Wow! Amazing service. We were traveling across North Carolina and suffered wheel bearing failure. We reached the shop at 12:45pm on a Saturday and these guys replaced them as well as brake rotors in 2.5 hours. It would have been easy to put such a repair on ice till Monday. But they jumped right on it and even stayed half an hour past closing on Saturday. And... they were personable and friendly as well. Too bad we don't reside in Greenville because I would love to support these Meineke heroes more.

This place was good for my car but just like ever car place it s super expensive. I have had to go to them 3 times the last 2 weeks but everything is running good now, would have wished it all got looked over the first time and taken care off but still good

My daughter's car died on a one day visit to the area and had to be towed in. Brandon was friendly and helpful. Had her car running again in a timely manner. Very pleased with the service we received.

I always have an awesome experience with the meineke on Brompton Lane. Brandon and Richard are awesome. They always find a way and time to fit my vehicle in when I tackle things they give me good advice they advise me on what I need to get done immediately and what weight and that s important when you re trying to budget yourself I use them for my Mercedes for my Maxima and they take very good care of my vehicles I recommend them to all my friends and anyone that I see who s looking for somewhere to take their car

Another successful and quick car service. This time it was free! I love the prompt and friendly service at Meineke. I ve lived near it for a while but didn t realize it was there because it sits farther back off the road. But since I ve found it, I don t go anywhere else. I ve had multiple oil changes, car inspection, and general checkups. Each time, the service was prompt and done correctly with a reasonable price. They even told me about and gave me a first time discount!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Vehicle Inspection, Air conditioning, Oil change

Great service prices for work other than oil change too expensive for $70,000 and below annual earnings. Store employees are good prompt and quick. Would love to get mechanical repairs but prices are off the charts. $600 for V6 spark plug change.

Brandon is always professional and honest.. on 12/14/23 I took my wife 2012 Camry in for an oil Change and they was amazing..showed me a video and pictures of things that needed repair.

Broken power window regulator. Chrysler said 5 days for next appt. available. Meineke took our van right away and had it ready in 2 hours at a fair price. Meineke has always done my oil changes. It s nice to know they can handle other problems efficiently as well.

This is the only place in Greenville NC that I trust with my car. The employees are knowledgeable and courteous. I have come in TWICE for a catalytic converter replacement. Both times I ve called days or even a week in advance to place the order for the part. Both times the shop was unprepared and told me I had to come back the next day so they could order the part because it was not yet ordered. Waste of time.

Installed a very simple radiator hose incorrectly, causing it to wear against my drive belt and fail after only a single day of driving. Even though it was under warranty for a replacement, it meant I couldnt drive for a few days, then lost hours of a work day waiting for it to be fixed again.

This was my 1st time at this location. Shout out to Brandon who went above and beyond to take care of my truck/needs. He convinced me to come and get a free brake inspection. He told me more about my truck than the people who were scheduled to fix it. I'm so happy that he made me feel comfortable and did not pressure me. Some places do take advantage of ladies. Just saying. I couldn't be happier with my service. Job well done he is deserving of a raise; as he does like 10 jobs and keeps the place flowing! Huge, thanks to the sweetest mechanic Danny!!!! He said I will take care of your truck just like I would do my own! Overall this was a great experience. Highly recommended them to you! I'm big on TRUST and INTEGRITY! If I could give more stars I would!
