When my LR4 gear shifter got stuck in park and needed it towed, I called Rob after seeing the positive reviews and I can see why. He had a sense of urgency, communicated very well and was fair on price considering I needed it towed 30 miles away. I was comfortable also knowing my car was being transported on a flatbed as well. I recommend using Tri-County Coastal Towing if you need a tow. Thanks Rob

Rob is hands down the BEST tow service in the area! He's been in the business for over 20 years, so he's very knowledeable about what he does and he's very careful with your vehicle. He's also easy to talk to and is a very nice guy. If you need a tow service any time of the day or night, 24/7/365, you need to call Tri-County, and Rob is your guy!!!

Rob was prompt, professional, and flexible. He met us to get our key and had the vehicle delivered to its destination within 2 hours despite it being on the south end of Topsail Island on a Saturday. Awoken this Sunday morning to a flat tire. Called different places without any luck to help. I then found Tri-County Towing and called and he was more than willing to help. He came out and not only fixed my tire, he also checked all the other tires to make sure they had the right amount of air in them too.To come out on a Sunday and I not having AAA, the cost was way under a hundred dollars.Excellent service and fast and quick and reliable.Trusted and highly recommend.

Heros don t always wear capes but let me tell you Rob and Tri-County Coastal towing are my personal heroes this week. I got into a wreck and needed help figuring out what to do with my car, they were not only knowledgeable and informative but he went above and beyond to remedy the situation. Truly fantastic customer service. Tow company with real heart. Could not recommend them more.
