They are 'open' but they leave the doors locked mid day. If you call Walmart, the operator will forward you to the auto care office. It will ring for a minute, then someone will pick up the phone and set it down next to the receiver. You hear people talking, but no one takes your call. :(

Horrible! It's so hard to find someone at the automotive desk. It took over 5 hours just to have my tires changed as well as my oil. Every employee stayed hidden in the lower hatch for what seemed like 45 minutes before I was even recognized that I needed service.

The absolutely worst. Had a 6-7 pm appt. Got there nobody was in the automotive section so I walked all the way around to front of store in the rain just to find out they closed early due to shortage of workers. So they rescheduled me an appt for 7am the next morning. Lady told me be here at Least by 6:30. Got there next morning before 6:30 only to find out they don't actually open the doors until 7am and then was told that the mechanic was not there yet that was supposed to be putting my tires on. Waited until almost 7:30 am. Still no assistance, so I left. I will Never waste my time with them again.. first and last time dealing with their service

I went in at 11:40 to get an oil change and 2 new tires for my car! They were super fast! I did a little shopping around Walmart and at 12:25 my car was ready! I am super happy with the service I was given and the friendly staff I met! Highly recommend this to anyone who needs quick simple services!

I attempted to use my local Walmart Auto Center, but I m forced to go to Wake-Forest. This place is never open when they are supposed to be and so short staffed they can t keep up. Corporate needs to step it up and offer some help to bring this place up to par.Service: TiresService: Tires

The horribly incompetent service is criminal. I purchased the installation that included tire rotations and balance for the life of my tires. I have gone to this location THREE TIMES over the last month to get a rotation. The first time was at about 3pm and the employee told me that nobody showed up for second shift so they were closing 3 hours early. The second time, about a week later, I went around 5pm and I was told that they were short staffed so I wouldn t be seen but to come back at 7am the following day. I was in line at 6:45am the next day (Saturday) and some guy comes out to say that the other guy that opens up the doors in the morning did not show up so we would have to wait until 9am. I am done, I am now paying competent workers to do this service while the lazy Walmart clowns sit at home with my prepaid money.

While stranded on the side of the road with a shredded tire on my 30 foot boat trailer I called to verify if this store had a specific tire on hand after looking it up on the website and it showed it was available in store as well as online. This happened about 12:30 on a Saturday afternoon and of course all boat mechanics & tire shops in the area close at 12 on Saturdays. According to Wal-Mart.com this location had the tires I needed but the associate who answered the phone refused to go and verify it for me and literally told me that I was looking online so therefore it was not an item they carried in store that Wal-Mart.com is nothing other than another Amazon site that anyone can sell on. Soooooooo needless to say we spent 4� hours stranded on the side of the road for an item that is carried in my local Wal-Mart stores near home so I am sure it would have also been available here and we could have been on our way home almost as soon at this flat had occurred and not had to have been stranded until an Angel happened to be driving past that ran a boat shop nearby and happened to have the correct tire at his shop. So to sum up this review I guess there is no difference in Wal-Mart associates attitudes or the companies policy for customer service no matter where you are at they all don't care and give major attitude just for being asked to do their job.

They left the oil cap off of my car and I drove 45 minutes before realizing that I almost ran my car dry and there was oil all over my engine and when I tried calling on separate occasions it would ring and ring and then somebody would pick up the receiver and hang it back up! They need help there!

When they actually show up they're fine.. But the last couple times I went on a Saturday all the techs have called out!! Can't depend on them!! Wal-Mart tire prices are on point though!!

Went there to get my oil changed. The only complaint is that I got very irritated with the employees because they were talking too much and taking to long to assist with the other customers. After they finally began their job it was good

They are very unprofessional. I got an oil change and they didn t tighten my drain plug and 7 mins after leaving it came out. My car was sent to the Hyundai service center advising that the bottom of the car was saturated in oil and no drain plug in the car when they received it (not even 24 hrs after getting an oil change) I contaced a manager at the service center, very rude. I haven t received a call back from walmart not their claims department, also called corporate and they weren t helpful at all. Reconsider getting an oil change here, it cost me an engine.

Went there for an oil change. Checked in at 6 p.m. Two cars were ahead of me. At 6:45 neither car has been moved. The driver of the first car that had been there for 2 and 1/2 hours. We left. Actually I shouldn't have zero Stars instead of one.

Only issue was that they texted the number I gave them instead of calling it, so I didn t know when my car was done. Otherwise, no issues.

Cory P saved the day. I. Traveling through Henderson NC we have a flat - by the time we put the spare on ever other tire /tire repair place in Henderson was closed. We pulled up at 659 and they close at 7pm.But we explained the situation and that we we were on a road trip. Cory took our vehicle into the Bay and inspected the flat. Not only did he inspect it, we found we didn t need a new tire but a large plug would work perfectly - saving us money.Cory stayed a bit late to help us out and that is true customer service.Thanks Cory and thank you Henderson Walmart tire and repair center!!

Prompt courteous service.I ordered wrong size tire.Service person noted this, but didn't say anything. On return he stated this. I told him tell customers when you notice " Us" making wrong purchase. That's a 5. The return went without a hitch.

They told me that they couldn't plug my tire. They said was too bad and I needed a new tire. I took it somewhere else and they plugged it with no problem. Before I got me a new set of tires I was driving on the plugged tire for a month with no problems.

Nothing in stock, what is in stock are the most expensive tires they offer. Found same tires on their website for less. Finding someone to help you is a joke and when you do they don't know anything regarding tires...service men stand around doing nothing and ignore you when your standing there waiting to be helped. I give this service center a F-

They need real mechanics to do the right job an all the time.I dont recommend getting my oil changed here or tune ups neither getting new tire installing.Its a chance they not going to balance the tires right.they might bend or crack your wheels might mess up your sensors in your tire if your car has it in the rims.getting your spark plug change they might crossthread the threading for your spark plug to sit right in your motor.give you fault or bad sparkplugs.oil changing they might put wrong oil in your car also not rightly amount of oil or to much oil to were it can blow your oil seal or oil gasket.not putting the cap on rite or oil filter on rite.If you want to maintain your tune up i say do it yourself of gett someone who knows what they doing.also read your manual for your car an it will tell you what oil to use for your vehicle.An if you have no manual book you can all ways look it up to see what oil it take or ask yours places like o Reilly or something.

They lost my key to my car and in general really slow and impossible to communicate with. Installation looks ok, but maximum trust issues. I will avoid in the future. :(

Please fix the website. It clearly say that it opens at 7:00 but they don t open until 9:00. So that s an inconvenience for those who didn t know that.

Manager was helpful in determining right tires and explained that I can get them rotated for free at any Walmart every 6K miles. Good location.

Terrible service. People never show up for work. Was there on November 2nd. at 8 30 and waited until 10 for someone to tell us that they weren't going to open

Showed up at hours posted for Sunday service. Waited 15 minutes so called to see if opened. Was advised they had tech quit so they decided to wait until 9am to open...Poor business practice!!!

I received an email and a text telling me that the tires I ordered were at the store. I drove to the store and was that my tires were not there. The Walmart associate told me to come back in 4 days. Why?!! I really hated this experience ....
