Went here to purchase a door for a 2017 dodge 1500. Guy at the desk tried to sell me a 3500 door complete different body style. Refused to listen to my requests to see other trucks. Was completely set on the fact that door would work for my vehicle. I knew it wouldn t just by looking at it. Really ignorant guy I believe he s the one who answered the phone as well also cutting me off every time I tried to give more details on my vehicle. The guy who drove me to look at the truck was nice and also questioning why the other person didn t show me other options. I ll never go here again and I recommend anyone looking for parts go somewhere else. Explains all their low ratings.

Drove 5 hours round trip to look at a chevy 2500 van frame. The frame was in great shape, paid the $480 up front and 1 month later it still had not been stripped only was told they "probably wont get to it". I personally will never take a trip back there, the full amount was refunded for the frame but all other costs associated with travel were a loss.

I bought a fender for $75 from this place, they said they would call me in 3-4 days when it was pulled. It's been 3-4 weeks and still no call. I called and asked why it was taking so long, and they have no recollection of me buying the part. They said if I wasn't physically there watching them pull it, that they would pull it on there own agenda. So now I'm out of $75 and my truck still has an eyesore for a fender. This place is a joke!

Buyer beware! My husband and I purchased an engine for my son's truck. With the core charge, it was $1,800. Here are the "highlights".- Website said they were open on Saturday, but they weren't. We drove two hours one way and had to return on Monday.- Hole gouged in the oil pan probably when they loaded it with forklift.- It wasn't from a 4x4 like we requested and we had to change oil filter housing, both manifold gaskets (which had several bolts broken off) and a valve cover because the oil filler neck was missing.- We were doing this in our spare time, so it took a few weeks to complete the job. Once my meticulous husband (who is a mechanic) got it back in, the head gasket leaked.- Within a couple weeks, the engine started knocking.- We were spoken to rudely and condescendingly and was not given a refund or even a discount on another engine.We paid $1,800 for a boat anchor Would not recommend!!!

I bought a mirror for my car door due to me being an idiot and breaking the mirror on my car. I came in with my uncle spent 15-20 pulling off the car. Bought the mirror and the worker said I ll mark it and you can come in and exchange it if it doesn t work. We literally tried to change it in the parking lot. We came in 5 minutes later and a different lady took us and she said we have to have a receipt but the first on didn t give us one. You go to any other establishment and they ll give you a receipt right away.

It's hard to find the exact part I needed, of course I had to wait for them to go pick up the car and take my parts off. But after getting the wrong thing somewhere else, it was worth the wait on the right part! And the price fit my budget!The office looked clean and organized with plenty of seating.

Called to buy some wheels, and the guy was not helpful at all. Didn't listen to me and was trying to upcharge for each tire based on condition. They are just sitting. You have a buyer, take the money.

Said part is good and don't check unless you are physically there. Arrived and both times two different parts were completely destroyed. 1hr drive and 2 hr wait each time. Feel free to shop here if a fender bent in half is considered still (undmgd)

I worked for wes Lail and I can tell you right now he is a crook, they will lie and say a motor,trans,rear end etc is low miles when it's high miles , on many occasions I was told to pull the gauge cluster from a vehicle because a customer wanted to look before purchasing and they didn't want them to see the real miles, I was told to pull the gauges from the auction cars and vehicles he was putting on his lot and change them to low milage or if they couldn't be changed to brake the odometer so he could claim unknown milage, I have seen the same motor sold twice and instead of giving a refund he will give one of them a bad core motor or sell a part he knows is bad, then only give store credit when they complain,worst junk yard ever his business practices are so questionable I'm surprised the better business bureau hasn't gotten involved yet

Because of this review they are refusing to warranty my transmission. I called to see if they were going to honor my warrantee and they told me flat out that if i didn't take down my review they would not give me my replacement under warrantee unless i pulled my review and BBB complaint. i guess their 30 day warrantee isn't any good. Update. Transmission is junk. Only reverse, no forward gears. Bought a supposedly tested transmission for an f150 from them. Bottom of the pan is smashed in and there was no filter inside when I went to install a new one. Highly doubt they "tested" it.

They have reasonable prices considering we drove from Asheville to here but I've sat and watched people come in after us and leave before us. My bro spoke to them several times and the part was supposed to be waiting. It wasn't, and we ended up waiting hours longer than we should have. Not the most polite but considering people are coming in and out of this place consistently. They try to be nice but it should be 1st come, 1st served basis. The part we waited so long for was broken when we got it good thing he paid attention because it's non-refundable... Just a heads up. But they were more than willing to help exchange on the spot.

