I have a 2013 Subaru Outback with a battery failing. O Reilly said they would sell me a battery, but they were unable to install it. They said their computer told them not to. I ended going to the dealer who was too busy to take me in. I ended up buying the battery at the dealer and installing it myself with no problems! The guy at O Reilly was courteous though.

In a world of choices, O'Reilly does have good selection. Employees are top notch, but prices are typically a bit higher than others.

went in with my fiance to get a new headlight for her 2010 Hyundai.guy who was helping us find the light (I think his name was Gabe? I heard him say it 1x over the phone) also offered to install it for us for free. at first it wasn't unscrewing so he said he'd take out the entire headlight to put the new one in.thank you to O'Reilly's!

I came to the store. One employee out side the store . For about 30 minutes. Talking to a woman. And the other. Employee trying to help about 4 customers before me.John is the guys name that helped everyone. While the other guy flirting with a women out side. Wow. I spent 35 minutes. Just to pick up a order that was payed for yesterday.John you did a great job. Far as the other guy.. O'Reilly , your waste time with him. Your Losing money.

No customer satisfaction. The manager's name is GT. On memorial drive in Greenville. Does not care for your satisfied or not doesn't have time for the customer. Bad experience with this manager

This store never seems to fail at having what ever I need when I need it. They are open until 10pm each night which works great for the fleet shop I work at. It has two shifts and sometime its get late in the evening before the techs find the issue with the vehicle. Thankfully they are open so the techs and get the parts needed to get the vehicle completed and back to its department with out a lot of down time.

I have been getting parts & auto supplies from this location ever since moving to the area 4 yrs ago and have consistently received great service! The staff here are always helpful & courteous. Even when they don't have what I need at this location, they will get it from another in a timely manner.

This place has amazing customer service!!! West was such a great help and explained everything to me and took his time showing me what he was changing. Veey happy with them. Will recommend and go back.

Went in to get a battery and the new gentleman was very lost, so instead of the manager helping him he just be pointed out what he was doing wrong right in front of the customers! Very unprofessional!

Restored 2 old trucks with the help of this store. Chris is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Rented many special tools from here as well. Prices are matched by most competitors as well. Many parts usually in stock which was surprising to me.

they have great products the exact same brand as the other auto parts store but O'Reilly's thinks it's okay to charge 2 to 3 times as much not sure why they're still in business but I would definitely call the other auto parts stores around here before you purchase anything from O'Reilly's

I had a battery fail just outside the warranty. I found out it failed early because of an improper installation. They did offer me $15.00 off but only after an hour on the phone with corporate.

Little miscommunication between online ordering and the store but still my favorite. Parts are usually cheaper than competitors and better stocked so I can get my parts sooner. Especially since my car is "parts specific"

I ordered a part here because I was 'baited and switched' at a competitor down the street saying they could get for a lower price and the next day. When I arrived to order from Auto-Zone (by 3p.m.) it was no longer available at that price and would take two days to get from "wherever" because of the holiday "Labor Day " just past.I then went to O'Reilly Auto Parts near R.J.'s on Memorial Drive to order and pay... had the next morning my part by 7:30 a.m. as promised.

o Reilly on memorial drive sucks well not the store the manager their sucks i was almost about todont play with them rude ass people he shoved the part i brought from them back in my face auto zone and advance auto parts get my buisness before these clowns came to town never again get your attitude straight dumb dont deserve a starnever again

They do carry some of the parts you need but they prices is a little outrageous I need to come down on a prices you'll get more business

I can't say a lot since I work there it would be biased. But people are very helpful and 90 percent of the time can have parts next day.
