Judging by Hilary Thompson's 8 reviews here, it would seem that nobody is really going to make her happy, so it's a shame to see her try to bring the rating reviews of this great place down just because they weren't able to fit her in when she insisted.That being said, Jeff has always tried to be accommodating to me. He runs a great local business, and he's greatly appreciated.

Very friendly. Removed nail and plugged quickly and very reasonably priced. Also corrected all 4 tires air pressure.

I have been in Hayesville since January 1. I have been to HT&A 4 maybe 5 times. I can not say enough about this place. First off, they are HONEST, which speaks volumes for a mechanic shop, secondly, they try to get you in asap, thirdly they are so so so kind and friendly. OOPS, not to mention very fair priced.I highly reccomend them. I love em.!They keep me on the road.

Fast friendly service. Good quality work at a reasonable price. Hayesville Tire and Alignment has worked on and serviced our vehicles many times over the last 20 years and 3 times recently with two oil changes and a new water pump. I'm a satisfied customer and I would recommend Hayesville Tire and Alignment to anyone for their vehicle service, routine maintenance, and repairs.

Stayed just outside of Hayesville for a few nights and awoke to a very low tire. I quickly used Google to find the closest tire repair store which led me to this establishment. I called ahead of their opening, the phone was quickly answered and was told"'bring it in". I arrived before 8am, they quickly came out, found the screw in my tire, had it off the car, plugged and back on in 10 min. They don't know how much I appreciated their quick turnaround as we had a packed day planned. Thank you fellas!!

This is the best Repair Shop in Hayesville! They have taken care of me time and time again not only are they prompt but they are also budget friendly.

When it comes to vehicle repairs single women are often cheated / ripped off. Sadly, honest folks are rare to find these days. After a couple of such experiences several locals recommended H.T. and A. So, I took by Shuttle Bus in for an exhaust issue.Lynn and Jeff were: kind, genuine, and didnt try and sell me work that wasnt needed .Really good folks !!My bus runs and sounds GREAT ! Thanks H.T and A.for giving me my wings (and freedom) back ! I wouldn't hesitate to go there again !If you're looking for honest, reliable people who won't take advantage of you, these folks are AWESOME !!

Lost a brake line while pulling my camper out to the lake. I was worried about the cost, the speed of service, everything. I called Hayesville Tire & Alignment and they were fast, friendly and professional. They could have taken advantage of the situation, but they did me right. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

If only everybody ran their business this way. I have 3 cars which Jeff and Co. service, and service well. Never OBTW work that isn't necessary, keep repair costs as low as possible, I trust them 100%. NEVER had to go back with the same problem twice, that is to me the best accolade I can give. Sometimes you have to wait for a service date, which only further attests to their work and demand. Customer for life here.

Very accommodating. We needed a headlight lightbulb installed and purchased the wrong one from the auto part store. Our tech called the auto parts store and had them send over the correct bulb so he could install it. Very reasonable installation charge too!

I figured out that I had a nail in my tire, it was last minute before I had to be at work. I was referred to this place and they delightfully helped me patch it within five minutes. I would just like to thank these people for being there when I needed it most.

Although Jeff was extremely busy and it was lunch time and he was short staffed I stopped in and requested tire repair. Jeff was very helpful and immediately took on my problem. Wow he is a multi tasker. I was in and out in 15 minutes. I thought I misunderstood him when he told me how much the bill was. I was expecting at least 3 times as much. I will be back for my automotive needs.

I needed my inner tie rods replaced and an alignment on my 2000 Chevy Silverado. I dropped the truck off at the shop, was greeted with a smile, given a quote and was told it would be done by the end of the day without an appointment (it was spur of the moment for me - poor planning on my behalf) The Owner offered me a ride back to work (I only worked about an 1/8 of a mile down the street) and very shortly after the Owner called me to tell me the inner tie rods and the alignment had been done and the truck was ready to go way before closing time. The Owner/business came through for me, fantastic place to get vehicle repairs, I would highly recommend them for any and all your vehicle needs. I give this business an A+++++. I will definitely be back for any future needs and maintenance for my vehicles!!! Thanks again!!!I'm local and live in Hayesville

I called to get an alignment on 12/29/17 and they said they could not get me in until 1/2/18 and said I could come at any time. I decided to call before arriving on 1/2/18 to make sure they could do my alignment before driving down there and they said they could not do it until 1/3/18. I decided to make an appointment this time and they said 9:00am. I arrived at 8:55am and the guy working seemed annoyed that he had a customer and said it would be a while probably hoping I would leave. I really needed my alignment done so I told him I was not in a hurry and he can do it whenever he got a chance. After about 10 or 15 minutes he goes outside and says they my wheels are too big (they are 20 inches) and that he cant do it on his machine. I have a feeling he just did not feel like doing anything because it was cold outside and he told me he was really tired when I first got there. Poor customer service and a waste of my time.

My car sputtered to a halt at the grocery store and would not restart. My friend picked me up and we stopped by Hayesville Tire on the way home. They sent someone out to the car with the instruction that if they couldn't get it started, they should tow it to their shop for further examination. The car started and they took it to the shop and did diagnostics. We decided it was just old gas gunk clogging things up (this happened once before). But they didn't charge me a penny. Surely this took someone an hour of time. Anyone who does an hours worth of work for me without charge is A-OK! Thanks again Hayesville Tire.

Great value on tires, nice to work with, and very reasonable on other car repairs. It's a little drive for us, but the only place we take our vehicles for tires and maintenance.

Just called to get service and was told technically we are not open, they don't do alignments nor sell tires. Huh?..then the business name is misleading a bit
