The dark haired girl @ this location is THE person to go to if you need something. She knows the stock in this store much better than anyone else I ve asked questions to there. She s fast, knowledgeable and is friendly as well.

Awesome customer service. A great place if you re on your own and YouTubing to learn DIY instructions. They are friendly and supportive to DIY ers.

Michael Guerrero did a phenomenal job diagnosing some battery issues (loose cables) and quickly remedied the problem with a wonderful attitude and sense of humor. Grateful for good customer service now a days!

This place will rip you off if you let them. They tried to sell me a part @$65.00 to fix the problem. I said no and started looking around their store. I found a fix for $3.99

Stopped in to try to find something that would safely remove brake dust from my wheels without damaging the finish. The gentleman working at the counter was very helpful in deciding which product to use. He came out to my car, took a look, and made a recommendation. Then he gave me a rag and told me I should go try it out before buying it. It worked perfectly. That is what I call A+ customer service. 10/10 experience.

Amazing service poor guy at the counter had to deal with me crying and having a mental breakdown of headlights. Very sympathetic and understanding and patient with me.

I have never done an online review but have to this time. Went in today looking for backseat covers for my brand new car. Two young guys standing at counter. I was only customer in the store. One guy didn't know much about seat covers. Asked him if he could walk out to car to look at backseat. Basically ignored me. I ended up purchasing seat covers and asked guys if they might have time (and obviously they did) to come show a middle age lady how to put covers on. They were both very rude and said they didn't know how to do it. VERY unsatisfied, and covers will be returned for full refund .

Man I walked walked right in got service within minutes Jonathan checking my battery got me in out with new battery reasonably fast.Never met Jonathan before but he was professional. Without hesitation even though it was sprinkling got the job done. Million thanks!!!!

I had great customer service, which I needed since I'm not incredibly mechanically inclined, the staff not only helped me find a car battery that was what I needed, no more & no less but they also installed it on the spot for me and it comes with a warranty to boot. Different staff members came to give their advice regarding other parts I am considering getting. It was really a great team over there and their prices matched Amazon, who will absolutely not install anything for you under the hood. I'd recommend them to friends and family and will be a repeat customer. Thank you Auto Zone!

I had to come to autozone tonight around 830pm because I was having issues with either my battery or alternator. Dee was the person I spoke to over the phone to make sure they did checks on batteries ect. She offered excellent customer service over the phone. When I arrived to get everything checked over she was already outside helping another customer with the same issues! She was an amazing help very knowledgeable and she taught me some new stuff!!! She diagnosed my issue very fast but also took time to explain everything to me even on how to fix it!!! Also Alex came outside to give a helping hand and was amazing friendly and very knowledgeable as well!!!! I am not from the area (travel nurse) and they have seriously saved me tonight I am so grateful for those two angels that work for autozone!!! You guys have two great assets in this company!! Honestly I would probably be stranded if they didn t help me!!!

I've been going to this store for 20 years, it's my parts store. I love it and rarely venture elsewhere. It's always had a competent staff with good customer service.Lately, the past 18 months or so, it has been a pleasure to visit. The standards seem to have risen or something. Whoever is running that store is doing an exceptional job and should be commended.Just wanted to let you know, see you soon

I left home quickly to drive around and maybe get some wiper blades for my Jeep. I forgot my wallet at home. My Jeep decided the alternator was done and the battery was dying rapidly . The staff at the store assisted me with getting a new alternator and serpentine belt with only the a few dollars in pocket and my phone as collateral.. I was able to fix the issue, and run home to get my debit card to complete the purchase.. I greatly appreciate the help on Tuesday!! Amazing staff and super helpful employees and management!! A class act on their behalf!! Very respectfully, Joey Bayne!!

Julian and the Autozone team are amazing and patient. They helped me lookup and research potential parts all week and had a smile on while they did. I really tested the limits of what should be expected for customer service and they met the challenge head on. Thankful to have a company like this and people like this to help me when I need them. A+ service and I highly recommend for all auto part needs.

Zach was wonderful! We had a headlight out in my daughters car and couldn t figure out how to change it. Although we had our own bulb, it was dark and it was a very tedious job, he came right out and helped us change it. My daughter will be safer on the roads because of him! Thank you so much Zach!

The staff was laid back it was two young boys and they had the correct part ready for pick up and it was and easy in easy out on the downside they weren't as knowledgeable as I would have hoped so if you have questions that can't be easily found on Google then you may want to call somewhere else .

Went in to get some parts and the lady was really helpful.One thing i thought was really nice was tbe fact that the other worker and her were sharing knowledge and one offered to get the trash and the other doing something else while offering to buy the other a cold beverage from the cooler because it was hot.Nice to see co-workers working together.

Great customer service experience. Young man behind counter was very friendly, helpful, and very upbeat. This is what all Auto Zone stores should strive for. Will return in the future for sure.

I'm a frequent shopper at AutoZone. The staff is always courteous and knowledgeable. Today I needed new wiper blades and Joey not only helped me find exactly what I was looking for quickly but he did me the great favor of installing them as well.

They got my brakes wrong three times one time online. Had take them back then still got the wrong ones. Had take them back again soooo Frustrating. Just ask for my money back order them off of rock auto much better Dela then auto stuid

Friendly, knowledgeable staff who listened attentively to what I had to say & then explained my options without being pushy. Staff readily available and willing to help promptly which meant no wasted time waiting around for assistance. I researched prices here and at 3 other national chains auto parts stores, and Auto Zone was the cheapest for all 3 of the parts I purchased, alternator, jumper cables and tail light bulbs.

Don't waste your time! The staff has limited knowledge on everything from car parts to how the store is supposed to be ran. Not one person there seems to know what's going on or what to do to figure it out to help. Go to the newer one across town! It's worth the extra drive.

The closing manager in this location was a pleasure. He is builds trust while helping his customers and goes above and beyond to help out. He create loyalty in this store and gives you a reason to keep coming back.
