The professionals at Precision Tune replaced my old broken rear suspension & aligned all my tires so my Prius could save me on gas & tires! The work took most of my day waiting, but they offer hot coffee & a clean restroom. I drove 20 hrs to get to N Carolina and my vehicle broke down I was so overwhelmed but we got it towed to precision and everyone was so nice Skyler the receptionist went above and beyond she is a beautiful soul, the machanic and the manager got my vehicle back working in no time. I had a warranty on my vehicle and the called and emailed and made sure it was all token care of for me . I made it back to Iowa safely after they fixed my alternator and timing belt. Thank you so much precision tune auto care.

They went over and above to try to find the brand and size tires I wanted. They weren't able to but still gave me the name of a competitor tire shop that could get those tires for me. I will surely use Precision for any other repair that I need in the future.

All the staff were helpful and friendly. I called them last Saturday morning to have my car looked at. They saw me the same day and didn't charge me for the evaluation. I would definitely go back.

I came in on 11/30 for a State inspection and was told it would be an hour wait due to previous appointments! An hour and about 45 minutes later my car was finally ready!!Due to traffic and a stalled vehicle back to the DMV license registration office, I couldn't get there before closing!!!!I went in this morning and had to pay a $15 fine for missing my renewal date! Needless to say, I will NEVER go back there for ANY auto service AGAIN .... smh

Thorough car care but a bit pricey over others..they quoted 220 per axle for brakes while pughs quoted 140 per axle...guess precision won't being doing my brakes. I come for oil changes regularly and because it's first come first serve...depending on the line...you may have a little wait. Tv and coffee provided or you may wanna bring a book! Very nice and attentive staff.

0/10 ! Please check y all cars before leaving ! I came In on 10/9 to get an oil change on my Chrysler. Same day I notice an oil burning smell but ignored it thinking maybe they spilled some and has to burn off. Each day from 10/9 the smell gets worst and finally something tells me check my on on 10/16 only a week later and i had No oil in my car !! My motor was almost locked up if i didnt Pull over and check my oil . Not to mention in March my mom came with a Nissan and they didn t put any oil back into her car also! I just Tried to give them a chance because of price but I ll never go back.

i went there march 7th for an oil change man already seemed sketchy, i worked nextdoor and he picked up my car to drive it literally right beside where i work at he brung it back and told me $40, he pocketed my money. never put me in the system or gave me a receipt. march 29th all my oil was on the ground they put the wrong filter in i had to get it towed and repaired at nissan thank god i noticed or i wouldn t have a motor

They did a decent job with my oil change today. I had a coupon so the price was right. The wait was very long. Which they were quite busy. I was there for over 2 hours. I'm not sure what exactly is going on though when I heard them tell every single person in there that they had "other" problems going on ... yeah I'm not so sure. Maybe they did find other issues but I feel like they are trying hard to find problems. So yes they do have a decent price on the oil change just beware that you will be told you have other problems that need to be fixed.

A complete scam. They don t fix the problem but charge you for it. Lie to your face and do not get the job done. Don t go there if you want your car to get fixed since they can t help you.

I scheduled a 12 appointment. Ended up coming in early around 11 to get the services. 3:50 and it s still not done. Unbelievable

Went here to get a diagnostic and told me I needed a new transmission I trusted them to do the replacement was told it would be 3 days and they took 2 weeks total rip off didn t know a thing about Japanese cars and when they told me it was done the engine light came on not even 10 minutes later and told me there was nothing they could do told me I had to take it to Nissan if I needed to do that why not tell me and why even come here in the first place. DO NOT EVER COME HERE.

I ve been bringing my cars here since undergrad. Knowledgeable, thoughtful employees who are trustworthy and honest to their women clients. I had a full brake service done down to replacing rotors, almost 2K. Less than a month later my brakes weren t working. I took my car back in, and was told my car had a faulty part that had been recalled installed in. They fixed everything free of charge and were very open and honest. Highly recommend to women looking for an honest mechanic.

Precision took care of me and did not nickel and dime me. Mr. Butler at the desk was very kind and personable to not just me but everyone I saw come in. They showed me images of what my issue was to be sure I knew what was going on. I will be sure to return, this is exactly what customer service should be like.

Great comminication but I'm not a fan of going to them. When I first came to greenvillie a few employees were good but the management switch up so much that it turns into bad decision making for the employees cause they do as told but if ypu ask me I think they should let the workers do what they see best cause they been there longer than the manager. So sometimes they work isn't there fault but managers fault because the manager trying to impress his new workers instead of understanding how things work..... 5 stars for the workers but 3 stars for management but not all managers there are bad some were pretty good

I have been taking my vehicle here for a while due to reliable service. However, over the past few years the service has declined. I dropped my vehicle off for early bird. When I came to pick it up that afternoon I was informed that one of my studs was damaged. I told the manager that studs just don't get damaged, and they rarely have to be replaced. Come to find out over the next couple of months I noticed several lugs and studs on my vehicle had to be replaced. Just recently I informed the manager after service that my tires were not rotated because I removed caps and those tires were in the same position. He said that they replace missing caps, and asked was I sure that they had not been rotated. I told him that this was a common practice that I always did and they have never replaced caps. Not to mention when I left I had an oil leak, but not before service. They never mentioned the oil leak before the service, but notated it on the paperwork and never mentioned it to me. While I was there I noticed them discussing oil leaks with other customers? Come to find out it was a part that they misplaced while changing the oil. As employees and management have changed, so has their service and dependability. I don't think that I will be going back.Service: Oil change

