I was in the market to buy a new side by side. The sales guy took a lot of time answering my questions. I decided on a Yamaha RMAX 1000. The finance person got me a really good rate and included lifetime battery replacement plus I opted for the 3 year service agreement which includes free oil changes and service for 3 years. All in all it was a good experience and I couldn't be happier with my Yamaha.

After buying three different ATVs from here I can truthfully say, If you are looking for an ATV this is the best place to go! Gee is the best salesman you could ask for. Gee goes above and beyond to make sure you are getting the best deal and leave in a timely manner.

Buying was made easy! We ordered and it came surprisingly fast! Salesman (Ralph) was very knowledgeable about their products, accessory manager was great, finance manager had all the paperwork ready to go when we got there to pick up!

I reached out to Brewer using a web form for more information about a Beta. Gee replied quickly and was able to answer the questions I had. Great customer service and support all the way through the sales process. Paperwork was quick and easy and I rode off on a new Beta!Thank you Gee, I will recommend you to anyone looking for a new bike!

I went in yesterday bought my first jet ski good price guided me through everything made everything so simple and easy , explained what you need to know my salesman was bill go to bill he will help you 100% he is very knowledgeable and knows what he s talking about , also he will answer all your questions and concerns .

I was in the market for another four wheeler I shop at 2 or 3 other places talk to Brewers man said he had what I wanted on the floor I drove to their location made the deal got exceptional service. My salesman was Scott and I know that I'm not the easiest one to make a deal with he really worked hard to make it work very appreciative of his time and dedication to taking care of his customers. When I'm in the market again they will be my first call.

There wasn t much they needed to sell me on. I had done all the leg work in deciding what bike I was ultimately going to get so I can t super speak on the knowledge of the sales staff. I will say that it was a painless experience. Bill was awesome walking me through my first time purchase of a motorcycle. While there where some surprise fees that I learned are just a part of motorcycle purchasing. Bill was pleasant in explaining them and working with the finance manager to an agreeable price. When I m ready to upgrade and ride a bigger bike I will 100% come back to them if nothing else than for the people I interacted with along the way that made the experience easy and smooth.

Victor was phenomenal ! He was very patient with me. In fact each person I had dealings with in the company were great the finance guy who s name I can t remember, Brady who brought the bikes to us and especially Jeff in parts who took a lot of time with me above and beyond.Would highly recommend this company hands down

Made a major purchase at the beginning of the summer. Had some problems all summer with my purchase, not really anyones fault, just a lot of bad luck. I came in today just to pick something up, not intending to bring up any problems I may have had. Long story short the gentlemen at Brewer Cycles made a problem right that they had no obligation to fix. Good people.

Had a great experience at Brewers Cycles! Got the bike I wanted, at the best price around, and was treated like Royalty throughout the entire seamless process!! Super friendly, knowledgeable staff!!! Service at Brewer's is a joke. They may have a good selection to sell you...but never..I mean never trust that they care when working on your machine!!! I have caught them overcharging me twice. Not to mention every single time(4)have I caught bolts missing an broken hardware...it's pointless to feel unsafe after spending so much. I recommend a friend after my first service because all seemed well, we both had missing bolts an a unfinished service

I got my 2023 Switch Cruise Pontoon home and realized I did not have the Owners manual or Garmin. My sales person Ralph got the news, and a day later located the items,, a day after that they were on my doorstep! Go Ralph,, the KING of Customer service!

Well, have to say 5 out of 5 for this dealer.From purchase to after service, two thumbs up !!!!Highly trained staff and so cool owner make a great team.I told them what I need and want, and they provided without hesitation.I bought a 2020 Ryker Rally for my little girl, and she's loving it every second she rides.Thank you Chirs and Ben !!!

Great selection of recreational vehicles: three wheelers, street bikes, dirt bikes, four wheelers, go carts, etc., from Honda, Yamaha, Polaris, CanAm, Suzuki, and more.Staff is very friendly and helpful. No high-pressure sales tactics.We had a great experience and will be back!

Bought a Polaris 150 for our little girl sells woman Amber was great and easy to work with. Was there for any questions had everything together when arrived machine ready to go. The rest of the crew made all the paper work super easy and super fast (kinda scary, way to easy to spend to much money) even stayed after closing to make it happen. Over all awesome people and service highly recommended.

We stopped by to look at a used Can-Am and talked with Victor. It was a great experience as he was knowledgeable, courteous and focused on helping us. There was no pressure to consider a newer model. He made sure he had answers for any questions and shared information about the vehicle and process to get it on the road. We purchased the bike and would highly recommend this dealer, and Victor!

Excellent experience here, Staff, Product and Quality were all top notch! They have been there for 40+ years, but it seems brand new!I will definitely refer anyone who is interested, and actually ride with them there_I may need something else lol When they say We Are Worth The Drive NO LIE

Went to Brewer Cycles two years ago to purchase two Kymco 450 atv's and I wasn't approved for financing so I returned with cash to purchase both and the salesmen Victor didn't want to have anything to do with me. So I went elsewhere and purchased the two atv's will likely never do business with the company again even though they are in my hometown.

Brewer Cycles absolutely deserves a 5 star!They definitely went out of their way just for us and we're grateful!We had a wonderful experience with this place of business. They had just the UTV we wanted in stock. We were in and out in a timely manner.They were exceedingly helpful and friendly. Gee was the salesman who helped us. He was very helpful and informative.The place was very clean.. including the rest rooms. Several people offered us complimentary water and coffee. The coffee was excellent. They had a very nice lounge area as well.We drove an hour and a half. We'll recommend this place to anyone and would return.

My son and I stopped in to check out the dirt bikes and kill some time. While looking around we met Ben Hazard, accessory specialist and talked with him about dirt bikes and past experiences with them. Ben made us feel at home, he was very personable even though he was busy taking care of some other of his job duties at the same time. I decided to purchase a pair of riding boots even though I thought I would get a better deal online. Ben helped me pick out a pair and helped me try them on for fit and feel. I got a pair I really like and Ben beat the price I later found online. He also told us that if we purchased a new bike from Brewer Cycles, that we would receive a membership to North Carolina Motocross Park, a nearby place with a motocross track and trails to ride. If I decide to buy a new bike, it will be from Brewer Cycles, my son and I really enjoyed our experience there!

Bought a 2022 Beta 300 xtrainer and return this year October 2023 and bought a 2023 Polaris Sportsman xp1000s from the same salesman Mr. G both times (Awesome Guy) , I basically made the deal over the phone and finance man had all the paper work ready when I got there . Everyone in the building were supper nice . They have just about ever brand you would want . I will buy there again . Thanks Guys !