Very busy guys here but they do all they can do to get you the part(s) you need at a great price and if they dont have it- they will tell u where u can get it! I'm a professional in the automotive body repair business, as far as dealing with customers and selling parts to them; I'd be considered one of the easiest customers to deal with considering I know exactly what I need and don't sweat the small stuff. Spoke with Stacy about a Headlight, he was condescending right out of the gate. I was flat out told they could not and would not have someone check the condition of the headlight before I made the two hour round trip, he said if I want to have them check it id have to drive there "Wait in line and when its my turn they'll go look at the light".

The simple fact that my parents have spoke to someone several times this week about some wheels and told them that they would be open Saturday until 2, they drive over an hour just for them to be closed and its 11 in the morning. This is a horrible way to conduct business. What a waste of time and fuel for my parents.

Customer service great. Willing to ship F150 frame parts essentially from cab back. Everything done in one phone call too. Frame for 1997 arrived all complete in one piece.

DO NOT SPEND MONEY HERE! Hit and run by one of the employees in a yard truck. Owner will not look into which one of his employees did it. They have a camera system that deletes after 24hrs and of course it was a Friday at 5 when this happened.

DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE.We all work hard for our money, and this place will try it's hardest to steal it from you. I bought a transmission from L and L and paid for having it delivered. The transmission was broke before it was even unloaded off their truck. So, I refused it and found another one locally. However, they refused to refund my credit card. I had to call my credit card company and file a chargeback on the transaction to get my money back. I recommend you stay away from this place and spend your hard-earned money where it's deserved.

I would give this place a zero but that wasn t an option. Called them and they said they had a 15 rim for my car. Went the next day to have it put on and they had give me a 16 rim. The place I took my car to had a rim and fixed my tire. I called L & L and they said they would exchange it. We went back to them and they would not give us our money back only a store credit or exchange it. We spent $53 on a rim we do not need and we don t need another one or anything else from there. They were rude and would not even discuss giving our money back. I would not recommend them to anyone and we definitely will not be using them again.

Went through 3 truck rear axle assemblies before they got me a good one. We were working together on an old piece of junk Chevy truck to begin with but Dean stuck in there and saw it through to make sure I was taken care of. Highly recommended. Good folks that run a good clean business. We've been buying parts from them for years and always have good dealings with them.

Okay, so I have been patient and tried to be understanding. But I m done being nice. I paid $2400 for a used motor from L&L Auto out of Grover NC. The motor arrived to the mechanics shop that was going to do my work and the motor was not the one that was purchased. My mechanic made multiple attempts to reach L&L Auto with no respnse. He was told repeatedly the man named Dean was not in or was on the phone and would call back. No return call ever from Dean. Then a third party called and was informed they knowingly sent the wrong motor to the address that was given for delivery. I just want my money back but the owner said oh we don t give refunds we just exchange. Then wanted me to pay $900 more dollars because of their error. They supposedly were within 2 miles of the known address with the replacement motor, but claimed they gave the driver the wrong address and they turned around and said the motor would be delivered Thursday, as in today. Guess what it s Thursday and still no motor or a phone call. So, now I am a total of 3 weeks out since I paid the $2400 and still no motor. My mechanic has been patient, honest and kind. But I am fed up!!!!! I would not even give them a single star. !!!!!! Do not ever do business with L&L Auto !!!!

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH L&L AUTO PARTS IN GROVER. They gave me the wrong part and would not refund my money. I didn't want an in store credit. If they can't get it right the first time, l don't trust they would get it right at all. Their rating is 3.4 and got a 1 star rating just now. They are rude and apparently not that smart, except for keeping people's money they don't deserve. If you value your money and want to help others not to waste theirs.

Dean was awesome! Nice took good care of me. They are pretty reasonable too. Well update. Radiator was busted and parts missing. They looked for a new one can't find one. Will have to order another one would be here in 5 days. They won't give me my money back that i need because I used what lil money I had to get it. They are giving me a store credit. I don't know how long that's good for. I don't even know if and when I may need another part to my car. I am willing to give the service fee back if they would give me my $65. So the star rating went down. Even though Dean and the other guy was nice doesn't make up for what they won't do for me. The mechanic is ordering me one brand new for $60.

Ordered a radio for my 2013 Odyssey. The first one they sent was for a 2006 era. They pretty quickly sent the correct part out. Once I got it in, the DVD does not accept or reject discs. I have repeatedly tried to call a manager but somehow he is always out of the office no matter the time of day.I was told we would be getting a refund and shipping label to return the defective unit. Still no responses.

I was in the unfortunate situation of needing a replacement motor from my car. I located a motor here at L and L. The communication from the staff there was terrible, costing me a lot of time and money on a rental car that was completely unnecessary. Every time I called to get an update I was put on hold or talked with someone who had trouble even locating the order. The staff, at times, were very rude. I wish I didn't have to deal with this business and cannot recommend them to anyone.
