I suggest for anyone looking a low mileage used car or truck please look elsewhere or you will end up like me, these pics tell the story . This is undercarriage of a low mileage 2018 GMC 4x4 . This dealership and others across the state are buying up trucks from up north in the salt cheap and passing them off on unsuspecting customers . This truck has 34k on it and is a rust bucket underneath. Beware of any low mileage vehicle and make sure to check the car fax before purchasing

I put a deposit of $1000 for a Cadillac Lyriq, February 21, 2023. I am happy to report they did refund my deposit since Cadillac never accepted the order even after a year of waiting.

I came here to purchase a 2013 GMC terrain and was denied, even with a cosigner. The next day I went to Chrysler Dodge and jeep in Durham and was given a brand new 2018 Dodge journey with no cosigner. Not sure why the people at Charles Boyd didn't go over and beyond to help a customer... Not even sure how I wasn't approved for a vehicle that was 5 years old with a lot of miles. Without a vehicle, I was going to lose everything, and I am so grateful for the people at Chrysler for giving me my first brand new car. If you need a vehicle, please see Mr. Fletcher at Chrysler jeep and Dodge on 15-501 Durham.

Hands Down the BEST Car Buying EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! Steven Holdridge was amazing in helping us from start to finish!! The whole staff at Charles Boyd were friendly and helpful. I will definitely recommend them to friends and family. THANK YOU!!! If I could give more then 5 stars I would!!

Overall 5 star experience, the staff here is very friendly! I was greeted as soon as I arrived and helped immediately, I can not say enough about the sales team, they were AMAZING! They were genuine in finding out my needs and what made me comfortable with a vehicle instead of simply trying to sell me one, a service that is lost in today's customer service-less climate. The facility was clean and very accommodating, I would recommend to anyone looking for great car buying experience.

I have lived in North Carolina for 10 years and have purchased at 4 cars here and 3 outside of the state and my experience with the Boyd Family and Miss Diane was amazing. Everyone was friendly, personable, helpful, and not one person gave me the runaround or tried any schemes on me. I told them what I wanted, my budget, and made it work. I was in and out in less than an hour. I drove 2 hours from Fayetteville to work with them and I'd drive 12 to do it again. Call them! Email them. I promise, you will not be dissatisfied or disappointed. Just reach out to them and see what they can do.

Great place to do business with. The sales department to the wonderful service staff it just doesn't get any better. The dealership is always happy to assist me when I come through that door. If you need a new car or just service please go see them. You will be glad you did.

Alex Keith was wonderful in offering us a great price on a new Chevy Cruze that we purchased. He is very thorough throughout the process in making sure our questions were answered and that we were very satisfied with each step. Once our decision was made, the time spent finalizing was expedient and very pleasant! I would highly recommend Alex and the Charles Boyd dealership to anyone. Though the location is farther outside of Raleigh, it is well worth the trip! We will definitely be returning there for our next car.

Charles Boyd Cadillac and Chevrolet dealership service personnel are great to work with. Both my Silverado and my Cadillac needed service. My wife is ill and I cannot leave her for a single minute, and because of the pandemic it is very hard to find someone to stay with her. Charles Boyd Cadillac and Chevrolet people made it possible for me to remain with her while they repaired my vehicles. I appreciate that very much.

I purchased my first vehicle from Charles Boyd of Henderson in 2008. Yesterday I purchased my third, a Chevrolet Traverse LS. The team of Bobby Wilkins and Bobby Orr accepted my trade at a fair value made me a great offer on a new vehicle. Working with a car dealer you can trust is rare. The next time I need a vehicle, Charles' team will be the first I call.

I was up early yesterday morning, continuing my search for a Silver Lincoln Towncar like my granny used to drive. I had recently became employed with the United States Postal Service, and had just sold my 2012 Toyota RAV4 in order to be able to buy my dream car. I searched google for "Lincoln Towncar for sale NC" and immediately came upon a beautiful 2005 Towncar that was just what I wanted. Me and my granddad drove out to Charles Boyd today, and were blown away by the quality of this Towncar. The wheels were flawless, and the interior/exterior were near mint. I had never driven a Towncar before, but I have to say that the quality of the ride by far exceeded my expectations; it brings a smile to my face every time.My salesman was a man named John Cash. Mr. Cash was very professional in every way to see that I got my dream car. The test ride was of great duration, and the paperwork was a breeze. This is my first car that I have ever bought, and I have to say, not in a shy way, that I am absolutely satisfied with my visit to Charles Boyd Chevrolet, Cadillac, Buick, and GMC of Henderson.

I bought a used 2011 Chevy Cruze from Keith at Charles Boyd. Within 2 months of having the vehicle, the turbo was completely blown into shreds. I was told by the auto shop that did the replacement that their is no way that the dealership didn't know about the turbo before selling me the car. I was VERY disappointed with my purchase because I'd heard nothing but good things from this dealership. BEWARE WHEN BUYING A USED VEHICLE.
