From test drive to financing, the purchase experience was most enjoyable. The salesman, Jeff Parker, was friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles and it's features. He didn't use any high pressure tactics to get me to purchase, which I very much appreciated. I would definitely recommend Griffin Chrysler Dodge Jeep and Jeff Parker to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle!

I had very good service at Griffin Dodge jeep &Ram . You don t need an appointment just drive up to the door and hunk your horn the door will open. Wile their service-sing you car you can go to the waiting room and have a free coffee or hot chocolate. They are great people.

I was in Saturday to have an oil change with your service department. I had a coupon for 2 full synthetic changes for $120 I believe, and at first the acting service manager said it wouldn't apply because it takes semi synthetic oil. I brought up that my car takes fully synthetic oil. She couldn't get the coupon to work. I looked up the oil part number from the invoice on the mopar site, and it said it was not compatible with my vehicle as it is not fully synthetic. I called and spoke to the acting service manager, as well as the parts manager. They were both very courteous. They said it was fully synthetic that was put in, but nothing that is in the documentation reflects this, or being told my car doesn't take fully synthetic initially when I know that it does. I just don't want this to cause any potential issues, and I wanted fully synthetic oil. I have kept the part number and screenshot from the mopar site, as well as the invoice with the same part number from the service department for my records that both say it's not compatible with my vehicle. Any response would be greatly appreciated, before this becomes a potential major issue. Emailed these to the service manager and haven't heard back yet. Tried to contact Mike, but was told he just left. Oil all over the hood as well.

The timing was excellent they had my car oil changed and tires rotated in way less than an hour. However my car door handle was soaked with greasy oil when l went to crank up and leave. THAT was very disappointing. Overall I recommend them highly for service ,politeness, punctuality,knowledge and respect.

Wow wow wow is all that I can say! I was well over an hour from home heading to a work conference is Savannah. True to my luck at times, my car busted a tire and possibly bent the rim. Of course these newer cars have run flats and don t have a spare, but my tire was SHOT! My car that I was driving was not a car brand at this dealership but they welcomed the tow and worked diligently to get me back up and running and on the road. So few times it seems are people out there to really help others, and that trait seems to have been diluted over the years, but I can say that is NOT the case here. They made my desperate time into a priority, gave a truly fair price and I was externally grateful. I will say that my son recently hit a milestone and wants a Charger. While there, I looked around and they have amazingly competitive prices and a great selection. I already know their service level is well above average which many times is the unknown. That being said, I WILL be coming here for that purchase even though it s a 90 minute commute. Time is valuable and hard to just give away, but if I am going to, it is going to be well spent with people that value my time and the human experience. Thank you Mike and team, I will be a fan for life! ALL star review and 100 points to Gryffindor!!!

The owner ( Griffin ) was notified that the people at the body shop caused more damage to my vehicle that they were only supposed to do an estimate on. I then asked him to retrieve my keys and he replied MAYBE! I'm not pleased at all at this point

Other dealerships told me that I would never find a 2-door, 2024, Firecracker Red, Jeep Willys on any car lot. But only Mike Griffin, without hesitation, knowing it would take 4 months to build and deliver, was willing to order my dream car online from the factory, including factory updates via email to both of us regarding build progress. Delivery day was spectacular as Mike's entire staff celebrated the arrival of my "Li'l Red Willys." Thank-you, Mike, Chad and everyone for an exceptionally warm and personable car buying experience!

Had my 2021 Wrangler towed here for a dead battery. When I found out what these poor people have to do since it is under warranty made me feel sorry for them. But they did, in fact, replaced my battery and had me back in the rode the next morning, and I thank them for that!!!

I got my dream truck Saturday they are hard working there. Did not waist one minute of my time . And I hate waisting time . Price was very fare both my trade and the new truck . So this is one BIG shout out for Calvin and the staff down there

My experience was the best I've ever had when dealing with the issues that arose with my 2018 Jeep Compass. Andy was amazing and helpful. He made sure I was aware of the facts surrounding my vehicle, as well as making sure I knew my options when it came to payment so it wouldn't break the bank. I will definitely be coming back in future.

