I couldn t get the ignition to work in my 1990 Jeep Cherokee. Autoworx was able to get the key out and fixed my problem quickly. Get people and great mechanics.

Definitely TAKE your car here. Get your safety inspection done, or a repair- you won't be let down. My wife loves this shop. The staff are friendly and professional, and the owner is a straight forward super professional young guy. It turns out she didn't need her brake light replaced at all, and the safety inspection was cheaper than expected. They're are an honest shop that always follows up after her visits, and has never over charged. I'm going to take MY car here next. It's more reliable and budget friendly than the chain car shops, and other places nearby. It also has a key drop off box for convenience.

Our family has used Autoworx for many years. Most recently, my son's car was experiencing issues and he was 280 miles from home. The auto shop he took it to told him it would cost $9,000 to repair. Autoworx helped advise me and we were able to get it home and to their shop. They fixed it for $2,600 and even helped transport it to the dealership where it needed one additional service. They were in constant communication with me regarding the steps they were taking to fix his car. They are top-notch, first-class and I wouldn't think about taking our cars anywhere else!

Autoworx did a fantastic job fixing the AC on my truck, it had a persistent leak that I couldn't track down. They scheduled a time for me to drop the truck off, saw it AND FIXED it the same day! How many other dealers or repair shops have you ever _SCHEDULED_ a time to drop off a vehicle and they still let it sit there for days before even looking at it?My repair wound up being simple, Autoworx charged me a very fair price and I once again have AC in my truck! Absolutely no hesitation, I will bring my vehicles here any time they need work!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, A/C installation & repair

My husband has been taking his car here for a little while now, but I'm slow to trust mechanics, and hadn't committed to any particular shop to work on my mini van. When my alternator failed, I expected a week-long struggle of finding an open appointment somewhere and then waiting for parts to come in, finding new problems in the engine, etc. I am sooo pleased that wasn't the case! Autoworx was the first place we called, got an appointment for the following morning, and it was done by the end of the day. I'll definitely be coming here from now on.

This service included the spring inspection and the 100,000 mile maintenance. Also, check a noise that I was hearing when turning. I am so pleased with their inspection and recommendations while completing the 100,000 mile maintenance s. I travel a lot by myself and some with my disabled husband I feel much better about the performance and safety of my vehicle after taking it to Autoworx. Daniel is pleasant and knowledgeable when he checks you in and covers recommended service with you. Believe me, this business doesn t pressure you for add on service but, I feel they care about the safety of their customers and extending the life of your vehicle. Thank you again for another great experience. I failed to mention that their pricing is very reasonable as compared to taking it to your car dealership.

I brought my Tundra here after another shop gave up on trying to figure out what was wrong with my truck. They listen to my suggestion instead of coming back with, if you know so much why not fix it yourself? They searched relentlessly and found the issues one of which was what I had suggested to the other shop. I'm so very grateful to have found them. To top it off, they send text messages to make sure that everything is still running well. THANK YOU ALL at Auto Worx, Daniel, John, and all their knowledgeable mechanics.

Our Mitsubishi Mirage wouldn t start. Had the vehicle towed to Autoworx. John kept me up to date with needed repairs and estimated cost. Always friendly and professionalMore recently, we took our 2018 Toyota RAV 4 to Autoworx with squeaky brakes- turns out all 4 brakes needed replacing. Able to get me in same day to do breaks. I was quoted 800 and change. When they called me to let me know my car was ready they informed me they managed to get the price down to just over 700. Which I think is just amazing. They quoted me 800 and they could have done the work for cheaper still charged me the same price I was quoted I would not have been the wiser. Mechanics tend to get a bad rap for over charging or selling you stuff you don t need. I feel very well taken care of and I really trust this shop. They even called me a few days later to make sure I was happy with the work!

I had my transmission fluid drained and replaced here and I am very pleased. My Mountaineer shifts like it's new again! I will be going back for a fuel service and coolant flush and will write another review after that. The master mechanic (forgot his name, sorry!) also inspected my whole vehicle and I received a report and there was no upselling, just information. I really appreciate the honesty at this business and Daniel was great to talk to while I waited. Thank you!

We have gone to Autoworx for 15+ years. While we may not have always liked that we needed to have work done on our cars (who does?), we have always been satisfied with the outcome. We drive Toyotas, keep them forever and, true to the brand, we have had very few mechanical issues. We go here for routine maintenance, tires and the very occasional repair. Always good service. We find John to be honest and willing to work with us in whatever way we need.We have recommended many times over.

