Cheryl and the team at Pete Smith were awesome. My tire blew late on a Friday and they recommended a tow and stayed to change my tire. Thank you for all your help.

Broke down on a road trip and ended up coming here for work. They started working on our car quickly and gave us an estimate, when the work ended up being a bit more they still honored the original quote. The manager, Cheryl, was very compassionate and made sure my family was comfortable while we waited to get the work done.

Mr Cheryl has always been a big help every time I go in! Yesterday my wife s car broke down a couple buildings down and she helped do all she could to help out. Thanks a lot! If anyone needs work don t to there vehicle definitely stop by and see her first!

Got a wheel alignment a few weeks ago it got messed up within the first few hundred miles they said I hit a pot hole. They only charged me for the service fee & it was the same price i paid the first time $100. Got the alignment redone and its still garbage. Told them that the key to my lug nuts CANNOT BE USED ON A POWERTOOL, they stripped the whole key. I have to pay $30 for a new one.

Pete Smith Tire and Lube - (Parker) - Was the best stroke of luck we could have! In the middle of moving my check engine light came on and was flashing. We had the code checked and they recommended, Pete's. Not being from the area and still had 5 hours to go in our trip to get us to our new home. They worked with us to find a hotel, and patiently wait as we downloaded animals and bags from the vehicle. Parker was kind, professional, and understanding with our matter. The vehicle was done on time and serviced. Integrity with an honest diagnoses and compassion with our circumstances. Also I may say, as I sat and observed Parker with the local customers. He was patient and respectful. Thank you to the whole team that succeeded to get us to our destination safely.

Pete Smith Lube & Tire helped us with a clients car. Not only did they provide an exceptional experience but they even assisted our guest with a ride home as we worked out additional transportation. Cheryl worked our guest in on a very busy Saturday to ensure that her car was safe. The whole process we worked together as team to make sure the guest was taken care of. EchoPark Raleigh's team would recommend time and time again. Cheryl communicated regularly, as well as, provided honest and efficient work.

The old lady she work there was so rude they only do appointment for alignment and she told me it will take them an 1h and 30m after I drop it went to another place the they did it last price and only take them 20m for everything

This place has the best customer service. The family and I were traveling back to Texas and we needed a tire changed. The shop manager volunteered to stay back and help us out. They took us in at 5:55 and stayed late to help us out and get us back on the road. God bless them all. Sheryl (sorry if I missed spelled the your name) was the nicest lady I've met in a long while. Over all they were quick and amazing. I would strongly recommend this shop to anyone that needs their services.

Been here twice on different ventures. First time was when my sway bar and links were damaged. And again when my taillights needed to be replaced and get a car inspection. These folks did their homework and got my car running perfectly both times. This is definitely my favorite place in Henderson to get my car fixed.

I ended up not being service because my vehicle was totaled. I was stranded 2 hours from home and the whole staff was wonderful. Cheryl helped me figure out my options and used her personal connections to make sure I got home safe. The mechanics where incredibly nice and relatable, I do most of my own auto work and they talked to me as an equal.

Despite the fact that the woman who initially waited on us was really rude, abrasive, and dismissive, we received great service. Our car was inspected quickly and there wasn't a wait. The gentlman who checked us out when the car was done was very friendly and personable. His demeanor made up for her lack of hospitality.

My daughter was on a road trip from Atlanta to Richmond and her car broke down late Friday evening on the side of I-85. We had it towed early the next morning to Pete Smith s and they had it fixed for her before closing time on Saturday! I can t say enough wonderful things about the kind, thoughtful and caring service we received. Highly recommend is not even enough of a recommendation for Pete Smith s!! They re the absolute best!! A+++I am one grateful and thankful Momma! My baby girl is able to head back to Atlanta on time and safely!!Thanks to the entire team, and especially to Cheryl, for all her help over the phone to get the job completed!!

Took my mother s van for a flat tire they did a good job, so I took my father s truck by when it needed an oil change they got me in and out fast. So when my tire went flat took it by I knew I just needed front tires and that I had some rim damage from a previous issue but I didn t say anything. I only told them I wasn t sure but I would like them to check all tires. They were very honest told me I only needed two front tires and even notified me that there was some rim damage that I need to be aware of even though it wouldn t effect the setting of the seal. I am now taking all my families vehicles here including my business vehicles. Very impressed!

I had my car towed there for a broken brake line. They said there was too much rust. The real problem was that there was some surface rust because we went under the car when it came back. The reality was they were afraid that they would disturb other parts that might break. I'm not upset, just disappointed that they weren't truthful. Remember that being honest will bring in customers. I won't ever go back. You lost my trust in you!!

I was in this business the other day waiting on my car to be fixed and heard this lady that works there name Cheryl be so hateful and rude to a parts delivery person when they came in, the parts person was trying to ignore her tone and attitude. They were nice to her, I commend that person for being nice and professional, there was no excuse for what I heard, I will not go back as long as she is working there and I will tell everyone I know, Cheryl does not need to be working with the public at all.

If I could give them 10 stars, I would. They were wonderful! We were on the road from Williamsburg, VA to Asheville, NC when I saw the engine temp was running hot, but the radiator was full. We pulled over to find a local repair shop. Pete Smith's was the third place we called. No one else would help because they were closing soon on a Saturday afternoon. Pete's took us and thank God because my radiator had cracked. They replaced it while we went to eat lunch. I can't say enough good things about their kindness, speed, and just general willingness to help my family. Thank you so much!

I went in, after lunch, to get my car inspected on the last I could renew my tag without paying a fine. They worked me in, inspected the car AND went on line and renewed my license plate so I didn't need to stand in line at the DMV office. This was service above and beyond the call of duty and all done with a smile in the spirit of helpfulness. I give my highest recommendation.
