I can t begin to explain how wonderful these gentlemen were to me today. I had a flat tire, I was on a road trip, in an area that I didn t know. They were respectful and quickly fixed my tire. When you are traveling with your child, experience car issues can be anxiety inducing. They killed all of the anxiety by making me laugh and doing quality work. Thank you!

We got a flat on the highway and quickly put on a spare in less than 10 minutes. We stopped here to get a new tire replaced and me, my siblings, and our two dogs waited outside for over 2 hours while our car sat in their garage. They were working on one other car. Their were like 5 other people just standing in the shop talking.

Terrible service. They have broken my oil dipstick and replaced it with one that barely fits and no i can't get my oil changed anywhere else. Then they did another oil change and tried to shut the hood and it wouldn't shut becauce he broke hydrolic suspension hinge so now the hood is sitting crooked. And now with this oil change they left the coolant cap unscrewed and almost blew up my engine. And the owner Mike says they will fix whats wrong (which should be a given because they messed it up) but will not compensate extra for all the problems that they have caused.. Just terrible service from the owner as well as from most of there employees. You cant be mad that you DO NOT KNOW WHAT YOU ARE DOING!!! My advice is DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE FOR ANY TYPE OF SERVICE!!!!!

Left my car here for 6 hours. I came to pick it up, paid my bill and went to my car and my tire is almost flat. I went back in to see why it was flat if they just repaired it. They sent the mechanic to check it and he informs me they couldn't find a leak. I go back on to get a refund and the owner Mr Rainey acts as if I'm irritating him by coming back in. I tell him they said they couldn't find a leak and he says if they couldn't find one then they're isn't one. I told him to give me my money back and I'll take it somewhere else. Poor customer service on the owners part. I'll never go they again because of how he treated me.

Scheduled an oil change and inspection for 8am, didnt pull my car in til 8:30am. Its now 9:17am im still here. What is the purpose of an appointment if others come and go. DANG IT!!!! Need to be at work at 10am in Durham; LATE LATE LATE

Great place to do business with. Checked air pressure in my tires and put in correct amount. No charge. You can't find helpful service like that anymore.Thank you City Tire.

The blind leading the blind. They have very little knowledge about tires. It is so much to say I will just narrow it down to down right shameful. Usually it will be one that is skilled, they're all rocking in the same boat

They changed the oil in my car in a timely fashion. I also buy tires here when I need them. It's a great place to get my Ford serviced.

It's an okay place pretty good for basic help and checking things and such but not one I'd rely on for 24/7 repair

Very unapologetic about their lack of respect for people's time. Made an appointment and they never touched my vehicle until 1.5 hours after my appointment time which through off my entire day!

We had an emergency on the I85. We went to them and they helped us with our emergency tire and provided us with help beyond our expectation! Thank you guys for your help - it was much appreciated!
