Had a great experience with RAW!! This is my second time around and both experiences were seamless and great customer service. Max the manager came out greeted me and thanked me for coming back!! My sales rep Alisha was EVERYTHING. Answered all my questions and even got me and even better deal than I expected. Had an issue with my tires and they ordered me a whole new set!! Time friendly and great customer service. Also the Regional Manager reached out about my experience and that meant a lot!! Keep up the great work guys!! 5

Rent a Wheel in Greenville Nc were very professional, patient, and knowledgeable about what they do. I had an emergency in the family and they were very helpful and professional about my situation and they worked with me. I love the people at RAW and highly recommend that you go to them for rims for your vehicle.They have a good reputation and good variety of rims and tires for your vehicle. RAW gets A++++ across my board and a high rating of a solid 10 and nothing less. The next vehicle I get will have rims bought from RAW

Rent a wheel has the best customer service I ve ever seen. They educated me on the process and show me my options of rims to let me make the decision unlike most other companies make the decision for you. Max even went out and put the rims up to the car so o could see what they could look like. These rims are not light weight either. The process was short and pleasant and affordable. I recommend these guys above any other competitor. Everyone was kind and helpful. The one thing that will cause me to return for repeat business is at the end your factory rims and tires have to go with the customer and I had me and my two sons with me. My younger son is in a wheelchair and with the tires and is there was no room for the wheelchair to go so without me even asking Max offered to follow me home and drop the wheelchair off. If it weren t for him I don t know what I would ve done.If you want a family oriented experience and for people to care about you and your decisions you need to choose Rent A Wheel!!!!

I give this place 5 stars the customer service is awesome. They are very considerate of your needs when situations come up. They have very reasonable prices that can fit your budget so go check them out in Greenville NC tell Alisha and the crew Angela Johnson sent you.

Customer Service was amazing!! Super friendly & patient staff!! They took time to explain things and answered all my questions and saved me some money on an issue with another vehicle I have that I didn t even come in there about. Will definitely recommend & do business with them again in the future!

My experience with the Greenville location was great. I m a returning customer. I became a customer out of the Raleigh NC location 3years ago and handle well as a customer. The district Manager: Steve customer service was superb. I decided to return and gave the Greenville location a try. Glad I did. I recommend you give them a try. Don t have credit, can t afford to pay cash for new set go to RAW WHEELS ABD TIRES.

This is my fourth experience with rent-a-wheel I have always had good service the people have been very respectful the service has been fast not long waiting for them to install my rims and tires I recommend them thoroughly

Excellent service. If something needs to corrected they are more than willing to do so. With this particular service I knew exactly what I wanted to do, which was pay it off within the first 90 days. The customer service was pretty good. I had an issue where I got rims installed and 20 miles out I had a major blowout. The guys at rent a wheels wasted no time coming to get me and correcting the issue. I would encourage anybody to consider this service.

Needed a tire replacement. I called the day before. They told me to bring it the nxt day. I drove almost 2 hrs to get there and the guy says the machine had been broken 3 days. So why was I told to come? Then I had to leave my tire and drive bk another 2 hrs to get it. I was advised I'd get a call when it was ready. I didn't. I called only to find out ny tire was fixed 2 days prior and was just sitting. This is bad business

The ride to RAW Wheels & Tires were well worth it weight in GOLD !!!! Courtesy &Professional Service, They got the Hook Up for you. I left feeling like a $ Million Bucks $. My Lac also needs new shoes, so they will definitely see me again soon. I received so many compliments He'll I'm still Smiling . Thank You guys & ladies so much, Keith Boykin

Alisa was so helpful in explaining everything to me and Chris made sure I was comfortable with my tires before I left. The even stayed after close to make sure I was good I wasn't rushed out like how some people are when it's time to close! They are the best and I will DEFINITELY be back with my other car!! First of all there is not enough stars to give this place! I would give them a10 in my opinion!!! I been looking wheels for my ride for awhile now. I came across this place just by driving by in town.. I stopped in and as soon as I walked in the door the manager greeted me and was very helpful!! As soon as I told him what I was looking he took his time to help me search up and find ideas that would fit my bolt pattern. It was two weeks on my end until i finally liked what he came up with. It was well worth the wait!!! I have never expierienced this kind of service ever!!! It was awesome!!! I was so happy when i went to pick up my wheels!!! This guy is a great manager and i say he needs to be on top with this company!! Thank you Kelvin!!! All my future wheels will for sure come from your store!!! I also give a 10 to all the employess that also work there!! They are very nice as well! Thank you so much! 100%!!!! This place rocks!!!!

This was my first time ever thinking about getting rims for my vehicles. I'm glad that I chose them to handle my needs. I fell in love with the wheels that were put on my truck...I even went and had a set put on my second vehicle. Greg and the rest of the crew were very friendly and professional. They even worked with me as far as my work schedule. I will be using them in the near future!!! I will recommend them to anyone. Thanks you all!!!!
