This was my first time experience with them last month and I was very pleased.Purchased 4 new tires and the service was great.They also saved me some money as I thought I needed an alignment, but they were up front and said I didn't need one yet.Everyone was very courteous and professional, and great timely service. I definitely will be using them in the future.I highly recommend them for all your auto needs..

There are no words to praise these gentlemen high enough. My young adult daughter had a car issue on that dreaded stretch of I-85N - with seemingly nothing around for miles (right before crossing into Va.) And actually, I'm glad it happened there - because she could not possibly have received better service in Virginia. East Carolina Tire was a life-saver and had the issue quickly resolved before she could even finish a call with the rental company on how to proceed! They are personable, efficient to the core and a company of integrity. I only wish we lived closer to take advantage of such great customer service. Residents of Henderson - you are more lucky than you know!

Very good .....lost my lug wrench they had one and let me have the one they used...all my lugs were torque to specs..unlike city tire..over torque my tires and one almost came off on rt 1 going 70 miles an hour...highly recommend east carolina tire..very professional.

We had a screw in our tire and they helped us find a a very economical solution and got us in our way in about an hour! Amazing help and service!

We stopped there due to air pressure alert still on after adding air to each tire. I explained the issue to one of the tire technicians, he came out, checked air pressure on all tires which was correct.He came out and knew exactly what was wrong, my CRV needed to have the TPMS calibration reset. He showed me how to reset it and explained it in full detail.He was very knowledgeable, helpful and so kind.

We limped into East Carolina Tire Company with a flat (nail) RV tire. The crew quickly mobilized and within an hour, had us back on the road! Highly recommend, 6-Star Service & Price...Thank you!!

Great bunch of guys here. Got a nail in my tire on the interstate just over the NC state line, and had to pull off for emergency repairs. This shop had it plugged and back on the road for me in under an hour, and without charging me tourist rates despite having plates from way out of state. Honest and high-quality.

Employees lie and store doen t hold warranty on tires like they said they would; instead made many stories up about the tire that had problems with it and when the lie didn t add up got nasty attitude and refused to talk about it anymore saying he can t help. After getting my tire changed, with my truck extended warranty, they took the tire which was believed to have a defect by me and the warranty company I asked for it and the next day I called for it they said it was already hawled off.

Always a pleasant experience when we have issues and problems with our car! They don't just sell tires. If I could give them more stars I would. We will definitely be back.

Hard these days to find an good honest mechanic, used this place several times with no problems, the manager and staff went above to make sure everything was right, will keep getting tires there

The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable, we walked in off the street with questions about tires and they were helpful and looked up everything we needed to know and took the time to make sure we got exactly what we were looking for

I was in there 2 minutes I felt racial profiled. I needed someone to check the tire pressure he s like where u get it from the whole time he was looking at a white customer coming in and rushed me out to help her I will never go back