I've had this issue with my transmission sensor for some time now. Kanuga told me it'd be 500$ to fix which is absolutely insane. Autoworx was barely 300$. Great work with fair prices. I'm very thankful and happy to be confident on the road again.

I dropped my Toyota off on Sunday night with a list of issues I wanted addressed. The Autoworx team called me Monday afternoon telling me my car was fixed, and it was something they had installed previously under warranty, so there was no charge. They also provided me with list of upcoming issues I'd need to address before the next inspection later in 2020, but nothing urgent. Very professional, courteous, and always willing to go the extra mile to accommodate their customers.

My husband's truck was having a issue which we thought was the alignment, we've had it at other shops who never saw the actual problem. I'm so thankful for Autoworx and their team for finding the real issues, thank you to the mechanic's !! Awesome place and our new place to fix our families vehicles. Unprofessional, unresponsive, and a waste of time. I requested to get a tow for my car that was out of service and was told what day it would be picked up. The day came and nothing happened. I called a week and half later (I had gone out of town so I decided to wait) and was told that it hadn t gotten picked up because of low staff and something about it not being an emergency? Sounded like excuses being made on a whim. I was very understanding and set up another time to tow, letting Daniel know that I needed to know at least the date to have the keys in the car when needed. He gave me another date and time frame (a good four hour window that I was fine with) but again nothing happened, no one came, and no one called. Being super unhappy with the unprofessionalism, I called another repair shop and my car was literally picked up fifteen minutes later. I don t mind changes of plans, and I m an understanding person, but to be forgotten and ignored, as well as losing time when I could ve gone to someone more responsible, I am in disbelief with their awful service, or lack thereof. Maybe they don t need my business, but I would ve been happy with the truth, not false promises. I see that this business is quick with replying to bad reviews, so I can t wait to hear what new excuses they have this time.

While I was fine with the attitude of everybody. I just feel a little burned. I way overspent for a remanufacted hybrid battery that seemed like it was a few hundred dollars less that the Manufacturers replacement which may have been new. I was assuming at $3000+ it would have been new.. The folks that Autoworx got the battery from will sell it and install it for you or me for just over half of what I was charged . I agreed to the price initially but had no idea that there would have been an 82% markup over cost. That is business. I don't have a problem with folks making a fair margin but I think this could have been more reasonable. Just FYI if you need a hybrid battery replacement do your research.Service: Electrical repair

After much thought, I feel compelled to write this review. I have used this place a couple of times. I felt like I was ripped off the first time I went in for a tune up on a 2005 jeep liberty. Cost for replacing spark plugs $301.29 Here they up sold me on a $50 gas cap. Second time, one ignition coil replaced for $166.28. Recently, out of desperation because it is close to my home, I went in and asked them to work on the front end ball joints. Of course, they had to do a diagnostics before giving me a price quote. After leaving the vehicle overnight I was quoted over $1500. Mind you, the Jeep dealer quoted me almost half of that! Yes, dealerships which are notoriously more expensive seemed like a bargain. I told John, the owner about the quote and asked him why so much? and he said, with a straight face, that the cost was even including a discount because it was an eight hour job and he was taking a couple of hours off of labor cost. I guess that was supposed to make me thank him? So, I ended up paying for the diagnostics anyway, ugh... They had to get money out of me somehow I guess... took my vehicle home. I'll change my review if it's not accurate because the owner will reply and try to justify his inflated prices and mediocre service.Service: Steering & suspension repair

So here's the thing - I've had success with oil changes and an inspection here. But today was not included in those experiences. I feel like $53 is pretty steep for an oil change but then again inflation is a thing. First thing this morning when I dropped off my car, none of the workers were wearing masks. Same thing when I picked up my car. There were no social distancing measures in place. As well, when the guy called to let me know my car was ready, he tried TWICE to get me to add extra services. I understand that's a part of the job, but I told him I ONLY had the cash for the oil change the first time. The second time, I again reiterated that I was unable to afford anything other than the change, to which Tyler replied "Oh I'm not trying to pressure you or anything." I disagree. When I got home and looked at the services they're recommending that were listed on my receipt, one of them was a new battery. Here's the thing though - I just got a brand new battery last week. This suggestion solidified the fact that they were trying to make me pay for services that are unnecessary. As a business minded person, I understand their position, but as a consumer, it irked me.Service: Oil change
