I am very pleased with the service offered at the Dickenson location of Pugh's. I moved to Greenville a few years ago for college and I asked my old mechanic where I could go that he trusted in Greenville. He recommended Pugh's and I have been going there ever since! I have never felt screwed over or uncomfortable at this location and would highly recommend it. Not only is their waiting area comfortable, but they also have a shuttle service that is fast and reliable.

*Edited*Had some issues, however, customer service with online tire service and pugh s tire was great and issue resolved within timely manner. Other than that, staff was welcoming and quick for my appointment.

Pugh s has been an absolute life saver for this clueless college girl haha. I ve been to this location several times for various issues and they are always so nice, helpful, and quick with the repair. Being a young woman in school away from home, I never know what I m talking about so I m always on the phone with my dad when I go in lol. They are so patient with me and always charge me fairly. I will never take my car anywhere else in Greenville!!

I'm a student at ECU and just had my first car issue away from home. I had no idea what to do or where to take my car. Several other students recommended Pugh's on Dickinsons. Everyone at Pugh's was incredibly kind and helpful. When I dropped my car off they told me it would be at least 1.5 hours before they could even look at it but they called me an hour later to tell me my car was finished. The service was super fast and reliable. I will defiantly be taking my car here again if I have issues.

Pugh s always treats me with respect and provides excellent service at a competitive price. I use them for all my vehicle maintenance!Follow up to this. Frankie and his team spent several months tracking down some wheels for me. They finally arrived this week and were installed yesterday. Thanks again to Pughs for all you do to satisfy the customer!

The Pugh's Tire and Service Center on Dickinson Ave Greenville is second to none. The staff is always very professional, honest and caring. They seem to truly care about their customers. They go above and beyond to take care of all your service needs. Frankie Pugh and the staff are the best in the business. The facility is always clean and well managed. I would recommend them to anyone for all your tire and service needs. Thank you for all your hard work and for making your customers special.

Went to another tire place in Greenville, to get my tire plugged after a nail made its merry way into the tread of my tire. They, for some reason could not get my lock key off, and then I went to Pugh's and they did the job in less than 15 minutes. highly recommend this place. very friendly and they're the dudes to do the job.

I got a message from onstar that my battery was low. I went to Pughs to have them check my battery. They replaced my battery and noticed my inspection was due. They took care of everything in a timely manner. Excellent service and prices.

Im pretty new to the area and within a month of being here i got a flat tire and had to get it fixed quick Pughs was extremely friendly and very accomodating in getting this done within 2 hours. When it came time to get an oil change i decided to go somewhere else who informed me my vehicle was too new to be in their system so i came to pughs hoping to get this done day of. Again they came through with fantastic customer service and work.

Not a great experience here. I had called the day prior asking to bring my car in for an inspection, and I let them know that this was my only weekday off for the month and that I needed to be headed to raleigh shortly. They said I should be out in 20 minutes. When I got there, they said it would be at least an hour until they got to my car. I let them know of previous day conversation, but they were not receptive and unwilling to work with me.

This week ran over something that blew out my tire. I was thankfully right near pughs. I pull in right at Closing time and they were willing to pull my car in to put spare tire on at no cost to me. Appreciate the help and for the great service.

Bought a set of tires. On the way home there was a bad vibration that was not there before. I had to wrestle the steering wheel between 45 and 65 mph. Took it back and the man said a weight had come off and they fixed it. On the way home the vibration was still there. Took it back and told the man that I had to fight the steering wheel at 45. They checked and said a rear rim was slightly bent. I guess since I'm a woman and not mechanically inclined, I was supposed to believe that a rear rim was causing the steering wheel to shake. Took it to Mr. Tire and they found a front tire out of balance. Paid $29 for balance and no vibration. I am so disappointed and will not be giving Pugh's any more of my time or money.

I was referred to this location from another one of their locations. I called with a simple question regarding tires, which should have been easily handled. I receive great service at the Memorial drive and the Greenville Blvd locations. Unfortunately this location's staff could use some customer service training. I was so turned off from my experience that I will be making sure this particular store is reviewed!

Well went there to get service on my truck they couldn t figure out what was wrong kept it for 3 weeks had to get it towed would not recommend this place I used the Greenville Blvd location and they were supposed to fix my ignition switch and they did not that s what I get going to a tire place for service charge me $500 for nothing had to get someone else to fix what they said they fixed wouldn t have tires put on my bicycle there would give negative 5 stars if I could

Wow, needed a quick mount of 4 tires without an appointment. They came through for me allowing me to meet my specific time frames. Very professional. Thanks for the help ... Highly Recommend..

Please be careful at this shop! I went in for a set of new tires and they chipped all 4 rims in every lug nut well, didn't use tire sealant on the rims and one of the new tires was very damaged and still put on anyway which went flat making me miss work.I went to the shop with the flat to see if they could look at it and they couldn't even look at it!Only 1 month after they did the work I started having my steering wheel shake when breaking, telling me that they probably warped my rotors as well while improperly tightening the lug nuts.Very bad experience, I'm left in a really tough spot because of these guys.

Horrible customer service. Even though you are willing to compensate them for their work..You will be made to feel like a burden for asking them to look at actually fixing your vehicle.

I've had my car towed here twice and still broke down for the third time.. today! I've had to miss work three times and once again my car is still messed up! I would not ever recommend this place ever!!

I called on the phone to inquire about prices and the manager was extremely rude. I will not nor would I recommend anyone to use their services!
