You did a fine job the van isn't mine but it broke down at my residence.You had it gone in just a couple of hours. I'm impressed. I don't know who called.Thank you for your quick service.

They were straight up with me said it ll be a couple of hours. Got there quick hooked my semi truck and trailer up and we were on the way. I forgot the drivers name but he was a good guy knowledgeable and told me about his job. If you need them please call them.

Wow, one of the best experiences I ve had with any business in years. Bill showed up within minutes, went the extra mile to help me get 10 tons of sand out of my dump truck. Saved me a ton of money and time. If the boss at Fred s is reading this, please get Bill a raise or a fat bonus check. I had an amazing experience with this company. I m from out of state and got a flat tire. Another tow company towed me to a tire place that didn t have my right tire. This company towed me to another place and ensured that they had my tire before leaving me and my car. A few hours later, he called me to make sure everything went well and that I was okay. My husband locked the keys in our car-I was able to access this immediately on line through my phone provider- within minutes- the customer representative was pulling in the driveway- the online chat was straight to the point - asked for make model color location- that was it. The lady customer representative on the phone was professional courteous!Very nice to know this company is available when needed!!!

These guys are the real deal. 1st time I've had to use heavy recovery in my years driving big truck, and they were qwick to respond, qwick to get it out, and did a great job fixing my truck back up for the road. Great group of people in thier shop and office.

Marvin with Fred's Towing has excellent customer service and goes above and beyond. My wife's car did not start and he was there within 15 minutes and helped my wife start her car. He then called twice to check to make sure she got home safely. He deserves all the recognition and accolades for going above and beyond. True southern hospitality. I was charged a $65 flat rate for my car to be towed approximately 2 miles from my place of employment to Charles Boyd Chevrolet in Henderson. The driver, Marcus, expected payment on the spot, before delivering my car to the dealership.

Kristen very unprofessional, needs to be more courteous when it comes to serving customers and improve her attitude, she treated us badly on Friday afternoon and on the morning of the pick-up just as badly rude and very rude to keep a job with customer service, and It's not because of the money, money is normal, it's your job, it's because of their refusal and impolite attitude, otherwise you change jobs She had gotten the storage bill wrong and on top of that she did.n't apologize to the other younger girl. She kindly obeyed Kristen's exaggerated orders and answers and with a smile we realized that she knew about Kristen's treatment because we felt pity on her face and kindness at the same time and the tow truck driver never showed up to help us the young girl was there all the time until she fired us, and for Kristen always remember that you have a job because of customer service.In North Carolina we had the experience in the places that we were very kind and attentive people what a pity in that place at the time of leaving .Have a good day.

Crew arrives quickly. Lifted rear tanker trailer with surgeons precision off of a wedged bollard caught between tire, crushed wheel fender and frame from collision. This guy could probably move individual chess peices on a chess board with his truck. Amazing talent at 3:30am. Thanks for coming so quickly. - Hazmat Driver

My bucket truck broke down while I was in Henderson and they were very quick to help. The technician was very helpful and knowledgeable. The price was reasonable too. If I am ever in the area and need their services again I will certainly give them a call.

Thx so much, for your honesty. The mechanics found what was wrong with my truck, and based on previous experiences they could it "sold" my company a new part and they didn't. KUDOS to you guys. Last but not least, on the evening of the disruption of my routine of driving the tow truck driver that was send from Fred's (Bill I believe his name is) was very understanding of the situation, since I've had my dog Sophia, and my travel bag but no ride to the hotel. He offered to take us to the hotel where we were to spend the night. Thx a bunch, very grateful for such gesture.

Not sure why the lady who answered the phone asked would I be paying with cash or 'card' b/c when I said cash she explained that she couldn't dispatch the driver until I made the payment!?! Needless to say I had to go online & make the payment with my card before she would send a driver!!! Why even ask cash or 'card' with this foolish rule of not dispatching a driver until payment is made? So if anyone who works there reads this review please update your ?'s or just say you want the customer to use their card!!!Service: Car towing

Have had multiple experiences with these people. I had a repair tech come out to help change out a stuck purge valve, used their repair shop numerous times. Always found them to be honest and trustworthy. Prompt arrival for their techs.

Exceptional service!!!!!Dakota was the most professional and safe driver I have ever had the chance to meet.Got to us super fast, super friendly, SUPER SAFE, and top knowledge of his trade/job. He kept my fianc�e comfortable by keeping calm and reassuring us both that we were in good hands.Rode with him to the shop (almost an hour) and was very pleasant to converse with.10/10 for Dakota10/10 for Fred s TowingWould recommend to friends and family!

Fred's towing is by far the best there is. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Very reasonable pricing. Always prompt. I work for Ritchie Brother Auctioneers and a lot of what they do for us is a little out of the norm. We have built a great relationship with these guys. And they not only take care of us but they also take care of our customers. First Class all the way. Team Fred's.

Rude and vile people oh and btw I do speak English Fred I'm really good at it. This is the treatment you get if you're polite and respectful and all you want is some information.p.s The person who leaves his truck somewhere for 5 days is someone who got permission from the people who runs the place if y'all would've listened instead of being hateful I already knew the reason.. I wanted to know who ordered the repo because everyone is pointing fingers at each other. And I'm only getting nasty due to me being accused of being hostile when I was just asking a question. A little self reflection will show who needs to work on there charm skills cause I hung up after that disrespectful statement cause I don't want to fight or argue with anyone...Service: Car towing

Quick to respond. Good service. I didn't like that I was charged a convience fee for using my credit card and was not informed before pay.ent was made. I found out when my credit card alert me to two charges made on my card from Fred's towing. They should have disclosed that when the pickup was scheduled.

Great service and was prompt to my rescue from being stranded 52 miles from my destination. They went out of the way to get my family and i safe then worked on getting us where we needed to go. And they were very reasonable and understanding with the price. For what they did for us I would like to say thank you. I have never had such great service from a towing company. And just before Christmas. I was the one with the Ascender and uhaul trailer with family stuck on 85 late at night. Thanks again.

The shift cable broke on my vehicle which caused my vehicle to hit a tree, and roll down an embankment. The dispatcher sent out a driver name Dakota. He was very professional, friendly, and had a very cool demeanor. He also arrived before the estimated time. I would definitely recommend again based on the customer service he provided.
