I don't generally give a pop store five star rating but if they make an effort to go above and beyond to try and help you then that definitely would that evaluation that's how I feel about the store they did everything they could to assist me without any expectation that I would buy parts I'm in my book that says a lot.

Best thing about this particular location is consistent excellent customer service. Greet you quickly, friendly and helpful, based upon several visits. And BTW . . . reliable UPS Access Point, too.

RUDE! 2 Employees in the store & they talked trash about EVERY customer that came in (after they walked out) & to 1 customer face,loud enough I could hear it all It was a old man & old woman,Then the woman tried rushing me out, said I was taking a long time.Just putting it out there..I gave 2 stars because I could find help if it was needed. Thanks

It was awesome! I needed a battery for the automobile. Bought one and to my surprise they installed it also. Great company, store and an excellent staff.Thank you for assisting me.

They won't check your transmission fluid and they were rude about it. One of the requirements to work there must be that you are very slow. No one moves with a purpose. Two registers open, two people in each line and we waited twenty minutes to ask a question.

Love it! They help us always even when a friend of mine broke down in their parking lot and needed a new battery etc. They helped her amazingly fast and were nice about it

1st gave us somebody else's room we open a door in the couples in the room we had to go back Down and get the correct room we had a great time after that first time every having any problems we had stayed here right many times always love staying here

Purchase a battery for my car and had them install it for me. I didn't catch her name but she was friendly and removed my old battery and installed the new one very quickly. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes.
