I had best experience that I ve ever had with an automotive service center in this area. I made an last minute appointment at 9 pm online last night and they acknowledged and accepted it instantly. When I arrived to the service center this morning, they pulled my vehicle in promptly to mount and balance four new tires on my truck. Pafeel notice that the lug lock key was missing. He told me to go get one and he will still provide my service today. I came back at 1 pm to drop off my vehicle and key, and he had me taken care of when I came back after work! Most people would make an excuse for why they can t do the work on short notice or change around their schedule to accommodate you! On top of all of that, he charged me much less than I expected. They gained a customer for life today. The staff and their customer service is impeccable and unmatched!

Rather rude...... Services were to expensive, so went elsewhere......They do not participate in Walmart+ .10cent a gallon off fuel program, so I won't stop by anymore.

This the best place in the city of Henderson.If you getting gas or need general service done to your car. Very safe place to go to after hours. I recommend this shop to everyone.I love this spot and the owners are very friendly and accommodating to your needs. I wish they a had a place to put10 stars. Great establishment!!!

I stopped there to get an inspection and was treated with disrespect. I know it's because I'm white. I heard one of the employees whispering things like what's that cracker doing here. As well as while I was trying to use the bathroom I had one of the employees beating hard on the door 3 times within a 5 minute span telling me to hurry up. All in all I was treated with complete disrespect the whole time. Came their for an inspection but left before I got it no way am I giving them my money

Our battery died on Garnett Street right in front of the Service Station. A young man from the Exxon, Pafeel ran across the street to see what was wrong. Told him the battery was dead. He ran back and got a portable battery charger and got us to the gas station, where he charged our battery. Such a polite and helpful young man. Would recommend this station to anyone. God bless a helping hand.

I came here for a inspection after sitting here for almost a hour I asked how much longer it was going to take. Lady act like she had a attitude telling me somebody else was before me.I just left because I don't have to spend my money wait and be talked to in that manner..

Customers pay for gas at the pumps because they don't want to go into the store. After you pumped the gas. No receipt so you have to go into the store if you want your receipt. Paying at the pumps is a waste of time. And if you tell the store clerk they looks at you like you are crazy.

I like them. I miss Mr Fogg. Let's support their gas pumps until the tanks run dry. Community businesses are essential.
