I would like to thank everyone at quality collision repair. They did an amazing job fixing my car. If I could give them a thousand star review I would because they are just absolutely amazing at their jobs. The ladies at the front desk are so kind and wonderful. The repair guys made my car look like nothing happened to it. These people are outstandingly amazing, I'm so grateful for them. Second vehicle I have had repaired with this company. Not quality at all. Ruined my window tint. Paint is subpar, molding falling off. Door panel has high a low spots. Something not right with that door now constant noise of some kind. Will never take another chance with these guys. You should not either.

These are some really great people. Fountain and his team took my car right in and fixed jeep up very quickly. The bumper was bent so that I couldn't turn my wheel fully, and they were able to pop it right out and send me along my way! I definitely trust them to do any body work I might need in the future. You don't have to look any further, because this place is the best!!Service: Body & Trim

I m sad to say that Quality Collision East has really let me down. When I dropped off my car after waiting 5 months to get in for repairs, I was told it would be done in a week-1.5 weeks. After a week I called about having an unrelated dink fixed on the driver door. No one called me back. I called a couple days laterI called and was told 800-900 hundred. I said no thank, just let me know when I can pick it up. It shouldn t be too long was the only thing I was told. About 2 1/2 weeks and I give them a call only to find out that they haven t even started my car yet. I let them know that I am displeased that they didn t even bother to call me. During this phone call, I specifically asked about a plastic cover that came loose and was dragging from the accident. I am assured that is part of what is being taken care of. 30 days later, I go to pick up my car and see the plastic clearly hanging underneath the car. It s not hard to see. I m just disappointed to see customer service go so far downhill.

I had a windshield replaced by Quality Collision Repair East on 11/1/21. The folks I dealt with were friendly and communicated very well throughout the whole process. They even washed my truck, rims and all. The dealership won t even vacuum my floor boards when I get it serviced. The level of service here is something that is missed around town.

Scheduled my 2014 Ford Explorer to get repaired after I hit a deer & had quite a bit of front end damage. Fountain & the crew at Quality East went above & beyond to ensure I received the best service possible! They were friendly & fixed my vehicle good as new in a very reasonable time frame.

The individuals are always professional and very nice. I trusted my vehicle to be repaired by this company after hitting a deer. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle to my surprise it looked as if I never hit anything. Despite a few minor adjustments here and there. I was in shock to find out as long as I own the vehicle they would repair any issues that may occur. Overall, I am very pleased with the work done on my vehicle simply because she looks like a brand new SUV. I don t know how they do it, but they have my heart from this point on.Service: Body & Trim

I really can vouch for all the 5 star reviews given to Quality Collison East. I especially agree with the review offered by Ms Amy a year ago because what she said was exactly how I felt. As soon as I chose Quality I felt that customer care that businesses are lacking nowadays. Fountain and his team are just amazing at making you feel at ease after a bad experience of a collision. It's more than just a repair shop, they are customer service oriented, caring and to top it off high quality professionals in their craft. They live up to their name. There is nothing or nobody on this earth that will make me or my family take my cars to another Collision shop when I need it. I did visit the shop as I needed some work done on my car. As always Fountain does set high the standards when it comes to the job quality and customer service. Had a accident a few weeks ago. Heard that these guys were the best in town. Very easy to deal with and very friendly with helping me through the process of getting my truck fixed. This is the first accident I ve been in so I was new to everything but they explained to me how things would go and they took care of everything for me . I would recommend them for any body work you need. Fountain and Brandon are some of the best guys in the business. Thanks and my truck looks better then it did before the wreck

