I have used auto geeks numerous times and they are always very courteous and fairly priced. However, today i limped in with a flat tire with my 2 yr old in tow and they were so accommodating and helped me right then and there and quickly despite me not having an appointment. Just dropped by to check out their services. Really like that they can do some routine vehicle maintenance if you wish, or more extensive vehicle work by yourself with access to their tools, space, lifts, and a little expert guidance if needed. It is onboard Cherry Point so you must have access or be sponsored on, but I believe it could save you some money over a dealer or regular service station.

This yet another privilege you have from being on Active or a Veteran. I did my shocks all around, brakes both front and rear and tire rotation all for $32.00 plus the cost of parts. Saved me over 600.00 in labor in town. Love it.

Facilities are nice. Hours of availability are needing to change. Not available to service members on their off hours.

Brought in two trailer tires to have changed and the "mechanic" that was changing the tire ruined one of the new, yet older manufactured tires by rushing the job. Then sends his service manager to tell me they are having trouble getting the tires on because the are older and stiff...so I ask to see the issue, walk to the back and here's my tire with the rim sitting in it not installed, I pick up the new tire and find they've cut the bead on the tire in their attempt to install it on the rim, but place it so I couldn't see their mess up at first look. Then the service manager offers to sell me a new tire..., I'm floored by all of this as a ASE certified mechanic myself long before becoming a Marine. Took my business elsewhere and will not be using these services again!

So I went to the AutoGeeks side where they work on your car for you. They were super nice and professional. You need to make an appointment for any work as they get busy fast, but that's fine. I found them to be fairly affordable compared to some other places and will definitely be utilizing them again.

Best Assisted DIY Shop in Eastern NC for Military Families & workers! I'm a retired US Marine. I've been using this facility since 1984 (35 yrs) and I haven't found a better one nearby. It's open to all with a verifiable Air Station affiliation - active duty, retired, dependents, NADEP workers, civil service, etc. Their ACE mechanics go out of their way to help everyone, especially military spouses of deployed Marines & Sailors. Nearly all routine maintenance can be done here and they have facilities for your special projects. $7/hr gets you a hydraulic lift and a full set of hand tools with tool room full of special tools. They even provide services of a commercial garage like turning rotors, tire mounting and balancing, etc. for a small fee. Special arrangements with local parts suppliers lets them order and have parts delivered for your car same day. Staff is knowledgeable, professional, and readily available. Love this place!!! I can't believe there aren't more than 14 reviews.

I must say, I'm impressed with the improvements. Especially the early drop off service and courtesy van. I would definitely recommend to friends and family. Solid and knowledgeable Staff.

A place where military personnel and civilians alike can go and work on their own car even if you don't know how to do something there are ASE certified mechanics that can assist you. The place to go for DIY, the place to go to save hundreds of dollars.

The guys who worked here actually laughed at me when I told them I needed air filled in my company vehicle tires to the maximum psi available in the tire (per request by my employer). Very rude.

Had a problem Then had came back got it resolved the manger Dave Was professional and made sure I was taken care of and apologized even tho my first time here was a bad experience I would come again because they make sure u are 100% taken care of and leave with a well job done