I waited 2.5 hours for an alignment.I went to the counter to find out if they could let me know if they could get it or just come back another time .The man did not know I had been waiting but he is the man that wrote the service order so he should have .I had the only truck in the lot and was there the whole time about 8 feet from him for 2.5 hours . I gave him my name again and he said he had no ticket .He went to the garage found a clipboard that had my keys attached and told me my name was Tracey Alexander . Clueless and bad customer service . I retrieved my keys and left . Grown man , not a kid !Good luck folks I won t return .Service: Wheel alignment

I will never go back to this place! The managers are impolite, unprofessional and sloppy! I went there to have a tire repaired and a alignment. There were 2 ladies waiting as well. I asked one of the customers how long she had been waiting and she said about 2 hours for a simple, basic service a oil change. So I decided to give this place a chance because their line wasn t as long as others. That s when I notice one of their male employees sleep outside in the alignment bay. The manager asked him to wake up and he went back to sleep! So I waited a few more minutes to see if the energy and performance would change . It didn t! I asked the manager(tall dark skinned guy) for my keys back and told him I NO LONGER wanted his services because of the unprofessional atmosphere. I told him his attitude was nasty and so was his staff. Not to mention his professional technician was asleep in the alignment bay. He replied, well as long as he s not on the clock, it shouldn t matter, and that s none of your concern !! I asked him again, are you the manger ? He said yes, and I then stated so, when did it become okay for employees to be sleeping in the bays while us paying customers are waiting? He then told me to leave his building! Do not take your vehicle here, if professionalism is a priority to you! They allow their paying customers to wait, while their employees take naps in their bays!! Do better! It s evident that quality is hard to find these days!

They take too long. 2 hours to pull car in bay area after being first in line. Another 2.5 hours for them to let me know they can not fix because they do not have right equipment. No communication while in service bay until they pull car back around. The only reason I came to precision tune was referred from discount tire. (Even asked discount tire if they contract with anyone else in town). Taking my business to speedy next door. People were being turned away at 12 noon and do not accept appointments.

I have been bringing me car to this place for oil change and other needs for several years now. I have been generally satisfied with the service, even though, often they take forever to get things done (perhaps due to the fact that they did get a lot of business). It looks like they recently hired a new young man who may need a little training in how to talk with customers. When I asked how long it will take to get the service done he told me that "I don't have a crystal ball ..." I did not think it would be profitable to give him a lecture on how to talk to customers or that he should have a general understanding of how long things take place at the place where he works. A manager of the place should take time to talk to this young man as this type of reply to a simple question may cause people to go to another place where the customer service is a little more professional.

hello, do NOT visit this place. The store manager is very rude and the mechanics need better communication as well as trade skills. They also continue to treat women with disrespect. I brought my vehicle to this location for an alignment. They told me I needed a few things to get the alignment done. okay, cool. I grabbed the inner tie rod that I needed and told them it was fine to add 4 new tires and what comes with them as well as an oil change. I brought up the items and dropped off the vehicle. I was called about 3 hours later telling me it was done I was so excited! At this point I was about $1000 in so I was ready. I go to pick up the car and the parts I brought were still in the passenger seat strange I go back in to talk to Freddie (who is awesome by the way) and he goes to talk to the techs. They somehow forgot to do the vehicles alignment??? The WHOLE reason I came! I speak with the store managers Jeff (who is very rude) and he tells me the best he can do is a free oil change???? That s like a $30 value man So they finally agree to do the alignment no refund or anything but offer to flush my brake fluid free. I pick the car up on monday and i m so excited! But as I start to drive down greenville blvd my wheel is STILL intensely shaking the same as it was before. At this point i m very frustrated. I bring the vehicle back the following saturday and they look at it and tell me that my caliper is stuck and I need a brake fluid flush, new brake lines and a new caliper . If they had done the brake flush the week prior maybe they would know that I had this issue? So I spent $1000 essentially for my car to still shake super hard. I will say Freddie the assistant manager was wonderful and very helpful I think he should be the store manager.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Tire rotations, Oil change

They did not know what they were talking about. My car was slow cranking and they charged me 80 dollars to diagnose the issue and they said it was the battery but it was not then he proceeded to try and sell me a battery which I did not need.. I needed battery cables They care about money more than fixing the issue with your cars.. Talking about they're professional mechanics yeah right..Don't come here

It took almost 2 hours to do an oil change. If a shop is busy that kind of wait should be communicated up front.Changing my engine air filter( do this yourselves folks- like a 20 second job ) after the oil change, I noticed a clamp was left unfastened and that the cap to my windshield wiper fluid reservoir was left open.During my visit this shop lacked attention to detail and good service.Service: Oil change

Had a friend drop his truck off there they said they would fix it for 3200$ they called him told him it was ready he had the cash in hand BUT now they saying it would be 4600 now plus lot rent the whole time the truck was there being worked on instead of them taking just the $3,000 they told him it would be. they need to give my friend truck back.. I'm telling everyone who reads this do not go to them they are rude they change their prices on ya and they charge your car by day for being there it's just not a professional business at all bet they will be closing down soon.