I hit my lil brother's car in our driveway at night in the pitch dark! They fixed his car to brand new condition and you cannot even tell that I ever hit it! I didn't do any damage to my car but paint transfer! I have before but not after pics of the damage, but I will recommend them to anyone who needs body work or a paint job on their vehicle! DON'T LET THE INSURANCE COMPANY TELL YOU WHERE TO GO BECAUSE THEY GAVE YOU X AMOUNT OF MONEY! THEY WILL GET THE REST OF THE MONEY FROM THEIR ESTIMATE FROM THE INSURANCE COMPANY DIRECTLY! JUST PAY THEM WHAT THE INSURANCE COMPANY GAVE YOU & ANY APPLICABLE DEDUCTIBLE UPON DELIVERY OF YOUR VEHICLE! I THINK MAJORITY OF THE TIME YOU PAY YOUR DEDUCTIBLE UPFRONT! I KNOW FOR SURE WHAT THE INSURANCE GAVE YOU, YOU PAY THAT UPON DELIVERY OF YOUR VEHICLE!!! EXCELLENT WORK THEY DO, AND CAN'T TELL THE VEHICLE WAS EVER DAMAGED!!!

Impressive! I hope I'll never need them again but if so, we'll be coming BACK. Very friendly people and great service, they'll tell you that something's you may be able to do own your own and even tell you how to do it, it's been a while since I've seen such honesty, definitely on the referral list.

I took my car in to have it fixed on June, 2017. I had to take it back three times to get stuff done; they broke a piece that was not involved in the accident, the paint job on the hood had bumps, the chrome still had stratches, and the grille and bumper had scratches. I am disabled and got a pinched nerve in my back, and washing a car is unthinkable. Quality told me not to wash, remove bugs or tar marks from my car for ninety days because it would damage the paint job. I took it back three times to get the other stuff fixed, starting with the day I got it back. I washed my car after ninety days and saw scratches on the grille and bumper and a scratch on my left light. Quality told me I must had another accident or someone hit me, but none of the car is damaged. They didn't fix the grille and bumper. Quality Collision got paid for fixing my car. They lied and said the broke piece, they did it as a favor. May, 2018, my car is not fixed.

Excellent work. Had to wait 3 months for repair because they were so backed up but it was worth the wait. Wouldn t go anywhere else.

Since I've moved to Greenville I have heard of two names of body repair shops and they were Quality Collision and Jim Garris. I had vehicles at both shops. The first time I took one of my vehicles to quality I knew they stood out above all of the rest. They kept me informed every step of the way. Anytime you have to have work done on a vehicle you wonder how the vehicle will appear after the repairs. Mr. Fountain made sure every effort of detail was covered. The vehicle was cleaner both times afterwards than when it came in. Which to me is going the extra mile. The office staff made sure I got the answers I needed even if they didn't have them right then. Then to top it all off after I got the vehicle back I received a letter from Mr. Marty the owner making sure I was satisfied. So if you ask me who you can trust with your body work in Greenville, there's only one obvious choice and that is Quality Collision!Service: Body & Trim

Great place and staff is second to none! Have insurance or your money ready as quality is not cheap. Love love this place oh and they stay booked up!

Long story made short- no one at this shop has their ducks in a row. Unorganized. Unreliable. Got into an accident with my car June 13th, and the date to bring my car in to them kept getting pushed back. They d tell me one thing, then do another. No sense of urgency. I ended up finding another shop to do it, and they had my car FINISHED and looking WONDERFUL before this shop could even get my car IN. Please save your money, and don t go to this shop! I m certainly glad I did.

After having the car worked on I had to bring it back three times each time I brought it back it was worse than When they started! Manager is very nice but his crew stinks! Door was not aligned they got stuff on my backseat and they also could not buff Worth a damn! I had to bring the car to Dunns autobody Because I refuse to bring it back there! And I have to look and get to work again they did not even put the window weatherstripping on straight. You really need to get people that know what they re doing would never go back!!!!!

I honestly did not know that there were still businesses that actually care about their customers and are not only all about making a profit for themselves. Quality Collision East definitely puts their clients first. I don t even need to go into details, but they went above and beyond to help me. I had an auto accident a few months ago and I chose QC to handle the repairs on my car. The car looked amazing when I picked it up and they even cleaned the inside of my car (which I actually felt bad about bc it was pretty dirty lol). I would highly recommend QC to anyone wanting excellent body work done to their vehicle. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Thank y all for your help - you truly have no idea how much your work and friendly staff meant to me

I was able to quickly get an estimate. The receptionist was friendly, and efficient. The waiting area was clean and comfortable with current magazines to enjoy. Will return to have repairs done.
