AMAZING experience! Loving coming here! I think most people make rude comments about this place because they don t understand cars and prefer someone they know to work on them then call Halifax Motors to fix the mess they got themselves in.I have never had one issue at all!!!

Chris and his team are the only company I let work on my fleet. HMI has kept my 3 more than gently used cars in great shape with fast, reliable service and very fair prices. There is also a good selection of used cars and a fantastic detailing service. I wouldn t take my vehicles anywhere else for repairs.

Very nice staff. Owner helped me with problems that other places couldn t. I have always brought my vehicles here have only ever seen great results. It s a company that you can trust and rely on.

Took my Audi A8 there. Great work for a good price! Disregard the negative reviews. Where would you get an oil and Transmission fluid change for $130? Some people are not even capable of writing in proper English :-) The HMI team is awesome and their true customers value their workmanship. Definitely my place to go!

Great work with a great staff and great prices, always very helpful and friendly, service is always quick and well done, Mr. Fromal has done multiple amounts of work on all of my vehicles and haven t had a problem since with any of them, I d come to him from 100 miles rather than any other shop.

I recently took in my 2018 Maserati GranTurismo to get a state inspection. A friend had recommended me to give HMI a try so I did. They recommended me to get an oil change for a decent price so of course I accepted the offer which did not take long at all. The employees were very friendly and easy talking with. I would recommend friends and family to give HMI a visit for their car needs. Overall it was a great experience.

Horrible experience , I went in December got my oil changed and transmission fluid refilled price was 140 but today I went in for JUST the transmission refill and was charged 130 , how does less work cost more than doing more work makes no sense , and when I confronted them about why I was charged so high the answer kept changing keep in mind I heard the boss whisper to his co worker charge me more on purpose just because. I don t know if he did this because I looked young or looked more easy to manipulate but this is just sad. He complain that a transmission refill is hard work little do he know I changed my own before it took me 15 minutes. If you come here just watch for what you are being charged for , they will try to up the price depending on how you look.

I had an issue with a Volkswagen that another dealer stiffed me on, so I asked HMI to give it a look. The staff was happy to help get me back on the road!For over ten years I've driven by this lot almost daily and I generally see nothing but nice cars. I've stopped and looked over the years but never at a time I needed anything; just to look. I agree with the prices and I agree with the staff!

Detailed and highly professional service of my German engineered car.... Best place ever. Good company too. They took great care of me and my car. Definitely a returning happy customer.

After I had called and said that my trucks rear end needs looked at, they charged me 37 dollars to tell me that they dont work on rear ends..... I think, when a potential customer calls and asks about a certain service, a service that you do not provide, you should be aware that you do not provide said service...... I feel like the phone operator scheduled me without full knowledge of what the mechanics are capable of. Because that is what happened, or not, I'll never know.
