Was very pleased with their service. I got there for a oil change, and was done less than 15 minutes they were very fast, knowledgeable and the price was amazing with a coupon discount that they offer online. Excellent customer service. The bathroom and office was also clean and welcoming. I will surely come back, I highly recommend SpeeDee for your car needs. Thank you!

General manager Steven Riddle scratched the leather on my steering wheel and told me he didn t and that it was only my opinion that it happened. I made him aware it was a fact that he scratched it and he blew me off and started helping the next person. Said there s nothing he can do and that he didn t do it and was very ugly and disrespectful. DO NOT GO HERE. They will damage your vehicle and make it seem like it s your fault.

These guys definitely do their best to get you in and out as quickly as possible. And I appreciate not having to wait half the day to get my car back. Thorough inspections in a timely manner. I ll choose them every time.

Speedee is a Silver Rock warranty authorized service provider. I have been to two other authorized providers and it was a complete debacle. So to say I was skeptical was an understatement. However, I met with Steve and advised of the situation. Upon checking everything out the problem was beyond their work scope (internal engine issue). Rather than reset my light and send me on my way like Firestone and Mr Tire did (other providers). Steve informed me that the need was outside their scope, so just like the others, he couldn t initiate a warranty claim. However, Steve had me contact Silver Rock to have them call him so he could explain the need to take truck to authorized GMC dealer. I did that and Steve conveyed what was needed, silver rock contacted me and authorized the repair to occur at dealership at authorized provider rate and waiving deductibles through Friday. I picked truck up at Speedee and delivered to dealer and is in their shop as i pen this. I want to thank Steve for doing the extra to get my issue resolved.

SpeeDee Oil Change and Auto Services did an excellent job doing an oil change and replacing the air filter in my vehicle. They worked thoroughly and super fast too. Was in and out in about 20 minutes! I have been here once before and the quality of their services always surpasses my expectations!! 1st time customer, Excellent service. It was actually speedy I ll be back with my car as well!Update: I finally brought in my car to get some work done and had Jay servicing my vehicle. He did a great job and had me out in 15 minutes. I don t know how it works but everyone there deserves a raise, so helpful.

This was my first time getting serviced, and everyone was nice and friendly. I felt welcomed from the start. Service was SpeeDee!! Like literally no more than 15 minutes for my oil change. I was very pleased and will gladly return for my next service!!!! Highly recommend!

You guys are awesome! Professional and very kind. I was in town shopping when I lost brakes. Just happened to be close by so I pulled in and I'm so glad I did. Everything was explained and they went above and beyond to try to fix the problem right then. They ordered the part and by the time I returned the next day it was ready to go!! Thank you so much! Definitely recommend!

I actually overheard conversation with a tech and a lady customer. I would have to say the techs was very honest and genuine. He did not try and up sale on things the lady didn't need and informed her of time frame of when she may need the future services. And the same customer service was extended to me also 5 star for sure

Oil change- the quickest and most pleasant experience ever. DanielThe manager was informative and professional. Explained what service were done offered the possibility of other service if needed (not pushy in a bad salesman way) also a checklist was offered on services provided and services that were not done. Extremely happy and glad to have their services. Will be returning. Highly recommend!

Manager was very rude. Refused to do an alignment on my car when they have done it before one year prior. After telling the manager this he would only continue to say can t do an alignment and walked away from me into the shop.

I went to get my oil changed and specifically asked for high mileage conventional oil. When it was time to pay they charged me for synthetic blend. I will never go back there again . My mistake was I didn't check my paperwork before signing. No worries, I serve a Great God and he will take care of those deceptive men.

I had a super great experience after a recommendation I received from Pitt word of mouth on fb.The staff were courteous and had me in and out. They also offer light mechanic work. 5 stars, I will definitely go back.

The initial contact was great. However, the greeter had to constantly leave and go ask my questions to someone else. It was great they could get me in on the day I needed though. They worked with my schedule well. I did not need a diagnostic for my issue since I already knew what the issue was. In explaining this information (older white gentleman, I think his name was David or Steve?) he made me feel belittled, that I was not confident in what I was asking for. That is poor customer service which is why this was major strike #1. The price was very reasonable. Unfortunately, things happen in life and I could not pick up my vehicle that evening. I called to explain this and that I would pick it up the next day which I was told was okay. The older white gentleman called me the next day asking when I would be picking up the vehicle. That was annoying. This just tells me the employees do not communicate. The next day when I got there to pick it up I saw it had been left outside overnight, unlocked. The older white gentleman even admitted to this saying they would have locked it up for safety had they known I wasn't coming to pick it up. That was aggravating since I had already called the night before and let them know this. Luckily there isn't anything worth stealing in that vehicle. This was major strike #2. After check-out, when I was handed my invoice, I noticed my last name needed to be updated. He said that could not happen until I came back the next time. I did let him know that was untrue because I had worked on that system for 21 years and even offered to show him how to change it. He told me no, there was no way to do it, and then turned his back on me and walked out into the shop from the office. Just because you don't know how to do something and refuse how to learn does not give you the right to be rude to a customer. This was major strike #3. I guess my name will never be changed because I won't be going back.

Prompt and courteous staff. They do a very thorough inspection. You do have to get out of your car though. They also replaced a cabin filter in my glove box that I didn t know existed. No other Oil change place had offered this service in the past. I did wish that they had told me that they didn't have it in stock and that it would be a wait.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

Maybe I was in a happy mood anyway, but, our server Brittani made my recent birthday celebration complete. She gave excellent service throughout and always smiled. The food was very good and well prepared. Thank you Brittani at Greenville NC for a lovely birthday party
