Bought an amp, installed and didnt work. Initiated return and was supposed to be reached out too. Called again and was apparently 3 days out of warranty. Junk yard across the board. Employees, parts, etc. are all inoperable

Be wary of the parts you buy from them. Don t expect them to help out after they told you it was in good working order. The parts may be worse than the part you re trying to replace. So just avoid them if at all possible. It will cost you more time and money than it s worth.

If you want to sell scrap metal, They will only pay for steel. Technically, they will buy your copper aluminum, etc. But they will just give a scrap steel price. But there is always an employee there to help you unload. A few months ago I purchased a used fuel pump from them that was defective. It was almost a week later when I went to return it, and was a little worried that they wouldn't give me another one seen as how the one I got was the only one that they had at the time. But since I had the receipt there was absolutely no problem at all and exchanging it. I had to wait three or four days for them to take another one off of a vehicle, but totally worth it for the money I was saving. That's really the only experience I have on the used parts side but refreshingly was a positive one.

These people don t stand behind there parts and are unwilling to help remedy any issues. Just wasted a lot of time and money paying a shop to install a faulty rear differential

It's a long story and unfortunately, there's nothing good to say about the experience. Would recommend other businesses with more integrity and better customer service.

Couldn't have been happier with my experience. I bought a pair of H3 seats and center console, paid for them over the phone and picked them up a few days later. Items were ready when I arrived and in excellent condition. Before I bought them, the employees went out of their way to get additional pictures sent to me. Wouldn't hesitate to do business with them again. Thank you!

This place sold me headlights that were classified as the wrong year.And I returned them, but they won't give me a refund.Work on your taxonomy.Schronce used parts in Conover recommended 21 Motors.Avoid this place.

I called the day before to see if they had the part I needed. The woman who answered was very helpful. She found the part I needed and we talked about the price. I went up today to get the part and they were very busy. I told them who l was and she remembered who l was. She sent someone to get the part and the price was better than everyone else's. Part is in great shape with no issues. I would go again if l needed something else. I drove 35 miles and still saved money. Thank you 21 Motors. D. Ramsey

Traveled from Va over 3 hours away to pick up a hitch for my VW. Paid for it 3 days prior..once i arrived it was pulled and ready to go. Even worked with me and met me on a holiday. Great price too. Thanks guys!

I usually don't write reviews... but I had a great experience at 21 Motors. Billie was very helpful and knowledgable at the front desk in helping me get the parts I needed. Everyone that I came in contact with was polite and accommodating! I highly recommend 21 Motors to anyone that needs a car part for their vehicle.

Drove a over a hour after calling to purchase door panels. They told me they where available a price and a cut off time .I arrive on time to then find that the panels where not in useable condition.

Top notch Customer Service. I love the home town feel of the place and the office is like a mini museum. I also love how even if they do not have your part they will help you find it somewhere else.. Not to mention they all ways seem to be the cheapest.

After calling around to 10 or more junkyards, 21 Motors was the only place I could find the part I needed for my car. It was worth the 1 1/2 drive. Thanks 21 Motors

We buy a lot of parts from them. I've never had a problem with returns as long as I have the receipt.

This place is a total disgrace offered me $100 for a 1998 Honda Accord with a motor with less than 120,000 miles under the hood. Never use these people they are nothing but a bunch of scam artists. Such a disgrace. They got the one star bc there isnt a 0 star option.

I paid for a winshield online 5 minutes later i called to cancel order the refused to cancel order told me i can take it or leave it. They did finally make it right but after frustration

I bought a altonator and within a week went bad he thought it was funny that I was broke down and will not give me back my money he's not a very nice person

Sells bad parts then tells you to flip off once you show up asking for a return (even if you're accepting of the 25% restocking fee). Go to K&M in Yadkinville instead.
