I recently moved and was in a bind. I needed to move a shed and unlike everything else it wouldn t fit in my truck. I called Gray s towing and Mike jr. And Nick did a fantastic job. They loaded it from my old place and not only put it exactly where I wanted it. They went one step further and made sure it was perfectly level as well. It s true one call, and you re hooked. Thanks again guys.

After a pleasant 90 mile ride on my KTM1190 motorcycle, I decided to head home to Morehead City. I was on the stretch of Hwy 70 east of exit 410. My fuel pump failed and I was stranded on the side of the highway. I called Gray s towing. Robert Outlaw, the driver, called me and got my specific location and details on the type of motorcycle I was driving. Mr. Outlaw arrived exactly when he told me he would be there. He loaded and secured the bike carefully. At all times he made sure I was in a safe area away from traffic and the motorcycle was safe and secure. Grays towing brought my vehicle to my house and the unloading went smoothly. I was charged a fair price for the tow. I will use Gray s towing from now on. Their company has 21 tow trucks and can handle everything from a scooter to a 40+ foot long motorhome. Thanks Robert for efficient, safe towing.

Wow! His actual name is Outlaw!!! How cool is that?! As a long standing local to the area and an established family man, Robert was extra-mile polite, made my infant son smile, was extremely careful with pulling my truck off the rig due to the tire being completely off the rim, and kind. I d hire Grays again and request him for my towing needs.

Mr. Robert was on site to me 30 minutes before the arrival time. He was respectful and very informative about the towing process. It was the first time I ve ever needed to be towed and the experience was actually very calming and enjoyable!!

Jeremiah was extremely helpful in getting my toolbox from the shop to my house! He knew exactly how to hook it up and strap it down! The winch sure made easy work instead of renting a U-Haul and pushing it up a ramp!

Mr. Robert Outlaw is amazing! Very helpful and came right away. Very professional and kind. Helped get the dogs and cats situated even. I tried to tip him and he was so compassionate to our situation that he refused. Great guy! I just can't say enough. Thank God for kind people

Had to call AAA this morning because my car wouldn't start due to my battery being dead. AAA sent out Gray's Towing, the driver's name was Danny he called to let me know about the delay although it was no fault of his own he was quick and haf some of the best customer service which is hard to come by. Thank you for your help Danny.

Showed up faster than I expected and he had to drive thru a thunder storm to get here. And I love the name Outlaw, Robert. The factory spare wouldn't fit my vehicle so I had to have it towed to my home and I will get the tire/valve stem fixed in the morning. I used USAA roadside assistance and they hooked me up with Gray's Towing, I will use them again, thanks Outlaw, you represent your company well.Service: Car towing

Robert Outlaw could NOT have been any nicer or more professional! He also helped me diagnose the problem with my car, which turned a $1500 problem into a $200 problem. He was extremely thoughtful and treated my car like it was his own. He s amazing at what he does and inspires a ton of confidence. Incredible experience!

I had to call a tow truck for the first time yesterday. Being a woman with no automotive knowledge, I did not have high expectations about what my experience was going to be. I hit the lottery. Kevin was professional, friendly, helpful, kind and informative about what might be wrong. I'm not looking forward to ever calling another tow company, but if I do, I hope I get someone of Kevin's caliber. Thank you so much, Kevin. You were a lifesaver and I'm grateful.

I have used Gray's Towing for many years and I am saddened to see how the quality of their service personnel has declined. The person sent to do a simple AAA road service battery replacement failed at every level and ultimately, after 25+ minutes on site, said he didn't have the correct battery for the car! He also nearly left with the keys to our car in his pocket after saying he didn't have them. I know staff may be hard to find but using limited ability people as front line employees isn't helping Gray's business reputation. If Gray's didn't have the correct battery to replace, he simply should not have come at all. If unsure, they should have asked. Once he knew he had the wrong battery, he simply should have left since he could not perform the task he was assigned to do. There was no need to test a dead battery that was supposed to be replaced. I used a jump box and drove to Advance Auto and had the battery replaced...something I could have done over an hour earlier with far less aggravation. It's a blame game now between Gray's and AAA and only the paying customer suffers.

Robert Outlaw, was the most professional tow truck operator I have ever experienced. He was patience, friendly and a great assistance in getting my truck towed safely to the auto shop. I had a very trying morning with an unexpected brake situation but having Gray's Towing to assist me was a plus. I would definitely recommend this tow service. Kevin responded much sooner than i had expected. He was super professional and highly efficient in his task to load up my truck. This past week my vechicle died while I was visiting my granddaughter at New Bern hospital. When I went to leave my vechicle was dead and a nice gentleman by the name of Kevin came to my rescueNow I am a woman of 68 years old and have had my share of having to be towed in my lifetime, but I have NEVER left a review. However this time, because of his extraordinary service I felt I shouldI was there, approx 900 miles away from home and didn t know which end was up. Because of his knowledge of vechicles and my stress levels he recommended a reliable garage to get it fixed at a reasonable price. Needless to say I was more than pleased and impressed with this man s service. He made a very scared old woman feel safe and secure and made the whole process a reasonably pleasant experience.I cannot thank this man enough. I've gone through Grays Towing a few times and never had a bad experience. I used them again today and the service was exceptional! Jamy Reid was very polite, knowledgeable and professional. 2/13/24 We had our 2018 GMC Sierra Duramax picked up from Gray's Towing. Robert was the driver. He called me at 9:05 to confirm pickup and was at our home at 9:30. He was very courteous, and professional. Hooked up our truck and was on his way. Great service, very professional !!!!! Thanks Robert for a great job!!!

Jamy Reid was great. I wasn t sure exactly where the bronco was, only the parking lot, he found it among 3 other broncos, brought it back and put it perfectly in the driveway so I could easily push it in the garage. He even helped with that. And the price was spot on with all the other tow companies I called, but glad I called Gray s and got Jamy.

Big car issues in the past week. 2 tows, both by Grays. Absolutely splendid service. Fast. Professional. Knowledgeable. Friendly.Driver Robert Outlaw was just great today. He stayed in touch. Was timely and very helpful. Last week when vehicle was towed to shop, Jeremiah was also timely and professional. Well done, Gray s Towing!

I had the unfortunate pleasure of backing into the ditch at the end of my friend s driveway this past week, but I was very grateful to Gray s Towing for making it out in less than 30 minutes to help! I do not remember the name of the person who assisted me but he could not have been more helpful or thorough for the entirety of the process. Hopefully my ditch diving days are over, but if I am ever in need of a tow Gray s will be my first call!
