My Dell laptop was stuck in an auto repair loop where it wouldn t allow me to reinstall windows 10. Phil resolved issue and installed upgraded hard drive and had device back to me the next day. No issues since. Excellent service!

Nestled right in Our Own Downtown A local independent PC/Network Technician / Consultant. DATA FORGE CAN ! Really !!A one stop shop that has everything for your technological needs. Phil and the amazing team at DATA FORGE have blown me away with personalized detail instruction pertaining to my laptop and software application. My Laptops internal hard drive was upgraded and all of my files were backed up to an external hard drive . Phil assist me with organizing my files and photos which was above and beyond the repair of my laptop. DATA FORGE CAN .They provide Swift problem resolution, and Service fees are very reasonable. . I was even able to purchase an IPAD Air 2 , a travel case with Blue Tooth Key board and a stylist pen .All at extremely reasonably priced. Every accessory I needed was available/ I did not have to go anywhere else or order something on line. ( also they do not mark up the accessories) You leave there with everything you need, A true One Stop Shop!!! Don t waste time , go to DATA FORCE 1st. !! You will be extremely satisfied. Very professional, courteous and well respected. Prompt service while doing a fantastic job, answering all my questions, demonstrating all aspects of the new Desk Top, that was loaded from an old PC. Main Drive wouldn t boot into Windows. Even after trying numerous changes to BIOS still wouldn t work. Dataforge replaced both drives and retained files, so I am very satisfied with their service.

Repaired and added Wi-Fi for my Dell mini-tower for my MIDI driver for my electronic organ. Great service and knowledgeable people at reasonable prices.Again, Phil and Scott have helped me keep my old computers running for my wife and I. Wonderful that we have them here in our little town.Please be sure and avail yourself of their services. We sure don t want to lose them. They are a real treasure.

It is wonderful to have such a professional computer expert right here in Henderson on Garnett Street. Getting hacked was no fun but the clean up solution was done without a hitch. Reliable and efficient service and professional repairs and upkeep on all devices.

October 2023 Update - Fast, reliable, professional service as always. These folks are the best! The battery in my Lenovo Yoga PC swelled and caused the mouse pad to stop working. A couple of emails, a new battery ordered and installed, a couple of device drivers updated and my PC is humming along. Reasonably priced and no hassle. I am a happy customer!!!My PC blue-screened with an operating system failure. The folks at Dataforge resolved the issue without any data or application loss. I am a retired IT Manager who had oversight of an applications support group and PCI Compliance for the City of Raleigh so a I know quite a bit about IT service delivery. I am very pleased with this team's service which was very professional and timely. I will definitely call on them again should I be unfortunate enough to have such serious problems again. Dataforge came to my rescue. I had issues with outdated. software on both my PC and laptop, and I thought I was going to need to buy a new laptop. Scott did a great job of resolving my issues for both computers. He kept me informed on what needed to be done and arrived precisely on time for each appointment. I highly recommend Dataforge!

Very efficient. They were able to fulfill my request same day, and they kept me updated via text/email while my laptop was being worked on. Lastly, they suggested future upgrades for my consideration with cost estimates. I would recommend this shop.

Great work by Dataforge in Henderson, NC Fixed my laptop that I dropped. They were able to fix it ahead of scheduled time frame. Cost was much lower than expected and my computer is now like new. They were very friendly and gave me their full attention. Thanks.

I love these guys, they do a fabulous job at a great price. We just updated my internet software and my computer is much faster, doesn't crash and is secure. I appreciate it so much. Thank you for your time and knowledge! They also have great deals on used equipment which is how I got my laptop.

Dataforge computer repair store was a breath of fresh air. They actually had someone who answered the phone, (politely) and who was able to answer questions regarding my repair needs. They fixed my computer in a timely manner with the service being outstanding. I've since taken other devices in to get them repaired. A great company who I hope to do business with for a long time.NRW

Had some issues with my computer updating. Took it to Dataforge and had it fixed by the next day. Now it s running at optimal performance. Definitely recommend them for your computer needs!

Highly recommend. Quick turn around time, excellent service, very professional with a friendly atmosphere and just nice. VERY fast repair considering I dropped my computer off between 2 Holidays and there were limited days for it to be worked on.

I highly recommend this place if you need anything checked, diagnosed, or replaced! Make sure you go here first before anything bc they know what they re talking about and also know what they re doing when it comes to repairs and knowledgeable advice.. I stamp them hood certified in Henderson from Flint Hill to West End, Northside to Southside they official so shop with them for all your computer and equipment/hardware needs!

I spoke with Phil over the phone and arrived at Dataforge around 1pm on Friday. Phil listened to my needs, made recommendations and acted accordingly. I didn't think the work would be complete until Monday however, the job was completed in less than 2 hours. I was updated with progress reports periodically until the job was complete.The completed work requests were reviewed with me before payment was made. I also witnessed the care and concern this business had for all their customers. Dataforge will be my 1st choice for any further needs. Keep up the great customer service.