We stopped in to talk with the service department about two issues we were having with my Jeep and to find out about getting an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. Andy in the Service Department was both friendly and very knowledgeable. He was also most accommodating in that he said they could change the oil and rotate the tires right then and we'd be on our way in 30 minutes or less. True to his word, he had the oil changed and tires rotated before we really got comfortable in the waiting area. As to our two issues, one requires and appointment (pesky rattle in the dash) and the other needs to be caught in the act. We feel comfortable with that and will very probably make this the dealership we use to take care of the Jeep rather than the larger dealership closer to Charlotte we had first contacted. Griffin folks, particularily Andy, have earn the dealership a new customer.

I got behind one of your cars on Highway 52 this morning in front of East Rowan high school. It has a dealer tag and represent your company but doesn t have any brake lights. I m not sure if you driving around trying to cause an accident on purpose but you definitely need to check your brake lights

We want to say here about customer service above & beyond today at Griffin. Andy at the service desk made time to look at our truck that had the engine light on. He kept us informed on what they were doing. We arrived at Griffin around 1 & were back on the road by 4 . So tomorrow we will back on the road with our 5 th wheel to Florida. Thank you all so much for such fantastic service.

Our van messed up. We ended up having to get it towed here. They worked on it. Unfortunately they thought it was fixed and it wasn t. But they really did work hard to figure out what was going on!! I highly recommend this place!

Very upset. Went down on the sixth of December. Had brought my trade in truck with me. Found a truck I liked. Got the run around saying another woman was interested in the truck and that I had competition. Got asked did I want to drive truck. I said yes. The sales lady came back and told me the other salesman had key. I said ok. I d wait my turn. Curtis came out drove my truck to work up an appraisal. He came back. Said let me run numbers. Too wait. So I did. Then came back said the vehicle I wanted wasn t available. I was shocked. Because I was there looking at truck first. It was a 2015 dodge ram 4 door 2500 with 150,000 miles on it listed for 32,000. Price a little steep. But I really wanted truck. So I was told to leave because it was a waiting process to try and find me another truck. I didn t want another truck. I had to leave anyways. I came back this morning on the 7 of December and truck was still sitting in same place. Another salesman came out and I finally got to see inside of truck and do a test drive. Came back he said he really wanted to see me in this truck. Drove up to store to work on everything thinking that the lady that they said was going to buy it backed out or something. But that wasn t the case. It was still out on lot for sale with other vehicles. Was told that the lady had put money down on truck. I m not the smartest but if I put money down on a vehicle. I wouldn t want it sitting out on lot with other vehicles. Like it was still for sale. I d have it pulled around like most all dealerships do. I am looking further into the matter. Because I do not think I was treated fairly at all. And I hope the real Mike Griffin sees this. None of it was handled professionally. Except the one person who actually got key and let me test drive a vehicle some lady already put money down on. But he didn t know it till after I drove it. That does not make any sense at all.

Each time I call for service, Andy and his crew have been amazing! Always greeted with a smile, keep me updated. Never disappointed. Only wish my husband was able to enjoy this experience at the dealership he used to go to (not Griffin) because I feel like I am treated as royalty each time I come thru the doors. Griffin and his team are amazing!

I stopped by to get my oil changed and my tires rotated. It cost a little more than last time but it didn't break the bank. There were 5 cars in front of me when I got there but I was still out of there in an hour and a half. Seeing how when I use to go to Wal-Mart, it would take them 3 hours to do 3 cars, I will take the wait time at Griffin. The staff is always friendly and helpful.

I really wanted to leave this review on the website, but I could not figure how to do so, so I m leaving it here. Clara is absolutely amazing. She went above and beyond for my family, and answered all our 10,000 questions with no problem, always provided documents when needed and was always so quick to let us know we can feel free to call her at any time with anything else we may need. We need more people like Clara everywhere in the world. It would sure be a brighter place. Thank you, Clara, for being absolutely wonderful. We will forever come to this dealership location because of you.

Truck was giving a couple issues that the service team was able to assess quickly and make all needed repairs. They even corrected a couple recalls I didn't know I had. Pleasure to work with.
