David sold me a car at another dealership so when I walked in and saw him sitting in pirate auto sales I was ecstatic! I was in and out in less than 10 minutes WITH my new vehicle! I ll follow David wherever he goes! Very easy to work with and extremely respectful. And he won t sale you junk! Go see him!

I bought a car here a few years ago and still have it, still running good. My first purchase was Mr. Bill Tripp and he was awesome. Since then I referred a couple of people and Mr. Tripp helped them as well. Recently went back and had to deal with David. The worst experience I've had here in years. He says yes you're approved but you have to buy what he wants to not what you want. Never going to this dealership again. Not a reflection on you Mr. Tripp.

I got to send a special Shout out to Pirate Auto Sales! Chad was great from Point A to Point B on getting me on the Road in a Beautiful 2005 F150! It will prove to be a blessing to me and my family and a start to growth in future business endeavors for me! Great Truck at a Great Price!. He even helped me get straight on insurance. He went the Extra mile because I was busy at work. Great Staff! What more can I say?? If you want to make a deal on a great vehicle, Jump in your Boat and Find a Pirate!!!

I would not recommend purchasing a vehicle from here unless you have money and resources to put into it. The same week I drove off the lot, check engine light comes on. I took it back to them, they agreed to fix it . They did not, instead the issue persisted only to find out the car needed both the catalytic converters replaced which were not covered in the warranty I purchased. I ended up calling the finance company, Nicholas financial, and threatened to withhold payment due to the fact that the car became a lemon. While Dave was very nice, and kind, the quality of the vehicle was far from that. I had the vehicle for a little over 6 months before I decided to get rid of it due to the fact that EVERY MONTH (no exaggeration) , it needed a major repair. I would ve liked to have known that there were issues with it beforehand so that I would ve been better prepared. When buying used cars, of course it is a gamble. BUT I still should ve been made aware. A co worker of mine also purchased a vehicle from here prior to my purchase, and their vehicle has become a lawn ornament. I m not saying don t buy from here, but if you do, PLEASE make sure you know what you re getting into

Mr. Bill Tripp at this place was excellent. My credit is not that good but he worked a deal on an GMC Acadia, pricing at 6995. But after finance chargers the price was pushed up to 14,000.Once me and my husband went to put the down payment down, we drove it. First off both driver & passenger side mirrors were cracked. The breaks made a scrubbing noise, the vehicle also had a ticking noise. The mechanic couldn t tell what was wrong with it. My husband asked could we try something else and the manager David told us no. That made us uncomfortable because a good salesman would ve said, let s try and see what we can do. Instead they were trying to rush me into this vehicle. At 14,000 everything should ve already been fixed on the vehicle.

Live 1.5 hours away and Saw a Chrysler 200 on website and was actually approved for the vehicle and my credit is not the best to say the least. David got me approved with a more than reasonable down payment. The car is nice. No complaints. Would recommend to anyone searching for a car

David is amazing. We had picked out a car and he wanted to fix something on it first. They realized it wasn't fixable so we had to get something else. We had only been approved for so much but David worked his magic, lowered the price and got the finance company to approve it. I can say I have never been more impressed with a car lot or someone that went above and beyond. Thank you so much!

When you come here ask for David Wallace he is an excellent sales rep and you are GUARANTEED to get you a car. You will not leave the lot without a car and FULL COVERAGE if Mr. David Wallace has anything to do with it. I am so grateful for the experience and the overall time Mr. Wallace took and patiently waited until I received the money to purchase my Honda Accord. I definitely will be getting another car for him.

Well when I talked to him on the phone he said he had a couple vehicles I could choose from that were in my price range I go and there s only one so I go head test it signed papers get ready to leave windows don t go down said he had piece ordered he would fix it go to store I bout fall out the car cause piece of plastic was sticking up both pieces of plastic on sides of seat is broken 2 weeks later window still not fixed partly my fault missed my appt but check engine light comes on I need an O2 sensor week later oil change light w it not bring any where near what the sticker says o and my brakes are squealing I take my car drop it off so at least my windows get fixed my piece came in on a mon I went and picked it up Wednesday morning they hadn t done anything. If he knew the windows were messed up why wasn t the piece already ordered And he said his wife had been driving itJust made my first payment few days ago

Chad @ pirate auto sales was very patient with helping me choose a car and finding a car that was in my price range. He was consistent and didn t give up on finding me a great car ! I recommend him to anyone who is looking for a great dependable car.

I purchased and already having issues not even a week in, the car was not cleaned or anything. Just really take everything into consideration before purchasing. Seems like they were more concerned about getting the money than making sure the car was dependable. Very disappointed.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I am a struggling student that desperately needed a cheap car to get me back to work because I just had gotten into a car accident. I went to this shop and they overcharged me for a car that I am not upside down in, that also shuts down in the middle of traffic. When I expressed this to them they looked at it multiple times and still was not able to help me. They didn t even allow me to trade the car in so I wouldn t be in danger. I literally despise this place and I don t wish this on anyone.

I was going to purchase a vehicle from this lot, and the salesman & his wife watched me look around in the rain! He never came to see if I had questions or concerns, so I left! Maybe it was due to my race & not to mention having dreadlocks!

If your looking for a good vehicle go to Pirate Auto Sales and ask for David Wallace he will get you in a car QUICK with no problem I only waited for maybe about 30mins for everything and I was out of there.

Terrible customer service, they were rude and truthfully you could tell they just wanted my money not my service. I'll never purchase another vehicle from them again and I hope no one else does either.
