I've taken several cars here for things like alignments, safety inspections, and wheel balancing, and they've had reasonable prices and good service every time. Recently I was working on my 2003 Boxster in my driveway and realized I needed a press to replace the worn motor mount, which I didn't have. I called, and while it isn't the kind of thing they usually do, they pressed the new mount in for me, and only charged for 1/2 hr labor.

Took my truck there for an alignment, Called Saturday Morning right before close, Got it in monday morning first thing, Truck was done in no time. Great quality team of guys at the front, Answered all questions i had promptly and thoroughly, I highly recommend pughs to everyone looking for a quality job done right.

2020 This is how they fixed my window, with tape and a wooden wedge??? They were also going to charge me a total of $400 to fix the regulator/motor. Got it fixed at less than half the price elsewhere. Sad service.2023 Went there today with a flat tire one hour before they closed. They were able to fix it and get me back on the road within the hour.

I came in first thing in the morning just to get a front end alignment, I was told a 30 minutes to 1 hour wait. After waiting for almost two hours for them to not even touch my car, I was told just another 30 minutes. I left and came back again after 45 minutes just to be told again that it was going to be another 30 to 45 minutes. Needless to say I waited 4 hours for a simple alignment.It s just ridiculous to not be honest about an extended wait time from the get go, instead of causing someone to waste their whole morning.

Went for an alignment after getting new shocks and control arms put on by another shop. I was waiting on two new tires to come in from Discount Tire (I have a connection there) so I had my old Nito Ridgegrapler 33s on 20 wheels on the front. Right after the alignment my front tires started rubbing which they ve never done before. I was in a hurry to leave for a long weekend vacation and figured I d go get the new tires on and come back to ask about the rubbing. I got BF Goodrich KO2 285s put on which are just slightly smaller than the 33s I had. I came back and told the guy they re rubbing ever since the alignment even with smaller tires. He tried to tell me an alignment wouldn t do that and told me to shave the bumper. Didn t seem to want to find out why my tires are all of a sudden rubbing when they weren t before I went for the alignment. Upon talking with him, we noticed one of the brand new billstein shocks is busted on the passenger side. A speculation I have is something got messed up after the alignment and bent one of the suspension link and that's why it's moved forward and the shock bent because it s not lined up right, hence the rubbing. I guess I should ve went right back instead of waiting for new tires. Although the guy was nice, I just wasn t appreciative of the lack of help and basically the denying of the alignment would have anything to do with tires rubbing

Never write reviews but feel compelled in this case. Pugh s misdiagnosed the problem with our 2008 Lexus 350. They stated the problem was the rear bearings on both sides and spark plugs and ignition coils for all 6 cylinders. The charge was an outrageous $3166. I took it to a mechanic in Raleigh who diagnosed the problem as the front right wheel bearing (as I suspected) and no issues with spark plugs or coils. Car passed inspection, runs like new, and I was out $451 compared to over $3k with Pugh s which would have not even fixed the issue. Thanking my lucky stars I got a second opinion.

Pugh s has excellent overall customer services! I needed two tires replaced, and they were able to fix them the same day prior to closing on the weekend. I would highly recommend their services!

Don t go here, they tell you lies about when your car will be ready and what place your in. The quote for two bulbs and an hour of labor was $390.00 the bulbs cost was $62.00 at auto zone and it took me 5 minutes. Dropped my car off at 11am was told it was going to be done at 2pm. I was told that my car would be next into the bay. I arrived just before 3pm, my car never moved an inch from where I parked it. So either I was lied to or this location didn t work on any vehicles for four hours honestly the entire staff should be fired as well as the manager.

My girlfriend had a puncture in her tire and they were also bald. As a Greenville native I knew to try Pugh s but being a Saturday I was unsure if they would have time. Came in on a long shot to see if they had time to put two new tires on the front for her. Came in at 10:15 and they were done by 11:30 just in time before they closed. Very thankful that they were helpful to me and her in such a short time!

I was not happy at all with the service here. Brought my car in to get new tires and a diagnostic as well as the tires on the back and the back on the front due to alignment issues. Long story short I had to pick my kids up from school by 230 that was stated at least 7 times. They said we will have it done no prob. 130 rolls around and I hadn't heard a word so I called only to find out I was third next in line to get my tires even put on. I called the manager and he rushed and got the tires put on. Someone showed up at about 215 to take me to get the car. The tech then told me their was a major alignment issue and to come back. However upon looking as I was rushing to get the kids. They PUT THE NEW TIRES ON THE FRONT! I can now that they are new hear that tire rubbing. The whole point of putting the old ones on the back. I thought long and hard about and decided I didn't feel like they were trust worthy enough to address other issues. So I am takinging it elsewhere. I was highly unhappy to say it nicely.

I was in Greenville NC on business when my car went into limp mode. I had a reasonable suspicion that meant I needed new spark plugs, ignition coil or both but didn't have a trusted car repair place outside my hometown. Fortunately, someone recommended to go to Pugh's. I believe they have three locations in Greenville. The first location I went to was totally booked up but instead of leaving me with no options, Eric (I believe that was his name but not sure) very kindly called their other locations to see if they could work me in. The second location said they could do it. There, Jimmy took great care of me, securing the parts and getting me back on the road quickly at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend Pugh's and left there saying that I hated my car disrupted my busy day that at least now I know a great car repair place in Greenville in case something ever happens again. Go with them.

