Just came home from purchasing a new Rav 4 Prime, the car is due to arrive in February. I worked with Dave Williams (Internet Sales/Manager) and Jim Griffith (Sales Consultant). Due to the rarity of these cars, I new I was not going to have much wiggle room on the price. All said and done, I was quite pleased how things went and I would highly recommend anyone interested in a Toyota to give Jim Griffith a shot. Jim was easy to work with, no pressure and a relatable person.I've purchased a number of cars in the past and this was the first time I felt good leaving a dealership. Did I get the best possible deal, maybe not. But I'm satisfied with my choice and how I was treated while there.My last car I purchased was also from Bryan Easler Toyota (2014) and I was not totally pleased with the purchasing experience. I gave them a second chance due to the fact they had the car I was interested in. I'm glad I did. (Other car purchases occurred in Massachusetts.)The Service Department at Bryan Easler Toyota has treated us well over the last 9 years and would recommend them as well.Four Stars due to the delivery is in a month...

I ve serviced my cars here since 2020, with excellent care. Not anymore. I brought my car in for an oil change and tire rotation recently. They lost my locking lug nut key, threw out my locking lug nuts, replaced the locks with standard nuts. That doesn t bother me terribly. What bothers me is they failed to inform me the key was lost, and denied I ever had them. Condescending interaction with an ignorant service person, who was happy to tell me what a lug wrench and jack is. I ve rotated my own tires for years; I know what I had and why locks were used. I will never return.

My recent experience with New Car Salesman Lee Warren, trading up into a new Tundra couldn't have been better. Even through a design/build, every step in the process was straightforward and painless. I often gauge my new car buying experience by time invested in the purchase; a combination of time on phone, financing, in the dealership, etc. From my introduction to Lee, to driving my new truck off the lot, I may have invested two hours into the process. Extremely pleased by the entire experience! Bryan Easler Toyota is crushing the car buying stereotypes!

Sadly they are going downhill from what they once used to be. Not very friendly Very irritable and unhappy because of lack of inventory and used cars are being brought back in for repairs because they sell anything they can get their hands on. Phillip Mullenex (I probably got ther name wrong sorry)is not a very pleasant person either and he is a manager. There are several other Toyota dealers in the area with way better selection and much friendlier folks, sadly this used to be one of them.... not any more. But on the upside they are now selling trailers since they can't get anyone to but their cars.

We have been dealing with Bryan Easler since 2016. It originally started when we traded in a 2013 Corolla for a 2016 Rav4 XLE...... over the past 6 years, we have made several more purchases with them and we will continue to do business with them due to their exceptional service!!We always deal with Lee W. in Sales!! Finance and Service have been great to us as well!!I would 100% recommend them to anyone. I drive past another Toyota dealer (and go twice the distance) to do business with B.E. Toyota :)

Zach at the service department gave my friend and I the best service ever. On our way to another state our car got into an accident. He literally saved our trip with taking care of my RAV4, staying late, and giving us a car to finish our trip. If I could I would give 10 stars not five.

Worst experience. They made you feel unimportant. If nothing shows up on the machine wrong then ,your car is passed by to the next customer. Had washer light indicator on they're like oh your washer fuild light was on we put fuild in it. I guarantee they thought I miss read that for the Trac but I did not. Last I had a great experience something must have changed in management. That'd a same I really spoke highly of Easler Toyota until these last 2 day the lady is were nit personally friendly

What a great experience we had today with Mark Forest. We came in with service and I ended up meeting Mark at used cars. I told them I was looking for a Suv with 3 rows seats that had something that didn't have a V-8 engine and he turned me on too this unicorn. Low mileage and 1 owner. This is a unicorn for what it is. He also made the numbers work. Thank you Mark Forest!!!

Excellent, honest service. Had a lightning strike on 18 Tacoma. Service advisor Brandon Cornwell walked me through what to expect for repair time and also their procedure to address the daisy chain of issues. Repair completed in timely fashion and worked well with my insurance carrier. Great communication and courtesy from Brandon and team at Bryon Easler Toyota.

If you are looking to buy a used vehicle, Bryan Easler Toyota has great service and are very trustworthy. Ask for Mr. Coleman, he is a very genuine person and both him and the manager worked with me to find a fair and affordable price. He was perfectly honest with me about the car and made the whole process quick and easy.This place is not like other dealerships trying to rip you off. I would highly recommend to anyone.

Have had excellent service. Bought vehicle here and after servicing for 30,000 miles. Still very happy with service. People are kind. The staff is very helpful. I have my dog with me they all like her. I am very satisfied I purchased my vehicle here and get is serviced here.
