If you value your car take it elsewhere. Had my car fixed here after I hit a deer, my passenger side headlight was replaced and now it moves when I drive also punctured a hole in my ac hose and said it was my fault, and then scratched the rear end of my car and said it was already there don't go here!

Took my car there to get my front end fixed after hitting a deer it took a month to get my car back. once I took a good look at my car I noticed that the bumper was popping out on side and the paint was not the same color as my original paint it looks Brown in the sun. Left my car two-toned and my wheel cover start getting ate up by my wheel. He said he will replace it but when I went up there twice to take my car back he's never there, not to mention my earbuds and all my change was stolen out my car. Yes I had an insurance claim and they did not charge me the deductible but I still want my car looking good. I have dealt with them on three different occasions and that was my last. It was way more professional when his dad own the business

The most unprofessional mechanic. It took him 4 months to fix my truck. He initially returned my vehicle with the back wheel wobbling cause he didn t check the axle, after he was told that was the point of impact. He never answers his phone or return calls. He lied to the insurance agency about when he finished fixing my truck and I had to pay for 4 extra days for a car rental. I wouldn t recommend him to my worst enemy. If I could give him no stars, I would.

If you want a professional job done in a timely manner don t go here! My two day job turned into 2 weeks. He cons the insurance company, doesn t use new parts, and keeps your vehicle entirely too long. He glued my emblems back on with what looks like some sort of super glue! Even after having to fix the bad job his employee done on my car (according to Mr. Moore), the work I seen after fixing it was still horrible. My car looks worse than when I left it, one of the parts painted a different color, lights still broken, paint job wasn t great, and bumper still sticking out. Save yourself the headache and go to a professional establishment unless you re looking for a mediocre job. This business is shady. The owner Marquise even gave his own establishment a 5 star review.

Absolutely not. Dropped my car off on Thursday and was promised an estimate on Friday morning. Called multiple times Friday to no answer. Called multiple times Monday and didn t get a call back until 3pm on Monday. They dragged me along on the phone saying they had an estimate but the owner wasn t there so they couldn t give it to me. Drove over there, the car hadn t been looked at, nobody even knew it was there. Had to basically beg for the keys back for MY car. They wouldn t give the keys back until I got pretty firm. Will not be taking my car here or recommending it to anyone.

Did not repair my car to it s original state. The body work was good. Picked up car drove for a few weeks called to let owner know that I had a power steering fault. My power steering is electrical so I had to take to another shop for repair. Owner told me he would tow it and look at it. Car was not picked up and they kept the insurance money for the repair. Also had to take my car back 4 different times and they still couldn t do repairs. DO NOT GO TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT. THE OWNER IS A LIAR!!!Services: Steering & suspension repair, Electrical

I recently moved to Greenville, NC from ATL. Someone hit my car in the middle of the night. I saw it the next day. Got the police report and call my insurance. I went to several body shops but Moore s Body Shop was the one that I decided on because the moment I walk through the door he was attentive and professional. They were professional and efficient. They completed my car in the time they said they would. They worked really well with my insurance with no problems. The paint started to chip less than 6 months after the job was done and they completed the touch up with no hassle. I would definitely recommend them. Just great customer service and work. Best Body shop in Greenville.

Service was tremble paint job started to peele after about 90 days went back several times and only got the run a round they also repaired parts instead prechasing new parts per the insurance company and keep all of the check. Finally my husband and I found a body shop that we are pleased with. Mr. Moore was very professional. The work done on my car was very good. I would recommend Moore's body shop to anyone that need body work for their car.