I needed a couple new tires and an alignment. Pughs was up front with pricing and followed through with great service. The timeline they gave me for the work was right on time too. I m a returning customer and always go to Pughs for my tire needs. They never disappoint.

One of the worst experiences I have ever had! Went in for a repair on a belt to go a mile down the road and it to snap off, to come back wait 3 hours for a part delivery to have the service done again for it to snap off a month later. After the second service failing I went to another mechanic for the repair to be told they used the wrong sized belt for my vehicle. Went back to Pugh s to discuss the situation and request a refund to not only wait another hour and a half to be told sorry this conversation has ended 10/10 would not recommend Pugh s tire and service centers to anyone looking to have any service done correctly or fairly priced.

Friendly service and the facilities were accommodating. Beware that for a flat tire repair, just one small nail, cost $25 and it took 39 minutes to have my car from the parking lot and to have it done. Bear in mind that a new tire, sold by them retails at $59, so, for almost half the price for a repair, I could had a new one. The prices for a Synthetic oil on a 4 cylinder were just outrageous. I'll definitely will take my car to another place. Oh and by the way, my car was turn in to me with a hard smokers smell and I don't smoke so you can imagine my disgust. I went in due to the low pressure light.*Update 3/18 - I still have my low pressure tire light on. Bet it's because they didn't inflate the tire properly nor check the others tire pressure, for $25 they should check even the spare tire.

Went to Pughs for a pre- sale inspection before purchasing a vehicle. It cost me $50, but worth it to assure vehicle integrity

Pugh s Tire is the best in town. I have purchased several new sets of tires and also have all of my vehicles regularly serviced here. All of the staff are extremely friendly and go above and beyond to offer excellent service.

Pugh s has great customer service and fair prices. I ve used the Memorial and Greenville Blvd locations and been very happy with the staff and service at both. Highly recommend!

I don t know where you get your customer service people from but, they are superb! I took my Volvo in on Monday to have an alignment. As I suspected, I had a bent rim. Within a few hours, my rim was fixed and I was on my way!! My Mom, God rest her soul, always told me Pugh s was THE best in Greenville. She was right! Thank you SO much!

Everytime I go and get an oil change from Tyler. He always treats me with such respect and professionalism. The last time I went I was greeted by Parker and got an oil change and two new tires. I asked for Tyler. I had to wait for him to finish the car he was working on. I feel like he took no time to get my car done and ready. The shop was clean to be a mechanic shop. He did an awesome job.

I m not one to normally leave reviews as I understand every place has good days and bad days BUT this was my third time leaving my car for an oil change and it not being ready at an agreed upon time of day. I called to make an appointment the day before but asked if I could drop my car off in the morning (so I was told yes drop it off, no appointment needed) and pick it up at 1, the other two times I asked to make sure it was ready by the end of the day (so they had the car from 7:45 or 8 through 5pm) Each time my car has not been done yet and I ve had to wait or come back later to pick it up. When I asked this time if there was a better way for me to guarantee a timely pick up I was told that they don t make appointments, it s first come first serve, some cars are left overnight to be done in the morning and if I wanted to bring my car and wait with it they would get to it sooner since they don t want you to have to wait in the building for long. So therefore- if you have the time to come in and wait for your car it will be done right away skipping the other cars that were dropped off. I am disappointed to have to take my business elsewhere, but I, like many working people, don t have time to sit and wait for my car when I bring it nor do I have time to come and pick it up just to have to wait another 30-45 minutes for them to finally get to it. Leaving it for a full day should be ample time to get to a car for a simple oil change.

They fixed my truck and always have a great experience with Pugh s very confident and helpful. Also if you want a mechanic who will treat you right and get your vehicle done on time tell them you want Mike! He s a great guy. Thanks again Pughs! The only garage in Greenville I trust with my vehicles

We take all of our vehicles and horse trailer here! These guys always do a great job. Pricing is fair based on service delivered. I never wonder whether something was completed correctly, which is a hard thing to earn.

If you need new tires they have the best prices in town. They're polite, knowledgeable, and not rude like a lot of the other shops around here. Routine maintenance can be handled by them as well, I would highly recommend.

I have taken my car in here 3-4 times while I ve been a student...They re nice people that fix my car without trying to sell me a bunch of stuff, and they charge a reasonable enough price each time. The only complaint I d have is most times I have to call them to learn that typically my car has been done and ready for a while, I wish they would call me right when they finish it.

I've had many vehicles serviced here and it is an enjoyable experience to have Pugh's replace the tires on them when it's time. I live an hour away, and it is well worth the drive. Pugh's always takes good care of my vehicles and leaves more money in my pocket while the other places I've tried in the past find ways to add on additional costs. Many thanks Pugh's Tire! I called at 7:23 am Saturday morning 12/19/29, to ask questions about a diagnostic appointment, the agent informed me if my check engine light wasn't on, I could come in for a $40 pre trip inspection on my vehicle and to arrive before 12:00pm. I arrive at 9:23am. I come outside to make a phone call. 2 employees came outside talking while I was outside on the phone. 10.08am, Cedric greets me and informs me that he'll complete my pre trip inspection. 10:21am, Cedric parks my work truck. Cedric holds the door open for me. Harrison explains my minor issues. The next morning, there were 2 broken eggs in my front yard. Will I return? Can you order ice water in Hell?
