I called on a Monday knowing that the service schedule was filled until the following week, but after explaining my situation and what happened, I was told to bring it in the next day. They set up a loaner vehicle and told me that I would be taking care of the issue. By 5 they called and the repair was complete. Awesome service team!

I really liked the ease of scheduling an appointment to have my car repairs. The staff was very professional. The service was quick and efficient. Crossroads Ford of Henderson is an hour away from my home, but the experiences I have had in getting repairs done are worthy the travel.

Bobby and Bruno worked very hard trying to find the exact truck I was looking for. I didn't want to have to order and wait for the truck to be built. They were able to find me something that I was happy with. I had gone into 2 other Ford dealers and while initially the sales rep did some searching, after the weekend I didn't hear from either of them again. Still now, two weeks later, I haven't heard from either of them. Not sure if sales should be in their job title. The entire experience at Henderson Ford was great, I would go back.

Always a pleasant experience. I have two vehicles I take here for services and other issues if they arise. Cliff, Chris (parts), and the entire service team is a pleasure to deal with. I will continue to take my vehicles to Crossroads Henderson and who knows, maybe buy another Ford from them in the future. (:

I have a 2020 Escape. I made an appointment over a week before the appointment date to fix 3 recalls on it. It was agreed that Crossroads Ford would pick the car up at my mom's house before 7:30 and do the work and bring it back. At 11:00 on the day of the appointment my mom called and said the car hasn't been picked up. I called and rescheduled but Crossroads should have called, email or texted me at 7:30 to tell me why the car wasn't picked up. They never told me why the car was never picked up.

They were extremely helpful and not at all pushy to buy a vehicle. It was a very pleasant experience,I highly recommend them. The sales lady was awesome. Just a very good experience.

They treat me like family. They took very good care of me. They bought me home and bought my car to me after repairing it.I felt like a celebrity I told them how they made me feel I was smiling from ear to ear.

Were very prompt in taking my car at the scheduled time. I was given transportation home from the dealership since the work being done was going to be over an hour. I was contacted as soon as the work on the car was completed, and was offered a ride back to the dealership.The work performed was explained to me.

I had a very bad experience. Management promised me they were paying for the gap and warranty. In reality, I was paying for everything. When I ask about it, they stated they took something off. Which when I Uploaded all of my contracts of the Vehicles that I had purchase there. What they said they Took off was not on any Of my other contracts. Then when I looked the price of the Price went up by eleven hundred extra dollars. I haven't Even drove the vehicle yet But three miles to home. I would never get another vehicle from them. Don't be coerced into buy in something.

The staff very friendly. The young man take me on time for my appointment, the price for services was what I expected, they suggested things that my car needed for my next appointment and they finished with my car in a reasonable time

I have been servicing my Ford F150 at Crossroads Fords since choosing Ford trucks. I have always had great service with all service advisors. Recalls, oil changes and other minor issues have always been handled. Outstanding service.

Outstanding customer service. I found the car I wanted at another Crossroads dealership; Henderson Crossroads had the car I wanted transferred to their location the next day. Crossroads Henderson gave me more in trade value for my old vehicle than anywhere else offered. The majority of the paperwork was done before I got there. I have never had better service buying a car and I wasn't there all day long either. Thank you Crossroads Ford of Henderson!

I'm totally in luv with my 2019 Ford Fusion. Traded in my 05 Ford Expedition. David was my sales rep & he's excellent at what he does. Make sure you see him. They got me the best deal & an excellent interest rate. Everyone was so outgoing with a spirit of gold. I would recommend them to anyone I know. If I could give 10 stars I definitely would!! Crossroads Ford in Henderson NC does it best

WK at Advantage Ford Lincoln and Mercury this is a highly reputable organization of fine new and used Fords Lincoln's and Mercury's the staff here is highly knowledgeable and efficient in the showroom and the shop anyone with a Ford problem in this area should visit this establishment I recommend them highly this establishment has served my family for the last 20 years in purchases and repairs a fine Ford Company Motor Vehicles

The manager Bruno was very disrespectful when we had cash in hand to buy a veh6, he ghosted and wasted our time over two days straight!We called numerous times and each employee said they paged him but he wasn't responding to pages.Terrible customer service, would never recommend, take your hard earned money elsewhere that they appreciate your business!

Crossroads of Henderson provided a friendly atmosphere with no pressure. Everyone was friendly and provided great service. We will definitely purchase another vehicle from them.
