This was my first time here, and I got an oil change & inspection. Everyone was very friendly & helpful, it wasn't a long wait, plus they have a great waiting area with wifi & drink machine. So, I would recommend them. Also want to say that the only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because they stopped giving a free car wash when you get an oil change, and I feel that if I pay a lot of money (especially for an all synthetic oil change), they should at least give a free basic wash or a discount. Evidently the new owners are the reason for it, so that's a shame.

I always have a horrible time trying to get my oil changed, for some reason, maybe it's just me? But this place was amazing, I was in and out for my oil change and I chose to have some air filters changed that were very overdue. They explained the importance of changing them and showed me mine and how bad they had gotten. The were out of the one that my car took so they ordered one and told me to come back in an hour and a half. They were very apologetic. I returned at the agreed upon time after running an errand and they popped in the new filter and I was on my way. Very friendly staff all around. Free car wash with my purchase, very thorough car wash. Very pleased. I will be returning here in the future and maybe I won't put off oil changes as long anymore!

My favorite car wash. The employees are very friendly, polite and fast. I had a problem with tire shine going down the entire side of my car due to the low side skirts, and the manager did the long process of removing, gladly! Now, I skip it in the wash, and they manually apply afterwards. Couldn't ask for a better wash or service.

Great Service! These guys know how to keep happy customers. The services are quick, professional and they provide a clean waiting room. And the kids love to watch the car washing window as we wait!! Free vacuums, rags, window and dash cleaner provided with their affordable car washes

Staff is wonderful. The cleaning/waiting area is always clean and the employees work quickly. Throughout my past 2 years going here, I ve also always gotten a free car wash with my oil change. Highly recommend

Outstanding car wash!! Best one I have ever used hands down.. And a fantastic value package as well! $10.00 includes wash, wax, dry and tire shine.. The good stuff though not the cheap one that wears off! High powered vacuums that are free to use with paid wash and an electric matt cleaner, windex, clean towels and much more.. All included! It gets even better! They have a 24 hour rain guarantee.. So if it rains within 24 hours after you wash your car, bring your receipt to the cashier, and your next wash is free! so, save your receipt!

Great place to go for vehicle maintenance. They don't just change oil, they do so much more. Tire rotations, inspections, air filters, fuel filters, free check engine light diagnostics, and more! Friendly and knowledgeable staff. I always ask for Trevor to do the work on my vehicle, he knows his stuff and won't try to sell you anything you don't need.

I've been coming here since they opened-over 8 years and everytime I do, I always remember why. EXCEPTIONAL EXPERIENCE from start to finish. Today was no different and ALEX (a Technician), went above and beyond!!! I had an inspection done today and I swear it felt like 15 minutes tops! Very easy to get service done (and especially with 2 little ones in tow), I say kudos and thank you! Christina at the front desk was extremely personable and knowledgeable. Very pleasant and pain-free experience. Anyone who DOESN'T come here for services-oil change, state inspection, etc, is doing themselves a disservice. P.S. Alex even removed a dead frog from my car's door jamb for my squeamish daughter and I! Thanks Alex!!!!!!

They have done several oil changes and inspections for me always professional. Very courteous and reasonable $$. I also like tge car wash they have there = does a good job and has some supplies to clean and dry your car including vacuums . give this place a try

I was reaaaally tired today when I stumbled in for an oil change. An employee asked if I needed anything else and I jokingly (but seriously) asked of they could charge a soda to my bill. They could not and I fell asleep in sitting upright in the lobby for an uncertain amount of time. At checkout, an employee came and placed a Pepsi beside me. God bless him, I needed that caffeine to get me home. And I never have cash for machines. Then you get a coupon for a free car wash. Great deals, friendly service, and an oil change. 5 stars

The only way that I could leave a review was to give this place at least 1- . I wouldn't give them a half . May be a -5 's.I personally, have not used this car wash. My sister recently took her immaculately kept 2003 Mercury Mountaineer through this car wash. The car wash busted part of the panel off the lift-gate of her vehicle. She called in hopes that whoever owns the place would do what is right, and pay to have it fixed. Just because the vehicle is more than 5 yrs old, he refuses to take responsibility for the damage done to my sister's vehicle. He is wrong and knows he is wrong. I urge folks to pick another place to clean your vehicles. It could happen to yours... And this man will say it isn't his responsibility to fix it. Beware of this dishonest man AND his damaging car washes!!!!!

I can not say enough about the wonderful staff who works here. They are always very kind and professional. I feel like they actually respect me and take me seriously and never try to pull a fast one when it comes to my car. I've had bad experiences with other places and it's nice to know I finally found one I can fully trust. As long as I am in Greenville I will always come here and recommend it to anyone else.

Inspection = free car wash!vacuum stations, nice facilities and outdoor seating. Good hospitality.Can't imagine going anywhere else when you need an inspection.

First visit and I'll definitely be back. Amazingly fast oil change. 15 minutes total including walking in and checking out! Plus a FREE good car wash with the oil change. Excellent service!

I think that's the best value for your money. Car Wash is is good with wax and wheel shine. Just wish they would clean the bugs off the front better before entering.

I use the car wash, its a good car wash. They provide towels, vacuums and windex, even a mat washer. All included with the wash.

Just came to my dealership for an oil change and found out that the last oil change I got (at shell) they didn't tighten everything back up properly and it's been leaking badly!!! I get my car washed there regularly too, and now I will probably not go back. Please be more careful shell staff... Cars are expensive!!!

If your going to spend the money to have someone change your oil for you, you should go here. Great service, friendly staff and great car wash extras like free vac , rags winded etc.

Didn't have to wait long and everyone was friendly! Go there to get my car serviced every time!
