Upon arrival I was greeted and my concern was taken care of immediately. The wait wasn t long they got me in and out. For the service I received the price was reasonable. Thank you for taking care of my needs

Probably the best service out there, when it comes to tires and braking systems. They did a excellent job, decently fast service with great communication personnel-to-costumer . And of course great price. 100% recommend this place.

Staff was helpful, courteous and extremely willing to help. I couldn't find a single aspect of my service that was not outstanding. I hope readers of this review understand how difficult it can be to find a reputable and competent service provider in the Greenville area, and SpeeDee on Greenville Blvd was a blessing to work with.

Do not go here. They have awful customer service at every level and the crews working there are negligent.I got a state inspection done there last Saturday. I left and got coolant and window wiper fluid from the nearby O'Reilly Auto Parts since I was low and travelled out of city to see family and change these at their place. Later that afternoon I looked and saw that my once low wiper fluid reservoir is full of used oil. I had to pump this out and run degreaser through my wiper lines 3 times to get it cleared.I went back there today to talk to the customer service representative at the counter, George. He walked away from me explaining all this to him and showing him the pictures. He said My guys know the difference. We did not do this. He hid in the back and ignored me until I left. I left and contacted corporate customer service who asked me questions and reached out to Manager Garland to call me back. Garland called me and after explaining this story once again said I don t know how it got there, but it wasn t my guys. I m out of $22 and about 1.5 hours of time with this whole ordeal. This was my first time at this establish and franchise and is my last. This is the worst customer service I have had to date. Honestly, it is all just impressive how unprofessional and dismissive the entire customer service department is here. Then again, this is a franchised location, and stores like this exist. Hopefully, they will not harm or mess up anyone else s vehicles.Service: Vehicle Inspection

Been here a couple of times with both our cars. Great service. Friendly is always a plus but more important is they do a good job in a timely manor. Fair price as well. Will be back.

Had a great experience here! Came to get my car s annual inspection done and everyone I talked with was super friendly and very helpful. I was in and out in probably 15 minutes and the price was very reasonable. I will absolutely be back!

I went yesterday for a regular oil change.To be honest and fair, the guy at the front office was friendly and professional. He told me to park my car in the garage entrance so they can check it.I was afraid that I would block the entrance for other vehicles to get into the workshop, so I parked to 2 steps away from where he told me. The car was visible for the entire team. Furthermore, he had cameras.I've been waiting in my car for 45 minutes, expecting someone to come to talk to me.I left my car to ask what's going on. The guy in charge(same on one from the front desk) was purposely avoiding eye contact with me multiple times, basically ignoring me standing 6 feet away from him( I'm 6,2 tall, difficult to miss). Last thing he said, we are sorry today we close at 4:30pm( they close at 5 according to the website). I understand that we are at the Christmas time, at least don't ignore your customers as this is disrespectful and unprofessional. Communication is the key.

Job well done, but the fact I'm charged $130 more for a $79 part is ridiculous. Especially since you don't take parts that are bought by the customer to have put on. I feel robbed

PLEASE READ BEFORE DECIDING TO GO HERE..Please understand, I am not a Karen or a Boomer. I m 23 years old, I m one of those socially awkward kids that try s to give everyone a fair chance, and I m super understanding .Do not go here, especially if you re a female. The inbred pieces of trash that work here will not hesitate to screw you over. I had a problem with my car, and a couple parts had to be replaced. When I was told it d be about $1500 to fix it, I asked what was wrong and what they had to do to fix it to try to get an understanding as to why it would cost so much. The man would not look/talk to me when answering my questions, he would only look at my husband when he was explaining things It took them a couple of days to get the part in, drop the transmission out the car, and fix it. That was about $1500. Exactly one week after we picked up my car, we had to take it back because it was still having problems. After 3-4 days, WE had to reach out to THEM to see what the issue was. Turns out, the problem that I paid them $1500 to fix, wasn t fixed. We told them that we would not be paying them $1500 again to fix the problem they should ve fixed the first time they said no problem, we ll get it fixed. Well I guess because we weren t paying them again, something that took them a few days to fix the first time ended up taking them OVER A MONTH to fix again. Over that month, WE had to keep reaching out to THEM and every time we were told we re still waiting on the part, it should be here tomorrow, about 5 different times. I asked them to at least do my state inspection while waiting for the part because my tags were about to expire. They didn t. They still ended up waiting the whole month and doing the inspection the day they actually got the car fixed .we FINALLY go to pick up the car after, like I said, over a month of being lied to about when the part will get there and when the car will be done. They charged us $13 for the inspection, which was totally fine, I was expecting to have to pay that. But the dude wanted to act like he was doing us the world s biggest favor by not charging us for the light bulb he had to replace. Whatever. When we go to leave with the newly fixed car, it won t start. Turns out, they ve had to jump it any time they wanted to move it and didn t find that necessary to tell us at all. They never once reached out to us, and whenever we reached out to them, they never once mentioned the fact that we would need to replace the battery. They just casually jumped off the car for us like it was no big deal after a month of us not having it, just so we could leave we ended having to leave straight from there and go to autozone or wherever it was to pay $230 to replace the battery and have the alternator and starter checked to make sure SpeeDee didn t mess up anything else on the car. I m begging you, go somewhere else, these people don t care about you.

Great service with a smile, i got my Titan alignment, and he keep tricking them & they refused to let him win , my alignment is perfect only way they would allow him to roll out of the bay. Very happy customer i highly recomend them all! You will leave happy and feel like you have new mechanical friends, and we all need one , and this place has multipleSS. . I went there and my first thought was its raining and it's Saturday they don't want to be bothered I don't want to be bothered. But they are the friendliest bunch of guys I have ever met. Lee the assistant manager made us feel comfortable even laughing with our bad jokes. The environment was cheerful. Thank you and I loved I didn't need an appointment.

The guys are nice and polite but I was charged for vacuum and cleaning of the windows and windshield but they didn t do any of those things . And prices are to high.

On January 9th 2024, I went in to see about getting an oil change and asked about prices.Deshaun told me that he would check my oil and tire pressure and check under the hood and inspect my air filter.Well I needed all the above and Deshaun took care of everything for me in a timely manner and he was very efficient. I will continue coming here because of Deshaun,he is very personable and knowledgeable. I totally recommend this place to everyone. I thank you for having a great team and reasonable prices.

Overall is was a really good visit. Had to get the oil changed, tires rotated, and inspection. Unfortunately, because the car is registered in a county requiring emissions testing, inspection couldn't be performed. No issue.When the tech finished, it was then I found out, the tire rotation wasn't performed. They pulled the car back into the bay and completed the task.I WILL use SPEEDEOIL again.Services: Auto interior vacuuming, Oil change
