Exceptional customer service, great personalities, answered all the questions I needed, it s a family business, they sell great used cars. I ve had several due to wrecks not due to The car being faulty, or anything wrong with it, careless driving. I love this place I love the cars. They always have new cars on a lot every week and I get exceptional customer service, very professional, Everyone I ve ever seen there has been more than helpful

Awesome experience dealing with this business. It was a no pressure, low key buying experience. Each of the vehicles had the 'Carfax' information sheet, and straight forward easy to understand pricing, so you know roughly what the cost is "out the door," and without any hidden fees. This is a family-owned business, and even though it was a holiday weekend, the owner's son-in-law and daughter came in and opened the business to facilitate my purchase. These are "used cars" and by their very nature, are not perfect, so do your own homework and educate yourself as to what it is you are looking for and do your own homework. I would highly recommend this "used car" business to both friends and family.

I brought a car from this lot in September, the transmission has went out! The owner refused to help get it fixed and very nasty! Don't purchase from this lot! We also brought a second car in November, this was prior to today when I knew my transmission was going out. The car check engine light came on the next day. They hadn't checked the oil,but no oil in the car. Immediately needed a oil change. They don't check these cars before selling and don't do any mechanical work before sold. Don't purchase cars from here

Becky and her family went above and beyond for me. They let you shop around and if you have questions they are readily available. They were very patient and the energy at this place is incredible. All the vehicles were worth looking in to. The whole process was very streamlined and simple.

My wife and I came this past Saturday . No one came out to greet us . I watched the salesman go inside after helping a young lady.My wife and I looked around the lot for at least 10 minutes and no one came out of the trailer . After no one came out , we left . This occured on Saturday around 1 pm on November 4, 2023. No problem . We choose this place based on the reviews . First impressions matter . We will take our money elsewhere .

One of the worst car experiences I've ever had in my life. The owner will be nice to you until the moment your car starts to break down. As soon as I started to have problems with my car on the 3rd day after purchasing the car, I came to the dealership and I didn't even had a chance to say a word. The owner started yelling at me at from the start. He wasn't helpful at all. Never buy a car from a place like this. Don't make my mistake.

Wow! For a cash only lot selling used cars I was very skeptical. However, I got a great deal on the car and the car is in great condition. This is the best used car purchase I have ever made. The only things wrong with my car are tire pressure sensors and sometime after I left the lot some of the dash lights went out but it is 9 years old so I cannot be surprised by that. They will be fixed soon and this car will be in perfect condition. They did an excellent job walking me through the process. I drove 3 hours to get this car and I was not disappointed. I will obviously update my review if anything changes, but so far so good.

Good customer service. Purchased a black 2008 Jetta with 71,000 miles ran for about 2500 miles so far, took the car to the dealer and they said was in good condition all over, no oil leak or codes, did all the recommended maintenance required by the millage at that point .

On December 11, 2020, we bought our teenage daughter a 2007 Nissan Murano as a Christmas/birthday gift. The employees are awesome; so very friendly and did not pressure us at all. While signing the paperwork, the owner, Jim Brown, even gave our daughter a lesson about clean titles and what to look for when buying a car. That day we got a good car and some good information. Will buy from them again. This was a wonderful experience!!!

We purchased a Toyota Camry October 11, 2022. The sales and delivery process went smoothly, everyone was pleasant. Then 23 days later November 3, 2022, the car cut-off with oil leaking from underneath and had it towed to a repair facility. The technicians at the facility informed me that the engine block had a hole in it and the car needs a new engine!!!!!!!! I called Cabarrus County Cars to tell them what happened. I asked for recommendations where or who to call to find a used or refurbished engine. Instead of receiving recommendations or any form of assistance, I was met with an unempathetic and unhelpful response of oh I am sorry that happened. That s it...wow?! I expected at least an attempt to help research nothing! I would not recommend doing business with them.

I know this may seem an odd review since I have never purchased a car here; but I can highly attest to this company's integrity, compassion, and knowledge of cars. Two days before Christmas, my 88 year old father was driving from SC to Raleigh, NC to visit for the holidays. On his way here, his check engine light came on and the car started driving irregularly. He stopped at Cabarrus County Cars for help. They not only diagnosed the issue, they fixed it for him. They even had him call to let them know he made it here safely. I can never thank them enough for their thoughtfulness and kindness.

My husband purchased a car from here and let me tell you- it has been the best used car buying experience we have had to date. The owner is transparent and helpful and has helped fix issues even after purchase. We can t say enough good things about this establishment and highly recommend purchasing from them based on our wonderful experience!

Just purchased 2012 Civic from Cabarrus County Cars. The young staff was extremely nice and helpful. They made me feel like a part of their family. Due to the type of business that I own (Driving School), I run through cars about every 2 years or so. I will be back ... Awesome job!!

Everyone here is sooo friendly and helpful. It had been 18 years since my last car buying experience and they made it easy. Explained everything involved and all expenses up front. Would recommend to anyone in the market for a used car!

If I could give 0 stars, I would. This establishment sold me a defective car and I was only able to drive it for 3 days. After bringing this issue to the attention of the seller I was met with complete disrespect and ill-mannered behavior. I was not only yelled at multiple times but was told that it was my fault that the engine was completely messed up even though it was like that prior to me driving it. The seller also seemed to have an issue with talking to women and I say this because as soon as I walked through the door I was yelled at and berated and eventually had to get a male involved as the owner would not talk to me or any of my other family members that were women. As a woman I felt that I could not speak for myself otherwise I would get cut off and yelled at. In the end I did not get my money back and overall had a terrible experience with this place. DO NOT BUY HERE!

CABARRUS County cars in Harrisburg, NC was more than I expected. Jim Brown, the owner was trustworthy, fair, friendly and no hard sale pushy tactics. Suzanne and I were comfortable the minute we in! We purchased a Hyundai Azera used car and our grandson absolutely loved it. We HIGHLY recommend Jim at CABARRUS County cars!!!

I have bought 2 cars within 2 years from Jim! He is such a great guy who sells great vehicles. He always makes sure to go above and beyond for his customers. I will continue to keep buying vehicles from here and I will send anyone I know here to buy a car!

Everyone there was very friendly and new a lot about cars. A lot of the cars were fairly priced and clean. It s a legit business. Sometimes used car dealerships have bad reputations, but Cabarrus County Cars is a reputable dealership. Overall I had a great experience.

Make sure to check your trunk for water damage, bought a car and the trunk was leaking and spare wheel area was half way covered in water. Once discovered I got the run around for handling the repairs and just decided to handle it out my own pocket. Not good customer service and I was going to recommend them to 2 coworkers who were looking for cars for their kids.

Family owned and honest. Vehicles were priced well and all had a CARFAX report. Pleasant experience which is often not the case with auto dealerships.

This had to be the most down to earth car dealership I have ever dealt with! If you're looking for a used car this is a good place to shop.
