I stopped here because I was in of a used tire. I was in desperate need. I read the reviews, seemed like a decent enough place, well it wasn t. The guy assigned to help me, first off told me a used tire would be $70. I could not believe it and then acted as though he was really doing me a favor. Then on top of all that, kept me waiting 30 minutes for him to change the tire. Cars were coming and going. Unprofessional,rude and not respectful of people s time. Never ever ever will I come back to this place.

Avoid this place by all means. Went to get used tires put on and the guy installing the tires stripped one of the lugs and lied said it was OK they also lost one of the lug nuts and tried to convince me there only 4 lugs when I came in, when physically stood there and watch the tech remove 5 lugs. They did fix the stripped lug but acted as if they were doing me a favor by replacing the lug that they stripped. I will never do business with this place again they lack the trustworthiness that is needed when dealing with the public. Avoid this place. Go to House of Toyz where you will receive a better price and trustworthy service.

Good tires at an affordable price. Service was fast as they did get very busy when we pulled up. At least 10 cars came after. So this made me feel good that we might get a quality product for cheap.

Their price to flip tire outwards was $5 more than the shop across the street. Not a.big deal, but when I asked if he could match the price he said he could not. So I bought 2 used tires that were also $5 each higher than the other guys. So I paid $10 more and they put the tire on and the lug nut trim piece he put on with the impact tool! He broke one of the plastic lug covers and then said it was missing a lug nut as to why it wouldn't stay on. So I said can you sell me a lug nut? He said no he doesn't have any. So I said you're a tire shop and you don't have 1 lug nut? He said go to O'Reilly's. Very poor attitudes and service . If you want to pay higher prices and have non grateful attitudes for your business..shop here

The personnel was quite pleasant and helpful. Excellent client service! The service was lightning fast. The technicians were fantastic! My tires problem was identified by the technician! Quentin removed the nail out of my tire and instantly patched it for a very fair fee, and it only took him about 10 minutes! Furthermore, without my asking, the technician inflated all four of my Goodyear tires! Everything for $10... Andrea's Tires comes highly recommended from me! Keep up the good work, gentlemen.

I give them a one-star because they tried to price gouge me. So I turned around and left and went right down the street to Tire Shop that gave me the right price.

Omg Omg look how God works!! I was traveling from GA to VA and I made a restroom stop only to find out that my driver side tire was going flat. I Googled the nearest used tire shop and this GEM popped up. I just wanna say that they were not only accommodating but they were very nice. When I called to get the quote I was told one price but when I arrived I was told a much cheaper price. Thank you so Andreas Tires for helping me in my time of need!!

This place is very unprofessional. I went there and had them install 4 tires on my car a week later, my wife and son are driving down the road, and the front passenger tire comes off the car. We had to pay for a tow truck went to Andreas tire the next day and explained what happened to the owner he told me that he was not liable for what happend to my car and told me to leave his establishment luckily I am a handy man and I put the car back together and my insurance company went afyer andreas tire for the repair cost I would never recommend them to anyone!

Horrible! Do not go! They put a tire on my car and didn't seal it up properly and i got a flat in two days. I bring it back and tell them I want payment for that flat I had to get changed they said no they don't do business like that! I promise you pleeeeassse don't go here

I made a phone call before I drove there to see what time they closed and the person that answered the phone told me 5. When I got there I had to wait because there was 1 car in front of me. They let me sit out there and wait before telling me that they were closed and that they closed at 1. Looked at the clock and it said 1:00 .mind you I was there before 1! He then proceeded to say we ve been open since 7! Like he was trying to say I should ve been there as if I knew the exact time my tire would go flat . Maybe put the correct close time on your website. I recommend Edwards Tire Service in Norlina, they get you in and out and are also super sweet!

If I could give less than 1 star I would. I apparently Had the BEST used tire put on my car (for 45$) lasted less than 24 hours, Upon taking it to Walmart the next morning, due to a flat I was told that there was a nail already in the tire that had been there and that it was mounted inside out won t be going back!

I have been going to this place for years. They are always nice, quick, and very reasonably priced. If there is ever an issue with a tire that I purchased there they fix it immediately without question.

Just bought 3 used tires three days ago and 1 of the 3 will not pass inspection. I am totally mad. This is my FIRST and LAST time going there. Everyone please check the tread if you are going here, they will pull a fast one if they can.

I got a used front driver side tire Sat April the 18th around 5pm. They put the tire on really quick took my payment of 35$ and said thankful. I drove up the street to a near by town called williamsboro nc to pick up food. On the way back the whole tire came off the rim. If I was going any faster I could've gotten into a serious accident. I call to let them know and they told me if I bring the car they could fix it or give my money back. How in the hell can I bring a car that's on the rim. I feel like they should have come to me or atleaste wait until I was able to get it towed. Never ever going here again and I wouldn't advice anyone else to go because they do not care about the customer.

Needed a good used tire because mine blew out last week in and out in 20 minutes first time here but definitely will be back in the future

Fast and friendly service. The prices aren't bad at all and the have quality used and new tires.
