I know the good Lord sent me to this shop. I was desperately in need of a home for my vehicles. These are truly good people. Curt, the manager, is exceedingly knowledgeable on all things automotive. He even helped me find an original radiator for my 63 Chevy pickup. Thanks to all the mechanics who worked on my vehicles this summer. You are the greatest.

This place has amazing customer service! My daughter was visiting and had a tire issue in her way home and they went above and beyond to get her taken care of and on her way in less than a hour too!Doug, Kurt and Chris are awesome!

They always get me in as quick as possible and they re quick too. Did my oil change in 15 minutes. She s purring like a kitten. Oh, and they never try and over charge or tell me something else is wrong with my vehicle. Good spot!

I normally do most of my auto repairs. A recent surgery prevented me from changing the water pump and belt so I called here and spoke to someone about my situation. They scheduled an appointment for me and as soon as I arrived the car was brought back and worked on right away. They did a great job and charged me a very fair price. If I'm ever in a bind or just don't feel like doing my own repairs in the future I'm definitely taking my cars here. Couldn't ask for a more honest and reasonably priced repair shop.**Update: After my second visit for some tire installs I received the same great service and quality work as the last time.

They're very honest people they do great work oil changes or lower than Walmart we've never had a problem. The owners or very friendly and very helpful you'll come up here you come up here. My car started acting up a couple days ago I took it in to the shop and they said my whole wire I told him that it was done back in December and they warranted it and going to fix it at no charge! They're very honest people!! If you want an honest fair and excellent place to have your car worked on take it to Hayesville Firestone.

I m so thankful for Doug and Daryl and the entire team here. I ve never had such a trustworthy group of folks who have become friends. Multiple cars have been serviced here and has been our only car service provider in North Georgia. Trustworthy, dependable, and fair pricing. Bam!

Visiting relatives in the area and got a rock trapped between my caliper and rotor that sounded so scary. Daryl found that and got it out even though he had a lot of other customers today. The charge was so reasonable. Thanks to you and your shop! Highly recommended!

Brought my mother-in-law here to have a tire repaired on her vehicle. They got to it immediately and did it while we waited. Service was fast and excellent! The owner, Daryl, knows how to take care of his customers.

Everyone at the Firestone in Hayesville North Carolina loves it. I go down from Wisconsin about 4X a year. Not only do they service my father's vehicle, but mine as well. They have found issues that could have been very dangerous for my 16 hour drive home. Great prices, and they accommodate me. Thanks guys!!!

Don't take your vehicles there for wheel alignments.I have taken 2 cars in the last 5 years and got screwed each time.The first time they only did half of the alignment leaving out the rear axle alignment, but I got a print out.The second time they didn't even do the front end alignment.After paying, when I asked for the computerized print out, the manager had some kind of B.S. excuse why there wasn't a print out.Tires may be okay, but stay away from the mechanical work.I have been a customer for 19 years but not anymore.

Best place to get tires or repair services! Daryl and the shop guys are super knowledgeable, friendly, and they are fast with quality repairs and parts. I HIGHLY recommended you take a trip whether it's for an oil change, tires or complex repairs.

Top Notch place with knowledgeable employees that took care of my tires that were very low in the front to okay in the rear. To Make sure my car got the best fuel efficiency they took care to fill them all to the same pressure. Thanks Firestone in Hayesville, NC!!

Honest mechanics. Fair prices. Not something I was used to before coming to Hayesville, especially from a Firestone. These folks are different. They know what they are doing. They care about the driver. They care about your car.

Took my Yukon in to put a tire on it and befor I made it home the tire fell off broke the rim the man didnt put lugs all back on it . I called and told the owner and he told me that's the way it was when I bought it in. So they will never get my family's money again
