The guy that tested my battery and cables and cleaned the terminals did a great job and even better heat check the fuses because I had a electrical connection on my truck that allowed it not to start replace the battery and everything is fine. He did an awesome job Harrisburg O Reilly auto parts December 22, 2023.

The guy that helped me was cool and got everything I needed done. The only issue I had was the price of the wipers, they were expensive! But other than that, the employees are super helpful and helped me as quickly and efficiently as they could

I go to O'Reilly because I don't have to know exactly what I want! Sounds odd, but I tell them my issue and suggestions come forth! From oil additives to OEM parts, they have always been there for me.

New update: still the best auto parts company, and the store in Harrisburg on hwy 49 is still the best location. I simply don't shop anywhere else.John was especially helpful and spent extra time researching which wheel bearings would fit my hubs. On top of the great customer service, when you add in the military discount and it's no secret why O'Reilly is my go-to auto parts store.

Shahar one of the greatest employees to help me in my time of need. I couldn't see out of my windshield and he helped me find everything I needed to remedy my issues in a timely manor. He was very knowledgeable with showing me how to replace and use my new windshield wipers blades, he even sold me the best ones he could at a great price. Even topped off my windshield wiper fluid in the pouring rain. Fantastic model employee great spirit welcoming to the store. I couldn't give this guy any better of a review. Will come back to this location and recommend

The gentleman was so helpful. He gave me the right codes I save $95 because I didn't have to get a diagnosis. Got my car fixed that day and saved from anything major happening. I'm so grateful

Needed a new battery recently and went here on my good friends recommendation. The assistant manager Zack was helpful in educating me on my 2 options and not pushy at all. When he was installing for me we had some complications and Zack patiently tried a few options until the battery fit properly into its place. This took a while and he was good natured throughout. This is how customer service back in the day was and I applaud this young man for that dedicated effort. Thanks again Zack.

Not one time can you buy a part without having to exchange it at least once.The workers behind the counter are very limited in their knowledge of mechanics.They will sell you anything , even if it's the wrong parts, just to get you to spend money before you exit the store.

Terrible experience if your a black women don t go to this location. They will prefer you do it yourself not assist even if your vehicle is running hot. I explained to the associates two white males on Sept 21st my coolant level was low. They explained if the did a test it wouldn t help.. I basically wanted to make that was the only issue they still refused. I asked could they assist with adding coolant and explained when he was young he burned his chin off because it was hot. My vehicle wasn t hot tho though. They stood in that store location and watched me add my on coolant. I left that location went down to autozone and was greatful every associate in that store greeted me and asked how could they help even the ones that were with customers. I ll never spend another dime at this location. At that location being a woman they don t want money. So drive down to autozone

Today came in with a battery issue. Had trouble finding original purchase date but the staff did everything to help me out to get a replacement battery Within warranty. They truly went above and beyond to help me get my issue fixed. I m very appreciative.

This is a great location. They guys are very helpful like at most locations. Plenty of room in the parking lot to turn around or park if you re towing. They have batteries with the Go Handle, too.

This is my first option for sourced parts because they always have what I need in stock. The guys are extremely friendly as well, and that adds to the great experience that I have when I come to the store.

This is a great place. I stopped here last night due to my headlight being out and I was instantly greeted and provided assistance they even tried to assist me I didn t get your names but you ll remember this , because I probably came off a bit rude and frustrated. She went and got a young man who then proceeded to help me as well mind you it s freaking cold as I don t know what. It took about a good 30 mins more or less. But they did not give up they went about and beyond for me when in all actuality they didn t. Great customer service and helpful friendly people I will be back. You guys are outstanding

Nice clean store, and nice employees. As soon as I walked in somebody asked if they could help me. Great service! If I didn't understand something they explained it without being aggravated.

I had to change my niece's break light. Josh Ohmann greated me with awesome customer service. I was dreading having this done. He mAde it a very pleasant experience. He took Care of it so efficiently that I couldn't believe it. The whole staff is nice. I would give you ten stars if I could. Thank you so much. My day was made.

Karen and Joanna are GREAT!!!! super friendly and knowledgeable I ve always shopped at auto zone and advance auto but the experience today with these two ladies I will be coming back for ALL of my car needs.

Listen this O'Reilly's is like my home store in Leesburg Florida please just tell them what you want and they'll get it fixed right away came in with the light issues and we got it subbed thanks to our commercial guys thank you keep up the great work thanks cupcake

Awesome service! Bought a headlight and they installed it for me. Poor guy struggled because Toyota passenger side lights are a pain to replace! But he was very nice about it :)

Got a $10 off coupon on $20 purchase, but only needed a lightbulb. They helped me choose a few other bulbs and items. Very helpful and friendly, and reasonable prices.

The Caucasian girl with orange hair was very rude. She kept storming back-and-forth never addressing me as the customer a very bad attitude oh and Mike and Troy thanks so much for your help I appreciate it even though you guys couldn t fix it I m thankful that you guys tried and I am new to send me to someone else that could fix it thanks again

My truck broke down, was able to make it to store, KAREN AND BRANDON were super nice and helped me find the parts I needed, they couldn't find the exact part so we tried a few things and I was able to get my truck back on the road thanks to them, I usually share my experience leaving a review, its always bad ones but today I want to thank thw store and the guys for great customer service.2003 DODGE RAM 1500
