First time going here today and definitely won't be the last. The service itself was quick and reasonably priced. The guys working were very nice and the waiting area/restroom was clean. Very impressed.

New in town and I knew I needed to have some work done on my vehicle. Someone recommended Pete's to me and I am so glad I found a new place to take my vehicle! They were quick, efficient and reasonably priced. I was able to get my car back a lot sooner than was promised. Will definitely return.

Went here to get a car inspection. Arrived at 520pm only to be told it was a little too late. I kindly reminded the guy that I had spoken to someone on the phone there that told me that as long as I get there by 530 they could do an inspection. He starts telling me a bunch of excuses. Their machine is slow and so on. Really just seemed like they didn t want to do anything else for the day. They were all just sitting around in the shop waiting on 6 o clock - just lazy. Never going there for an inspection again. I left there and went to Snappy Lube and was able to get my inspection done.

These young men's that works at this company save my life my tire lugs on my tires was really messed up by another company here in Henderson I will not include their name but thank you to Pete Smith and his group I feel safer driving now

My brother paid $600 for them to fix his PT cruiser. They kept it for 3weeks. When they said it was ready to be picked up it took 3 hours for them to hand us the keys. We drove it to the speedway down the street and it broke down. A guy from Pete smiths had to come to the gas station to get the car running again then told us if we wanted it fixed it ll be an extra $300 to take it to their louisburg location. They re crooks. Don t waste your money.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Engine repair

Tremendous Customer Care. Broad knowledge and skilled mechanics on site. The Raleigh Road location is home to one of, if not the top mechanic serving the public in Vance County. Bar None. It is never often a customer can proclaim a tradesman as a genuine asset to their outfit but I've seen it now from him for over 20 years. Call ahead and check the schedule.

Fast, friendly, and honest service!! Brought my car in to evaluate an emergency brake issue, and was told that everything was fine, and that I wasn't pressing the pedal down far enough to engage the brakes.I thanked them and asked how much I owe for the evaluation/inspection, and was told I owed Nothing!!HONEST and FAIR...I recommend them to you!!

I had an engine light on my car and carried it there. They said I needed a sensor and charged me $258.00.. As soon as I got back home the engine light came back on. Don't waste your money.Service: General repairs & maintenanceService: General repairs & maintenance

Have been getting vehicles inspected here for over a decade. It's never been the top level of service, timeliness, comfort or cleanliness, but they typically did the job without problems.Unfortunately, the most recent experience was for my new car to smell like cigarette smoke after the inspection.Disrespectful and disgusting. Going somewhere more professional from here on.

Fast state safety inspection once finally drove care into bay to inspect. Estimate for time of completion was 30-45 min. We came back after 45 min, sat in semi-cool waiting area on couch with pooch for a few min, then my car was started. Closer to 75 minute wait/completion.Very courteous and answered questions quickly and helpfully.Bathroom clean, with soap, but no hand drying ability. No PT, electric dryer, nada.I'll see what their estimate is for oil change, tire rotation, radiator flush, air filter, etc n get back to ya. May just keep changing myself.

Great price and fast service. Dropped of a car for oil and inspection. They were able to inspect my other car while I was picking up the first in no time. My new go to place.

Bubba and the assistant to the regional manager, Scooter, are always so helpful. I always get great service when I come here and everyone is so friendly. The best Pete Smith in town!

I will always go there,friendly service all the time. Wasn't even there an hour to get a oil change. Will recommend to anyone.
