Upon making my first phone call to R and R to the time I drove out of their facility, I was greeted with knowledgeable staff. Ebony, was awesome. She made me feel confident that I had made the correct decision for my baby blue's new shoes(tires, balance and alignment). Ivy took her time to explain all of the benefits that were available to me, which it is alot, especially since I spend 4 hours on the road 5 days a week. I have peace of mind with tire rotation and alignment with the purchase of the new tires. They even have payment plans. All of the other guys who helped the process go smoothly were all knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. I arrived at 1PM for my appointment and was completed by 2:20PM.I would highly recommend R and R in Greenville NC for any tire and accessory needs.Thank you so much to my Salesman Mark, Ebony Store Manager, Ivy, who helped with all of the paperwork and to all of the mechanics who helped me get back on a smooth ride again. EVERYONE, YOU ROCK!!

Great people, great service. Friendly and helpful from phone call to discuss my options to getting checked in for my appointment to getting tires installed. Will definitely be coming back when I need tires again and will be recommending everyone I know to come here for tires

Yes, I can say this business has awesome customer service but they have their own way of ripping people off. I got a set of tires for 500.00 and some change. My biweekly payment was 55.00 meaning 110.00 every month since Aug 2023. I paid the tires out March 2024 which I was charged 331.00. I had a credit on my account that the was not going to mention until I said something. When I paid my $55.00 biweekly only 17.00 went towards my account and $38.00 went to them. Again great customer service but also a bigggggg rip off to the customers.

Went in for full set of tires and everyone was super nice, extremely helpful, and the tires were actually less costly then expected. The alignment was included and their financing was very affordable. Would absolutely recommend them.

Would've given a 5 star if I didn't have to take it back for same day realignment. My car wasn't aligned properly the first time and was bearing to the left but the service was great otherwise. Called and got in same day. Office is clean and it didn't take long. Daryl was professional and patient and so was the technician. Will use them again. They also accepted my Groupon which is a plus! Saved some $$. Thanks guys!!

Let me tell you I should have not walked in that shop because I knew I was going to buy something lol!! I sure did I bought a nice set of wheels and tires that I absolutely love!! The staff is the best!! From the dudes at the front desk to the mechanics and even the big boss man!! Super awesome experience and such a good vibe place. They helped me make my truck look good.

Went there to get a tire fixed that had a nail in it.. fast, very nice clean, helpful and accommodating. Will definitely be going back if needed. Highly recommend.

I believe the people in this store are only out to make money. I had a screw in my tire, second tred line and the store says it's in the side wall and I needed 2 tires not one. I have a 2023 car with less than 3k miles do the math. 20 dollar patches are beneath them. Don't go there go anywhere else including walmart.

Great custimer service! Alignment was included however it was NOT done. My Suv was driving fine, as soon as I got on the highway, Aligment was needed.

When I say this place gets an A+ for customer satisfaction from me!!!! Everything was fast and easy and the techs are super friendly! Darryl was very nice, knowledgeable and made sure I had everything I needed and informed me of everything I needed to know and more! I highly recommend R and R for all your wheel and tire needs!

Great service, price and people. Only had one problem with rear driver side tire as it had a bad valve stem installed and I was not informed by staff of the corrosion of the rim of the same tire and it did not seal properly. Needless to say I ended up with a flat tire upon driving home to SC. Thank you for the job you did for me and I understand that no one can look at a valve stem and tell if is good or not.
